It's kind of dirty. They seem to never want to be more than a step ahead of a dollar general. Not enough staff. Bathrooms are smelly. Kind of a good area so protect your children and park far away so the carts don't hit your car. read more

This Walmart is surprisingly in a nice little shopping area. However, it's just lipstick on a pig. I was appalled to walk by the deli and see one of the workers touching all over her phone with her gloves. Our phones are one of the nastiest things we carry around. I guess she didn't want to be bothered while listening to her music. I have to agree with others that mention the overflow of shopping carts in the parking lot. It's as if no one wants to go retrieve them. Instead they let them flow into parking traffic. I can't fault this store for being busy but everyone time I've been here there is always a 15-20 minute wait at the register. Even for the small quantity line. The reason I keep coming back, much like everyone, is for the low prices on items I know are higher elsewhere. So in summary, I'll just keep setting my expectations low as possible. If you need to find something fast and affordable, you cant go wrong with Walmart...I needed to buy two belts because I was tired of feeling like pants were about to fall after last belt broke and this store hit the spot for affordabiliity and convenience...Staff was on point as well and was definitely helpful..... read more

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I would give ZERO stars if possible. I have come here two weekends in a row to be told they were not opening timely for over an hour. When I come back mid-day or in the evening they tell em they are not doing taking anymore cars. They have one car in a bay and no other waiting. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I will never give this auto center my business again! Store manager needs to fire all the staff back here and get people who actually care about servicing paying customers. read more

I have been ordering groceries, produce, deli products and meat, fish and chicken for delivery to my home from this store since 2019. I've been shopping at Walmart since 2016. 99% of my orders are just perfect. On the rare occasion that there was a problem, a Walmart representative spoke to me directly and a solution was created. This is the Walmart that is closest to my Mom's house, and the one I usually go to when in town. It is actually quite a bit nicer and bigger than the one closest to my house in Orlando. We have had more good than bad experiences here, so I give it 3 stars. read more

DO NOT USE this pharmacy. I am new to Raleigh and thought I could knockout my grocery shopping and prescription. Instead I sat waiting 10 minutes after their "lunch break" after already waiting 45 minutes. The employees were disrespectful, unfriendly, and slow. The parking lot and store are filthy and unkempt. There are always people standing outside of the doors yelling, begging for money, and smoking. The greeters/security and cashiers are friendly, but the lines are astronomical, because there are generally only two lanes open. The other employees are nightmares, if you can find them. Forget about asking for help- you're an inconvenience. I've been scowled at and spoken down to numerous times. Basically, everything is wrong with this store. I find myself coughing up a few extra bucks to go elsewhere and avoiding this store like the Plague. read more

