I had a very teeny tiny issue with a $12 product - probably the least expensive item in this Upscale (trying to be Upscale) store. For some reason the cashier called the owner at her home to discuss what to do. WHAT TO DO !!! ???? She was impatient and offered no help - wanted my cc # or whatever for a very unique product . I left with no credit, no refund, ZIP ZILCH. How about "no worries lets get you something else" THE RESPONSE elicits how a customer feels, responds, and maybe reviews on platforms that have a big influence on diners, shoppers etc. The owner called me out on my review saying I was threatening yelling, and scaring the employees. I am 70 and injured with a smashed shoulder, four broken ribs and a brain bleed. The last time I yelled at any employee was probably 1980. And I am harmless - never did that. The owner is a FIRE STARTER and would do better with people if she was an Amazon Warehouse worker and not a front facing small business owner. This is a bad ending and the fire will burn because she is a fire starter. BAD ENDING FOR HER and the fire is going to burn.

Neither one looked up and greeted me, and as I looked around in the store, they kept talking to each other and not once asked if I needed something. I have worked in retail before, and rule #1 is you greet the customer. I'd understand if they were busy but I was literally the only customer in the store. After taking a look around at their overpriced (and if I'm being honest, mostly tacky) clothes, I decided to leave. Didn't even get a "goodbye" or "thanks for coming in". Nothing. I have been coming to this store for years and never had an experience like this- everyone working there was always so friendly. Just found out that the owner, Victoria, sold this store in the fall. That explains a lot. There are loads of cute boutiques in this area where the employees are actually friendly and the clothese are really cute. I will take my business there.

A lot of items are marked down from there original prices. Today I was able to find me some nice shirts and let me tell you can't go wrong looking for shoes here. Today was a good visit. The area is very busy so be careful driving around as there are plenty of other places to shop, so driving around can be tricky. My suggestion is to come here during the week days if possible. It's well stocked and for the most part pretty organized.

Went up from San Tan Valley for a well publicized "Yappy Hour" apparently held monthly in the mall…read morecourtyard. What fun even though it was 90 minute drive for me. Decent parking and I found a close handicapped space for the van. Event started promptly at 5:30. A few vendors including our very own Yelp Elite Event spot in Gilbert -Pixie sticks. They had a nice boutique there with an assortment of their items for sale. Joining them with booths were PetSmart (pup cups), a couple dog rescue orgs, and a Halloween photographer. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive.
