I like the app to scan for product prices on a product and find the isles the item is in, but I don't know this stores layout so it can throw me off. I ordered a set of tires a week before a road trip because the website said they would arrive in two days. I scheduled installation through the auto care center based on that timeline. Instead, the order was delayed multiple times, forcing me to reschedule the appointment and even push back the day I planned to leave. After all the delays, I was finally told the morning of my rescheduled appointment that my order had been canceled. No explanation, no solution, just canceled. This caused a major inconvenience and left me scrambling right before a long trip. Very disappointing experience. read more

Terrible experience anytime I'm waiting to buy something that is locked from toothbrushes to alcohol. Constantly waiting. Staff is rude. Doesn't want to help. Some walk around during their break with the vest on and isn't willing to help. I've seen many on their phone and even FaceTiming people with their vest on. I've been going to this Walmart for a little over a decade and I can say confidently that this place has changed so much. This place is gone through a makeover what's seemingly makes it a bit more cold at times and attracting customers although it does get the job done at times. I wish items were in stock more a bit more well organized a bit more attentive staff as well as most importantly more registers open. I never seems to be enough employees on hand only need some thing. I'm looking forward to future changes at this location. read more

We bought some grass seed from this store. Called to ask about a refund as it did not sprout or grow. Manager Debra said because we didn't have anything to return, they could not do a refund. Because I couldn't prove it wasn't growing. So they are happy to sell a defective product and do nothing. read more

Bought a cheesecake 2 days ago, went home and saw that it expired 3 days before I got it. Went back to replace it today and noticed all the other ones expired yesterday. Thought I'd get some Chocolate for my daughter instead and only after she ate some I saw that it expired a month ago! I went back in and let the employees know and they said casually "oh yeah we get a lot of complaints about expired food, there's not much we can do" like what?? They didn't even remove the expired items off the shelf/from bakery even though I informed them about this issue. Very disappointing, someone could get sick :( read more

I would do negative stars if I could. YES I frequent this location because it's he closest thing to my house and I love the price match. When I have Time though I'd prefer the Frys down the street. There is always limited supply on different items and the lines are ridiculously long. NEVER BUY ICE VREAM IF YOU HAVE TO MANY THINGS TO GO THROUGH THE EXPRESS LINE. If I could give less stars, I would. I go to this Walmart because it's basically in my backyard and I always regret it every time. First of all, they don't have baskets for people only getting a few items. This isn't a deal breaker but it's a huge inconvenience. Second of all, they sell expired goods. On two occasions I've told an associate that their Silk coffee creamer was expired, and on my third trip finding the same expired creamer on the shelf i asked to talk to the manager (something I never do) and explained the situation and was told "there's no way, we can't keep anything on the shelves" and I handed it to her and said "really?"... They continue to stock expired items on occasion. They also do not staff appropriately. It is the week before the Superbowl, they are next level busy... And they still only have one register (express lane) open. The self checkouts had lines stretching- no exaggeration- almost to the back of the store. I don't know whose in charge of this location but they need a performance evaluation immediately. I have never seen such complete disregard for your staff who are obviously stressed past their breaking points, and also for your customers. You really don't seem to give a damn that your customers literally only come here because Fry's doesn't carry the same items. Nobody comes here because they *want* to. I feel so bad for the employees here. I have never had a single good experience at this location. Utterly disgraceful on your part. Do better. I'm going to fry's and target from now on. I would rather go to 2 stores than have to ever come back to this hell on earth again. read more

i went in to buy some makeup and i approached this girl her name was chloe o. and i asked where the makeup is and she laughed and told me that "yeah looks like you need a lot of it". i was so in shock about how an employee could say that to a customer. i also heard her talking alot of bad stuff about coworkers and the rest of staff. i find her very unprofessional and rude. read more

I really like this location since not many people come here. This store always has good stock and the employees are actually friendly and helpful! I usually come in the mornings and the store is empty and very little people. The store is well kept and bathrooms are clean. There's a few restaurants and stores nearby as well. read more

Zero registers open for carts full of groceries . Had to use self checkout big waste of time .

We went there on Saturday evening around 8:30. There was no place to park because of all of the shopping carts all over the parking lot. Go figure there was none to be found in the store. After going back out to the parking lot too find a cart and after doing our shopping there was no one running any registers. Only thing open was the self check out line. Sorry to say we have been gone for 2 weeks on vacation and needed a lot of stuff. It is way to hard too check out yourself when you are looking at spending about $300 in groceries. We ended up leaving and not spending any money and went to target instead. read more

This lady had 50 items and was holding up the line w her stuff and children and then made another transaction for 2 items her child decided he wanted. This Walmart is not only the closet Walmart to me but also my favorite Walmart. Walmarts across the country are undergoing renovations and I must say there have been some major improvements from organized isles alphabetically by number, to brand new convenient pick up center. The bathrooms are not always up to par and you still deal with the "People of Walmart" but I will say this new set up is a major improvement for Walmart. read more

