This particular Fry's Marketplace has always been my favorite that I've been going to for many years. They open @ 6 am so a lot of times when I need extras that I didn't have delivered then I'll come to this Fry's on Sunday mornings @6:30 on my way home from work. The produce department is a nice size & everything is always very fresh, if not there's always someone working in there that you can get to help you! Across from the produce is the very large flower department & during normal business hours they have someone there working. They can help you with either one of the many choices of extremely large character balloons or a personalized flower arrangement! Then next to that you can grab yourself a Starbucks before you start your shopping trip. Anybody that's familiar with a Fry's Marketplace knows that they're large yet they're not all alike & to me some of the stores layouts don't seem to make much sense! This particular store I do like & I know exactly where everything is so I can just zip through if it's a day that I don't have a list! Another thing that I love about this store is that it's very clean, all the way down to the check out line! There is nothing worse than getting to a self check out & seeing that the area where you scan your items is dirty yet you have a worker just standing there who can't be bothered to spray it down to clean it! There's no doubt, prices are going up. Groceries are costly. But Fry's does a pretty good job of getting you fair prices. Their meat, dairy, and produce are reasonably fresh. This location has a unique cheese bar and their bakery has fresh bagels every day! Their click-list shopping experience makes picking up groceries for the week nearly effortless. Also, you get fuel reward points to use towards your next fill up. This location has made major improvements to their store's output/reputation. read more

Still an awesome store. This Frys Marketplace has just about everything. The Salad bar was set up and looking good. The hot food sellers ere8closed. Not sure if that's a weekend thing or permanently closed. Fish corner was open. Produce area was ok. I found my snap peas But Produce otherwise was a bit picked over. I am writing a negative review of this establishment due to the apparent disregard for the law by its management. The establishment violates the 20-foot no-smoking policy next to the entrance, which is a clear violation of the law. This is the largest Fry's marketplace I've been to. When we walked in, we saw rows of clothing. That is an unusual site for a Fry's. There is also a clinic, large selection of cheese, a small selection of restaurants, florist, and the usual grocery store type things. We were here to visit Aioli's gourmet hamburgers. Came here a couple of times with friends while staying in town to grab some groceries. The place is pretty big and offers a decent assortment and somewhat decent service. I say "somewhat" because on our second visit they were out of limes and when we asked a manager where the limes were, he was rather rude in saying there was sign (posted somewhere?) that said they had no limes. I really enjoy the huge Fry's locations! Starbucks, sushi, drinks, sandwiches and more almost like the food court at the mall. The even have a specialty cheese counter. (You can't miss the smell!) :) This store is huge and clean. They have clothing purses, and shoes even. Pretty pricey unless you catch something on sale. I swung by here to get some odds and ends. Found some great cups for our toddlers on the go to keepntheir drinks cold and I even found a wallet for myself at a grocery store! I need to get out more! read more

This is such a nice Fry's. It's so big & spacious. Wide aisles. It was so much more than I was expecting. I didn't realize it was a "marketplace" with a small section for clothes, shoes, or how expansive their personal care section was. Huge wine selection & wine tasting, perhaps in a non-COVID era. This is the best Fry's I've ever been to! It is super neat and clean. They serve a nice variety of food and the sushi is comparable to some Whole Foods sushi I have seen, even with greater variety. This is the first time I've come into this Fry's and while it is very nice, the staff that helped me check out today had absolutely no courtesy. After they rang up a large group of paper towels for me I took the large bunch of them and moved myself to the front of the car so that I could put them underneath. Well, apparently, there was a huge spill of milk from a previous customer that had not yet been cleaned up and neither the cashier nor the bagger said anything to me. The cashier and the bagger both saw me moving towards the front of the cart and of course my gaze was not on the floor, so my feet and my shoes got full of milk as I was wearing sandals. Neither one of them apologized or offered me any paper towels and when I asked for them, the cashier said oh there's somebody coming to clean it up. I had to tell her no I just walked right into that milk puddle because I didn't see it there and again zero apology. In addition to that while I'm cleaning myself up, I'm not focused on giving her my Fry's card and she didn't ask for it so when I looked at my receipt when I got to my car, I realized that I didn't get any of the discounts for the things that I had chosen, specifically for that! Wow! Sushi, burgers, Starbucks, Deli ....and yeah yeah groceries . This is a huge location. Walking up to go inside it smelled heavenly. I'm guessing from all the food cooking from the restaurant inside. The store is clean and the employees were friendly. I liked that there were so many check stands opened. Got some steaks from the meat department and they looked good in the package. Got them home and saw that the stickers were conveniently placed to cover up some bad spots of fat but figured it's steak, fat comes with the territory. Then I flipped them over to separate them. They were all fat, and not just thin slices of fat or "marbled" but pure, unapologetic chunks of fat instead of meat. 3 of them would equal one steak after you cut the fat off which I tried. These are scraps barely fit for kennel. only 2 steaks were not just a jumbo chunk of fatty fat fat and guess what....grey meat. Aged beef is one thing but grey meat. I ordered groceries delivered for the first time. I am a senior citizen and currently ill. I left specific instructions to get the groceries to my door. The instructions were not followed, my groceries were left by my gate, approximately 50 feet from my door. Some of the items needed to be refrigerated, it's 110 where I live. The refrigeratored items were warm when I finally realized I had to retrieve them. One of the items is a 16lb bag of animal food, I am not sure I will be able to retrieve it. I am extremely unhappy with the lack of service I received. I will never order grocery delivery from Fry's again. read more

