I ordered two stove top griddles on-line using their App. It was so easy to find out what I was looking for. The prices were 10 times less than Target's app. Very easy to order. My order was ready in less than two-hours. Was notified via email. When I got to the store, only waited about two minutes. Easy to find the pickup spaces--there are at least 30 to choose. This is WalMart, so what does a person have to say that nobody else already does not know. Let's state a few facts, there is a WalMart everywhere, and they are open 24/7. This Walmart was remodeled a few years ago, and it is a HUGE improvement. Now, WalMart has tons of things, and you can pretty much buy everything you want there, except for a car. (They'll probably change that soon.) Today, I went to Wally World for some groceries. WalMart has some of the lowest prices around, and they have a large food selection. They even had a demo person today giving away coupons for Kashi products (Cereal, and cereal bars.) The surprising thing is, THEY HAD CASHIERS. You know what I am talking about, how many times do you go to WalMart, they have 30 registers, and only 6 of them are open, and the lines are 25 feet long, and by the time you make it through the check out, your ice cream has melted. Today was different. Strike it as a small victory for the consumer. The parking lot is huge, and it was easy to find a spot to park. They had plenty of shopping carts, and the wheels all rolled normal like. I did take of a point because they were out of the Alfredo sauce that I wanted. This is not the best nor the worst Walmart I've been to. You will see what you'd expect from regular Walmart which I don't really dig that much. My friend who I visited together this particular location said this Walmart is smaller than other Walmart. I can't make that call, yet, since I'm not a regular customer at any Walmart locations. During my visit, all I needed to was a make a copy of my apartment key. I've waited at the key counter for approximately 20 minutes while my friend finished her grocery shopping. I've pressed their card machine TWICE which said to "Click Here" for assistance. No one came from the shop floor nor from other departments to help me. What a waste of my time! I sincerely am thankful for my phone having data to kill the time during the wait. Eventually, one gentleman who was waiting at the wait room went to the shop floor and talked to one of the mechanics about his car. That's when I finally saw an Walmart employee walking into the counter area to take customers. The employee took care of me first as I was waiting at the counter before anyone else. The service only took 30 seconds, but my wait time was unjustifiable. You know my answer! I won't be coming back at least for a while. read more

Just an absolute mad house. The store is enormous which is to be expected but It is overwhelmingly disorganized. It is extremely difficult to find what you are looking for without checking each isle individually or flagging down a salesperson for directions. Unfortunately The staff are incredibly difficult to track down. When I finally tracked someone down they didn't know where anything was. I had to ask four different people that worked there. Phone range for a while for the pick up area, called back and clicked 0 to speak to anyone, phone range for minutes again, tried to call pick up again, listened to it ring for a while again until I heard them pick up the phone and then hang up (I guess the endless ringing was getting annoying). This Walmart is good for small amount of items. If you have long list of items to purchase go to Costco or Amazon. I had tones of things I had to buy and on the top of that had to self-checkout cause no cashiers available at the checkout area. Employees seem clueless & unhappy with their jobs. I used "site to store", but needed to cancel my purchase, since Target price matched. I had to physically go in the store & all the way to the back, speak with someone to cancel. The process seemed to be simple. I later got an email saying the purchase was not in stock, but that they were shipping the item to the store, rush. NOOOOO! The whole purpose was to cancel the order altogether. So I had to wait another week or so for the item to be shipped to the store. Once I got the email, I was then able to call & cancel the order. *Sigh* What an ordeal. I'm am extremely disappointed with the garden center at this particular Walmart. My sister and I received terrible service after questioning the sale price of a furniture set that was advertised for a lesser price. After purchasing our items, the salesperson neglected to bag our items and walked away from the register leaving us to bag our own items. I am not mad that she did not bag the items, I am more so annoyed by the poor customer service and the blatant attitude that we received. We are frequent shoppers and spend a lot of money at Walmart but after this purchase, I will take my money to other stores where the customer service is far better. I hesitate to even add this because it almost feels like I'm kicking someone when they're down.... and unconcious. This is the ONLY Walmart I've ever been to where the employees doing the stocking at night sag their pants. Not only that but one young fellow in particular decided to pin his nametag on his boxers (most of which was showing due to his pants only being held partially up) with only one letter still on it 'D'. And it's one thing to allow your employees to listen to their ipods or such while they're tediously stocking shelves but it's completely another to allow them to wear DJ-esque sized headphones with one off the ear where you can hear every cuss word, including the oft-chanted 'N' word, as loud as can be. While in the store, especially at night when they are buffing the floors.... get out of their way. You have been warned. The operator of the buffer machine will not even acknowledge your presence. And if he decides you are intruding on his territory he will circle or pass by you multiple times as if alerting you to his presence. Half of the time you exit you're getting hit up for money or rides or both. It'd be easier to dodge those folks if they weren't literally camped at the doors that you have to exit from. One positive star I have to add is for this reason: Like most people today I suffer from time to time with self doubts about body image or looks or whatever-may-be. Come to THIS store after 0100hrs and look around... feel like the hottest person in the building. Wow. Talk about a sudden shot of positive self-esteem! LOL I couldn't help but adding that. I tend to hit this location more often than any other as it's the closest one now to me that is still open 24 hours. If it wasn't for that I'd avoid repeated visits. Happy shopping ya'll! read more

Purchased a television off the shelf as new. When I returned home, several of the parts were missing including the remote, stand screws and wires. Further, there was packaging from other products inside the box proving that the television had been repackaged. Upon plugging it in, the picture was unwatchable as the screen had been smashed. Went to return the tv and the serial number on the box did not match the used television inside. Apparently, the worker that took the return did not do their job in checking that the product was the same and I was sold the used, broken product as new. They will not accept an exchange I was told by the assistant manager. Do not shop at this location! They sell used products as new and pass the buck on scams they are too lazy to catch. read more

This is probably the biggest WalMart I've ever been in. Seriously, it's like the WalMart mothership has landed! The parking lot is massive and can get a little crazy, so be careful. The bathrooms are centrally located in the front of the building. I like that the bathrooms have that snake-y airport-style entry way so there's no door to open on your way out after you've washed your hands. It also seems that they have a full grocery store, but I've never been over to that area. I've only been in a few times looking for cleaning supplies or cheap costume materials and those sections of the store are clean and organized. They usually have sale racks in the aisles, which is nice, but I couldn't imagine trying to navigate this store with a cart or children. So many places to get stuck / lost... Another thing about this store is that since it is so big (SO BIG) lots of things are misplaced or hard to find. I'd recommend asking someone who works there for directions otherwise, it truly is like trying find a needle in haystack. read more