Went to order a cake at the bakery. The lady there asked if I spoke Spanish. I said no and she said she couldn't help me because of that in plain English. I ask the girl at the deli if she could help me and she said she couldn't. I ask for a manager and they said the wasn't one available. I went to customer service to talked a manager and I got the manager of the deli/bakery. She took care of it but if this happens to you don't take their crap. Get a manager. read more

I mean, the place gets the job done. It's a Walmart, you're not here to expect 5 star class service. But it's not a total dump either. In my opinion, it seems like this part of Buckeye is undergoing gentrification, as a collective effort to bring in more affluent homeowners to the area. So I'm unsure how relevant a place like Walmart is going to be. I like to come on Wednesdays to price match with the competitors ads. Unlike most people who do this, I am organized and separate all the ad matched items from the regular groceries to make life easier for the cashiers. I know it's a pain for them to do this but that's what they offer and that's what I go for. The cashier who helped me today was very rude despite my consideration towards her. I went late at night to avoid long lines and crowds. She questioned every item that I matched and would ask "which store is this from again?" In a very accusatory tone despite the fact that I had just stated the item, price, and store. I would then ask her if she needed to see the ad but she would not answer! She would not even make eye contact or make any type of acknowledgment that I had just spoken to her. I have also noticed that the store always seems to conveniently be out of the items that others stores have significantly reduced. I understand they may sell so many that the shelves get emptied but they never restock. As a Walmart shopper for my entire life, and a LOYAL one, it actually pains me to write this review. My husband went in and bought a quart of paint. The woman at the paint counter did not close it properly (she "forgot") and gave him the paint in a bag to bring home with other items. When he left the store he was not aware the can was leaking. He walked into our home with brand new carpet (less than a year old) and walked across the entry and dining areas (both carpeted). The paint dripped EVERYWHERE. We immediately called a manager at the store, stated what happened, and took pictures in. They assured us something would be done. Instead we were routed to three different managers and finally "claims" in Arkansas. "Claims" did not contact us for THREE WEEKS despite stating they would call us numerous times. They did not return our calls. In the final hour - nearly three weeks to the day later - they denied our claim stating they were not liable... The woman SAID she did not close the paint can! How was my husband to psychically know not to carry that bag in with the others, and that it would spill ALL OVER our carpet. Tried numerous times to remedy this and no luck. Probably one of the worst Walmart's to do pickups at. The last 3 times I've gone, it's taken them 15/20 minutes to bring my order out. If I was able to go in and shop I would gladly do that, however with having a compromised immune system, it's just not possible. This is super inconvenient. read more

Sometimes you have to go to Walmart, because they have everything and man do I hate coming here. This has to be the worst Walmart I've been too. It's always packed and always dirty. I've gone on 3 different occasions and they were out of carts wtf! Also they have a very dim lit parking lot and there are shady characters hanging out there at night near the gardening section. Does this place have security or loss prevention, because I've never seen them. Avoid this place if possible. Walmart should consider a system to move customers through checkout more efficiently. Target has it down, and so does Fry's Electronics. I'm tired of feeling like someone will skip line in front of me or that I have to guard my post like I'm in a civil war against fellow customers. This goes for all Walmart stores, not just 75 Av and Lower Buckeye. If it's about money--which it always is--why not open the 8 self checkouts and put two cashiers in charge? Oh, am I the only one wondering why there are so many carts in the parking lot and nowhere to put them? Christ! Last thing and I'm out. The employees' niceness generally corresponds to their pay, but they're nice here. Not that I'm having tea time with them, but we've shared a smile or two. All of self-checkout was closed. Our cashier, Angelina, was rude. She didn't greet us, didn't tell us our total, didn't say anything as we left. She didn't say a word to us!! So disappointed. I have been a loyal customer to this store since it opened and have seen the decline. One lane open on an extremely busy Friday night? Seriously? Have been there numerous times, different days, different hours and its always the same story. Line of 20 people and one register. If u want to wait 30 to 45 minutes to check out, this is your place. I once waited over one hour in line with one register open on the day before a holiday. When I talked to the manager as to why she couldn't open more registers, all she said is that it wasn't her fault as she doesn't do the schedule. I saw over 10 people walk out the line to complain to her. She could of opened a line herself to help. Sad to say, I have to avoid this Walmart. All it does is piss me off due to the lack of workers and customer service. read more

Ok so this place is like every other Walmart. Non caring employees. Unstocked. Stocking in the day, blocking aisles. The merchandising is terrible. Since when is lotion separate from the rest of toiletries like hair product? Employees allow cuts. Only two lanes were open. Lines were stacking into aisles. And my experience today was a cashier Zayna or something close to that allowed a customer to leave the line without informing the customers behind, so when the customer returned customers were upset, instead of just saying, "I apologize the customer informed me before leaving that he would return." (Which would have quelled a lot of anger) Instead she snapped at the upset customers. Unacceptable customer service. I will be going exclusively to Target because their service never fails. read more

I avoid this Walmart. Always crowded in the day. That's probably all Walmart's but this one in particular is busy. The few times I have gone at night with the hubby (past midnight) there are stray dogs in the parking lot. Maybe it's just the area but I rather shop Walmart online.