Ugh! Don't you hate doing a "where to buy x" search, and you are told that the store nearest you has it? But, when you get there, not only don't they have it, hey don't have anything close to it! Not even in the Bakery section. :-( I had stopped by here to get a Sarah Lee Black Forest Cake. But, nada. So, I ended up buying a 2 slice Red Velvet box from the Bakery. The box is a tad too small, as the frosting is stuck to the side of the container. And, since I decided at the last minute, not to cook dinner, I also picked up a 2 piece Baked Chicken meal that came with a roll, and 2 sides (had corn and Mashed Potatoes) from the Deli. Everything was pretty tasty. And, a real good deal for the price. If they had the Black Forest Cake, they'd have gotten 5 Stars. This store is on-par with the supercenters in size. We are AZ natives and long time Litchfield Park residence. This was our favorite Fry's when it was first built! The customer service was always so welcoming and helpful. However, this Fry's has gone downhill within the past 2-3 years. From the security gates at the entrance, to the ridiculous wait times for pickup (not just holidays), to there never being carts available. Staff present themselves as bothered when you need assistance, but there still are a few helpful folks and the bakery staff has remained consistent with their service in our eyes. After I was done shopping I put my basket in cart caddy. I got all the way home I noticed my seiko watch wasn't on my wrist. I had taken it off while shopping to see if they fixed my brand or had a battery. It must have fallen out of my purse. This is my #1 grocery store. Fry's has the best prices already but this one has click list AND it's the full size one that has clothes, shoes and housewares too!! The click list is amazing and they're always on point. Never mess up my order and the staff is so friendly even in this heat! Inside is always clean and in order. Autumn is the worst Frys employee I've ever dealt with. Extremely rude. As I got to the empty line at guest services she asked "Do you need something?!" In the most rude angry tone. I told her I needed to return a glass bottle and she told me I couldn't do it there, that I have to take it to the register and I told her that I've always taken it to guest services. And she disregarded my statement and told me to just take it to the register and to not expect cash back. So here I went with my toddler in one arm and the glass bottle in the other hand. I was just there to cash a money order. The lady told me I needed the bottom section of the money order for it to be cashed (you know the receipt part that the issuer keeps) she then went on to say that the money order was from Fred Meyer and she had never heard of that so she wasn't cashing it. Kroger owns Fry's, Kroger also owns Fred Meyer!!! So workers are working sections, ie. cash services, when they obviously don't know anything about what they are doing!!! This was not a young kid, this was an older lady, and she doesn't know how money orders work?!?! She is also an employee of Kroger and has never heard of other companies that Kroger owns!! WOW!!! Young guy with black hair at the sandwich/chicken area is rude. 3 of the cashiers in the front are rude. One of the taller ones with glasses and curly hair made a snooty comment about our tote bag. Where I'm from, we use tote bags instead of plastic bags to save the environment. Sushi guys, floral department, and one of the guys at the fish department are super nice :) I like the layout of their fruit & vegetables section.