From the customer service to the products, I don't think it would be possible to get much worse. It doesn't deserve a "star" at all, much less a positive review. I would simply like to warn all of you of the experience you will have upon going here so please read: Staff; Extremely unfriendly. EXTREMELY. I believe in small talk for I used to be a cashier and know first hand a little conversation, through out a long retail day, can go a long way and make stresses from the job minimize if only just a little. Well, (haha) trying to even get a smile out of any of the cashiers is impossible. They are depressing and much like zombies. Although it is strange because other staff members, such as the ones on the sales floor, all huddle together like cliques in high school, walking the floors not really doing much but talking and cutting up about their personal agendas. GOD FORBID you interrupt to ask them for asistance, they will look at you treating you as though you are inconveniencing them. It's ludacris. Products; The "fresh" produce is not fresh at all. It's actually beginning to rot in the bins due to excessive bruising, scrapes, etc from someone not handling them properly. (I will be making a trip back to post pictures on here so you all can see what I am seeing) Not to mention, the bins are never full. It looks/feels like you've entered "Bottom of the barrel", not Walmart. It's horrible. And quite gross. I've also purchased expired canned dog food on 2 separate occasions which made my dog sick and constipated for 4 days. Other; I rarely go to this Walmart unless I absolutely have to but the last couple times I've had to go, the parking is very scarce. Not from customers, but from shopping carts. The cart holds are so full that not only are they potruding out into the driving lanes but people have no where to leave there cart except all over the parking lot (which is frustrating when you walk in and see one of the Walmart staff cliques horsing or standing around rather than doing their job and properly storing the carts. I guess it's too hot outside for all that). I just went to get hot dog buns and when I came outside, one of the shopping carts had smashed into the side of my jeep from the wind pushing it (I never park close to a cart hold and I was in the store probably 10 minutes so I'm not too sure about believing it was the wind but it is what it is.) I would have approached security or someone associated with Walmart if I thought they would do something or even care but last week (night) I had went to grab something for my home and upon arriving (since Walmart was considerably busy) we saw the security guard 1. Parked horizontal in the front handicapped space 2. Sitting in his car (not paying attention to the woman trying to find a handy cap space) 3. BLASTING hip hop/ rap music with all the windows rolled up and the car running (you think Walmart funds the gas?) Now, if that's the job requirements for being a Walmart security guard, sign me up!! RECAP: Everything is utterly horrible. From the (lack of) customer service, the expired products and the parking lot condition, i would never recommend shopping here. Go to Harris Teeter. That's where I have and will be going from on. I'm done with the rude, careless staff that runs Walmart, I'm done coming to find a cart pushed into my vehicle (happened twice) and I'm done always having to settle for something other than what I came for because of lack of quality & quantity. The auto center here sucks ass! The people who work here have no idea what year it is or what they're doing. I accidentally had to come here because I had a flat nearby and it was like visiting Sarajevo during the chaos. The clientele alone is enough to make you want to head for the hills or another planet. Wal mart is not the best place to go for comfort or consistency but the one in Cary and on Glenwood have a somewhat more ebb and flow but avoid this store read more

I don't do Walmart but my partner does. So we stopped in twice while visiting his fam so that he could pick up some things. While I don't support the corporation, I must say that this was an extraordinarily clean Walmart with very few things out of place. The shelves were nicely stocked and everything was quite presentable. The prices weren't that much cheaper, if any cheaper, than Target. But comparable pricing is still nice for the wallet. read more

Aweful walmart! 6pm on Sunday there aren't any carts available at either door. Approached the floor manager (in back of store chatting it up with another employee) she advised they only have one cart guy and he is working as fast as possible. Hey lazy manager, how about hauling a few carts in instead of doing absolutely nothing?! Check out lines backed up to the merchandise. The only thing I can say is worst customer service ever in the photo department. One of the ladies working there didn't even know how to change out the tape in the machines and wined and moaned the entire time while a line of customers were patiently waiting for assistance. Why would they be working in the photo department without knowing simple basics of working the machines? Do they not get on the job training? My advice....print your photos at target. read more

I'm not the biggest Walmart fan, but have found this one to be fairly convenient for me when I needed something last minute after 10pm (go 24/7 store hours!). This store is indeed huge and the new look is so much better than the old. The aisles don't feel quite as cramped or cluttered. The prices of the few items I looked at while wandering around were a bit cheaper than other places. I wasn't too enthusiastic about the clearance aisle, though, as it looked like a hurricane had hit it. My most recent experience here was with the site to store service (order it online and pick it up in the store). I had done this recently with Best Buy and had a fairly good experience. Walmart's wasn't quite as convenient. The pick up location is way in the back behind the electronics area. There was nobody at the register, but there was a sign stating something along the lines of "touch the screen to call for assistance". The only screen I saw facing me to touch was the credit card machine. That didn't seem to work. Slightly long story shortened, once I finally got someone back there to help me I got my item and was on my way. I was a bit bothered by the fact they didn't check my ID or anything to verify I was the person who had purchased the product. Thankfully I don't have the most usual name so not too big of a deal. Probably wouldn't use that service again unless absolutely necessary. Overall, this Walmart is a good place to get your one stop shop on, especially if you're a night owl. Although be warned, it isn't really less crowded even after 10pm. read more

