If you are so enraged at corporate America taking over from the family businesses, and you took out that rage by putting your fist through the partition between your room and the adjoining room, then how do you fix that big hole in the wall? Then our cat passed away while we were here, we returned home to find our little girl gone, so I'll never have fond memories of this Walmart, harrowing really. 7/9/25 1pm. Too big, aisles too small for carts, more staff workers w/ BIG carts blocking aisles than customers. Too much stuff to find ANYTHING. & lots of empty unstocked shelves, as well. Staff tried to help, but directing a LONG walk across store to find. I spotted toothpaste once during my long trek, but couldn't find it again after. Plum worn out. Left without filling my list of things to buy. They advertised they were readying for a big re-opening August 15, so maybe these are growing pains. read more

Allondra and Carlos in the tire dept behaved absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I have filed formal complaints on both parties. I came in after leaving another Walmart for a battery replacement. Allondra behind the counter, was talking to Carlos in spanish while I sat and waited for service. After minutes passed, I was finally acknowledged. I was irritated and expressed my concerns, Verbally. Allondra decided she was uncomfortable and that someone else would help me. She was the only person behind the counter in the department so she walked back inside and just totally disregarded my service and started assisting other customers. I was immediately enraged. I asked several people for a manager. Allondra lazily called for a manager over the speaker, knowing there was no lead on duty in her department. I found this out after about 15 minutes of waiting and asking random workers for a manager. Carlos told one of the workers that I just "didnt want to wait in line" which was totally false and I corrected him. I had to remind them both that they were at work and not at home. This is a business that they do not run or have any authority to make decisions! I was assisted by the front end manager, she made Allondra write up my request which she refused to do. She also put me back in my original spot in line, which Allondra thought I would wait until everybody she put before me was done. After my transaction, Allondra slid my receipt across the counter at me. Absolutely disgusting display of problem resolution and customer satisfaction. I am currently waiting on a follow up call from my formal complaints filed. This took place 6/25/25 between 9:30am and 10:30am, please review the camera footage! No other PAYING customer deserves this kind of treatment! read more

This is a nice Walmart for quick trips for smaller items or clothes. They have a limited stock of items across the board, it seems, compared to other Walmarts. I would say this location falls somewhere between a neighborhood Walmart and a regular Walmart. (Is there a such thing as a super Walmart?) The people who work here are super helpful and nice and the store is always very clean. The layout still gets some getting used to, but they have huge department signs over their aisles to help you find your way a bit better. It's not ever really super crowded, so shopping isn't as much of a hassle, the lighting is nice inside and out, and it has a lot of check out lines to speed up your wait time. Inside there is a Subway, instead of the usual McDonald's you might expect inside of a Walmart. read more

Cleanest and most organized Walmart I had ever been to. No empty shelves, but some price tags were missing. I been there three times and each time the store was not crowded nor chaotic like most other Walmarts. Employees were very friendly. Used to love shopping here, everyone was friendly and the store being new is clean and organized. However, now I'm lucky if there's more than one cashier on. Lines are always long. To add insult to injury, there's always a guy checking receipts at the door. I told him today it would have been nice to have more than one lane open with 3-4 in line and he says "the goal is to get more people to use the self check lanes." Really? We are supposed to check out a basket of groceries ourselves? All the people in line had more than a few items also. Really thinking about using Kroger and Amazon more since this Walmart doesn't really make it easy on their customers to shop here and are obviously more concerned with the possibility of someone stealing soft drinks. read more

This location is the worst! I know it's Walmart so you can't expect much anyways but still. One time we bought apple sauce for my son, and when we open them they were all empty as if someone had ate them, blow them back up and then cap them. I know we should've checked the box before buying them but I guess we just grabbed them and left. The second time one of our yogurts was open too...when I called to complain they said oh well you can get your refund...it's not about a refund it's only like $3.00 for all I care....at least check your merchandise and products to make sure they haven't been tempered with. read more

I was one of the few that were happy to have Walmart come to Fulshear. Very clean store but they don't have much business. A lot of expired items on the grocery shelves. I also had 2 managers refuse to return a great value food item I did not like saying "we don't return food anymore". The great value label says "satisfaction guaranteed, if you are not happy for any reason bring in this bag and we will refund your money". After asking the customer service manager and store assistant manager to read the label, they still refused to do the return!!! Terrible customer service!!! Sam Walton is rolling in his grave! There is a reason why HEB and Aldi are full of customers and this store is empty. Good luck, Fulshear deserves better. read more

First off I asked for help in a aisle but noticed the lady was probably doing like online orders or curbside. I asked her if she could get me help cause I figured she was busy and she rudely said " I don't work in this department" and walked away. The other girl in the aisle looked at me like wow did she really say that. On top of that I tried to buy a toy and it was not ringing up the advertised amount so I went to go get a cheaper one and it still wasn't ringing up the advertised amount so at this point I went the first person I saw and she said well kind of all of our stuff isn't priced right because of blah blah and we aren't going to adjust the price which is ridiculous!!! If it's advertised a certain amount you need to honor it period!!!!! Do better please read more

So disappointed in the shopping trip I had today. Only one checker and he was an older guy with poor language skills and had to be-the slowest checker ever. Lots of self check but I was buying produce and over $200 worth of groceries. He was checking by tobacco and was the only option but the conveyor wasn't working and it is a shorter belt than any others so couldn't put all groceries on it until the slow checker would move the belt. Oh my! So frustrating! Looked for mgr but to no avail even asking for her by name. Should have gone to HEB or Kroger. Definitely will from now on. Not even a smile from the slow guy and my husband had to tell him how to sack in my own bags! Hubby did the sacking anyway. Should have self checked as I would have been faster! read more

This review is long over due but this one is for SHERRY! I had a huge issue and sherry gave me her personal phone number and kept in touch with me periodically until the issue was resolved. My online order went missing just in time for thanksgiving holiday and it was a laptop so I was panicking. Not to mention my car was broken into and my laptop was stolen which is why I had to order a second laptop. No idea where my laptop went or ended up, she was searching and calling all Houston stores to find out who had it. Offered me different laptops, before the last option of just reordering it (i REALLY wanted my laptop THAT day) texted me multiple times a day to let me know the status and ensured I was happy as the end result. It wasn't her fault at all and she handled it fairly well. I almost wasn't going to go to this location ever again. I will say the team could use improvement as far as finding items in the store and giving accurate information, I spoke to 4 associates and got the run around before I got to Sherry but it's Walmart and it's expected. There is ALWAYS great sales at this location every time I go! I never find these sales at any other location. Constantly keeping up with new inventory, I find it here before I find it at another location. read more
