Walmart is notoriously dirty and understaffed, but this one is an absolute pig sty. They run out of almost everything, and the employees are all very rude and don't seem happy to be working there, or seem like they care about their job at all. There's bugs, and the aisles are always in disarray, so it's impossible to tell the price of items because you don't know which price tag to look at. The lines are very long, and there are only one or two cash registers open at a time. I would not recommend coming here, even in an emergency, because they will probably be out of whatever you need. read more

With Walmart being so big, they lack customer service. Pressed for assistant more than 3x at the fabric section and no one showed up. They just keep losing sales over and over. Will it ever get better??!!!! Such a disappointment. read more

Insofar as Walmarts go, this one is by far much better than many. The store is clean and in order when I visit.

So ok it's a Wal-Mart i get it . With that said no matter how busy they get no matter what time of day you will only find a handful of cashier lanes open lines 40 feet long and cashiers that can barely operate the cash register without calling someone over to help . The automotive center is another nightmare . 2 cars in the mechanic area 2 gets changing oil tires or both 3 hour wait !! How does it take that long for 2 vehicles it's not like they are pulling engines. Oh and one more thing if you plan on returning something think again . They will argue to the death. I tried to return a broken toy first they told me that it wasn't the same one on the receipt then told me that they don't sell that there and never have . It took me bringing the manager to the toy aisle with 2 people following him none of which were the cashier for them to believe me . Process took about 35 minutes and when we got back I had to wait online all over again . read more

UGH! One maybe two registers open and lots of people waiting to check out. The produce they did have in stock looked like it needed to be thrown out, there were fruit flies around the oranges and the tomatoes were bad. They start blocking the aisles with pallets of product by 8:00 PM so its hard to shop in the evening. Customer service, forget about it. In my opinion, go to Safeway or Fry's. read more

My first mistake was going to Wal-Mart on the first Friday of the month; I won't make that mistake again. We get to the 20 items or less lane. There was a customer about two people in front of us that had uniform shirts hanging on the front of the cart. I couldn't see into her cart so I assumed that was all she had. Oh no; she had at least 100 items in her cart and the cashier said NOTHING to her. My husband challenged the cashier asking her why she didn't say something to the customer and he was told they can't turn the customer away. If that's the case then why have an express lane? I was super irritated as was my husband so I waited until Saturday morning to call and speak to a manager (I was afraid I might have been a little ugly if I had done it Friday night). I did get an apology from the manager I spoke to (Victor) and he tells me that is NOT store policy and he would speak to the cashier. Sure you will, but she probably won't care and will probably do it again. I think the next time I go grocery shopping I'll head to the express lane and see if they let me through. read more

I blame consumers for making Walmart so huge, they could really care less about their customers. This is by far the WORST WALMART EVER! I have this problem every single time I go to this Walmart...the sales reps are rude including the ones on self checkout. Today I went here and asked the customer service if they had any Netspend card... I misplaced mine and needed a new one... The response I got back was verbatim "I don't know ". I then said can you find out.... This woman then sent another associate to look. I seen her walk up one aisle then to say "no we are out". I said is that where they usually are? She then said "IDK" I was beyond fuming at this point. SO I LEFT. SO as I was leaving I see two other associated arguing with a another customer. I could not believe it. I even made a point to look at her name tag and it said SUPERVISOR. I WAS IN SHOCK! THAT A SUPERVISOR WOULD BE YELLING AT A PAYING CUSTOMER. THAT WAS ENOUGH. I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS WALMART AGAIN... NOT TO MENTION I WILL NEVER BE SPENDING MY MONEY HERE. They suck at this store. read more

Most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered in my life, Assistant Store manager daphne and the whole electronics department should be fired. The most unprofessional team, had a complaint and the manager walks away as I'm talking to her. So another manager promises me 10% off and to call him up, so they call him and Daphne refuses us the discount and all of a sudden the other manager is on lunch? What a joke. Never going to Walmart again. Seriously consider retraining your management, coming from a bank manager. Worst service I have ever received from any company now I know why people hate Walmart, Look who they hire as managers. read more

I got one of my tires replaced here when I had a flat and I thought it went well. I was checking through my car because I had an unrelated issue and noticed one of the lug nuts was sticking out. Normally a lug nut that far out can be removed by hand. I took it back to Walmart and they told me to go to a mechanic and that it shouldn't cost much. It is pretty ridiculous that I have to pay for THEIR mistake. Lesson learned, don't ever go to Walmart for tire replacement. read more

i really dont like going to this walmart. yes the shelves are always stocked, but when it comes to checking out and customer service talk about horrible service. walmart can be packed on a saturday but they only decide to open about 3-4 lanes. they have so many check out lines... USE THEM WALMART! The waiting and the non caring attitude the staff shows really kills the shopping experience. read more

I just read a few of the reviews on the bad side. We normally shop at the store on Rancho Santa Fe, but on occasion we need to go to this store for various reasons. We have NEVER had a bad experience there! It is always clean, the associates are ALWAYS friendly and to date have been very helpful! Even to the point of stopping what they are doing and showing us where to find things. So I think we will follow our own opinion. read more

This is the worse Walmart I have ever visited. The management staff DOES NOT staff the store. If you need help, you will wait for 30 minutes or more. Dirty store and always out of stock on the items you want. Also check the diary products as many are outdated. Very sad for a Walmart! read more

Yes fuck this Wal-Mart. I was in the plant section, there was a spot for cactus and other pointy plants which I wasn't looking at, I was in another section that somebody put one of the sharp pointed plants in and I didn't realize it, bent down to look at a plant and the sharp one that wasn't supposed to be there got me right above the eye causing me to bleed down my face. If they would have put the plant in the right section I could have avoided that. Another time I was where the boxed furniture is, bookshelves and such. Some of the boxed furniture is kept on the top shelf, and because its poorly stocked one of the boxed came sliding down and WOULD have hit me right in the side of my head by my ear had I not turned at the right moment to see it coming. Typically staff isn't too bad but a couple of little bitches working there could definitely be slapped. I had one intentionally screw with me in the toy section once but when I complained the manager was helpful. read more