I went into this walmart to buy some storage containers. They were in stock and they did the job. Check out was nice and easy. But they have random carts, boxes, pallets everywhere and makes shopping around kind of a pain. read more

I frequent this Walmart on my lunch breaks. It always has everything I need with a pretty good variety and service is usually quick as long as I use self-checkout. The only downside is that there have been several robberies in the parking lot in the last year. BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS!! read more

I only give this the second star for convenience. Typical Walmart within, aside from no staff to help. Once you get to checkout, forget about it. They should know by now to have extra staff on paydays. I assume it happens to land when I'm there. Always understaffed at the checkout, even during holidays. ABSOLUTELY FILTHY parking lot. Five different times we have stepped out of our car to be greeted by used tampons, pads, or crappy baby diapers. Really? Probably not Walmart's fault, still disgusting. this store is dirty most of the time from not having a routine clean up through the day or night, they act most often after a large build of up of trash is evident. On my last trip I lamost hit a cart in the middle of the lane, In here were over 50 shopping carts in the parking lot uncollected in the way of most of the closest parking spots. As soon as I got out of my car I was harassed at 3 AM in the front parking lot by a woman who was drunk asking me for cigarettes and matches. Her companion was lying on the sidewalk screaming but not able to get to his feet. Walmart stops selling beers at 2:00 am so the had been allowed to buy the beer and drink it front of the store and then stay around for over an hour to try to get cigarettes from other shoppers. securities car was parked out front but they were inside the store just watching from inside the building. The employee who sold her the beer told me that security would not do anything and I could call the police if I wanted the woman removed from the front so she wouldnt bother me when I was returning to my car with the purchases. The Watermelons are soft and loosing their juice all over the floor, they dont pull the bad ones they wait for them to be sold to the poor person who doesnt check for a good melon. They mop up the mess from the watermelon juice rather than removing the old melons giving off the juice which leaves a dirt and sticky mess telling that they have a freshness issue. I the checker was tossing a ball and catching it on his stool the whole time I was shopping, he could have been cleaning or getting carts from the parking lot but he was talking to the security guy instead as he was tossing his ball. He asked if I was going to make wine with the the melons that I bought, I guess he was in his own world and they dont demand too much from him. I try to like this store and shop here weekly but too often it looks trashed and no one cares. that is too bad it seems they have given in to controlling the conditions of the store. Security is a joke over at this Walmart, Security is not going to protect you from anything. read more

Well, it's a Wal-mart. One star for general cleanliness and overall happy workers. Minus four stars for having a 15 minute errand turn into an hour and 15 minute task. I needed a water bottle and some fabric. I got the water bottle. The stand was well stocked, but no organization whatsoever. I found chewed gum on the back of one bottle! Then I went to get some fabric. I met a man there who had been waiting for twenty minutes for someone to come and cut his pieces. He kindly asked every worker that walked by and was still there. 30 minutes of his waiting and 35 of mine, I went to the front and asked for assistance. The response, "Still no one has come by?" When I walked back, someone was walking by and telling us they were on their lunch break and we needed to be patient....Was there no one else to fill this duty while that person was on lunch? And why did they on their lunch break have to find their own replacement? That doesn't seem ideal either.... Another worker reluctantly came up to cut the fabric and made it clear that this was not her job. She then asked the man for further patience....after he had been standing there for about 45 minutes at this point. Cutting and pricing fabric was not the difficult task. It was finding someone to believe that they should have to be the one to do it that seemed impossible! This was followed by the typical issues one finds at Wal-Marts. Too many people, loads of items, very few lanes open to check them out. read more

I used to be a fan of Wal-Mart's "low prices," but now it seems that you can find other places that have the same prices (i.e. Target). This particular store though NEVER has anything in stock. From the beauty section to the grocery section. Go to either Brier Creek or the one behind Triangle Mall. read more

Conveniently located near my job. I would only go here during the day due to the "night-time" crowd. Otherwise, it's your typical Wal-Mart.
