Love this! I can't wait to use this where I can bag the fresh seasons I need for my food

Always packed! This my. Fav store period. I enjoy the atmosphere. The bathrooms are clean and cool like a cooling center from the heat. The lines move quick, as opposed to other stores the majority of lines are waiting for you

Here everything's better. If they don't have what you need, they are happy to order it for you. If you shop in the app, they have curbside pickup. They carry lots of Go Texan products.

This is my favorite H-E-B to visit. The store is always clean, stocked and well organized. The staff are always super friendly and helpful whenever they're needed. I've recently discovered they have small events for customers. I had my sister and niece with me shopping and ended up stopping in for their ice cream event. The manager (I can't remember her name) was very sweet and interactive. Love this store, location and hospitality!

I shopped today in H‑E‑B by Grand Pkwy and West Bellfort, MARY in the self check out came up to me saying I needed to spend $20 to use the coupon for the Soda. So I told her that I already scanned 2 items which is $9.77 and $10.28, she then proceeds on making a comment "well it's only $19" and I told her that it's more than $20 (Your prejudiced brain can't even do simple math). So all done no problem. While walking out with my friend who also used a coupon (yes my friend is Asian and no we do not live in the same "HOUSE"). She stopped us before leaving the store and said "Ma'am next time you can only use one coupon per household".

I normally have the grocery store steam my seafood. I have tried it from several grocery chains and it's always good. Today was my second attempt at this location. First time it was overcooked and I just figured it was a bad day or something. I didn't worry to much about it. I tired again today. I got 2 lobster tails, and two different types of shrimps, with Cajun seasoning. They were prepared terribly! Over cooked to the point it was hard, chewy and rubbery! And over seasoned! All we tasted was pounds of saltiness! I paid $44 for that junk! I brought the food home. Hubby and kids were excited for the meal and it was such a disappointment! My teen son actually washed off the seasoning so he could just sallow it. He's trying to bulk up and chuck it up to - it's protein. Hubby, daughter and I figured something else for dinner. So much for a nice sit down dinner :-(

Love it when they encourage and remind people to recycling

We need a HEB in New Orleans! First of all they have the cool a$$ kid cart that they can do their own shopping and also a racecar like cart that parents can push their child and shop the same time. My toddler newphew loves his kid cart! HEB is a supermarket chain mainly in Texas. They provides a Bakery, dairy, deli, frozen foods, gasoline, general grocery, meat, pharmacy, produce, seafood, snacks. I really also like that they also provides discount coupons in store which I believe get more sales and so much helpful to people like me who always forget my cutout coupons when I really needed it. Their prices are pretty reasonable. I was so surprised when we were there and they were selling boiled crawfish with all the fixings. The smell reminds me of home.

Rebel ice cream with foil cover that comes with it and you can see the markings!

My family and myself love the selection of items. HEB is truly a Texas tradition. I would place them next to Costco.

I find the location very convenient from where I live and was really excited when I found out they were building one closer.

Turn right and you're in the bakery where fresh bread, cookies and pastries tempt you. Directly next to the bakery is a Taqueria with hot foods to grab for lunch or dinner. It's a very popular spot and can get congested. The vegetables and fruits are one of my favorite areas with many types of peppers, cactus, plantains, several herbs are available as well as the standard fresh fruit and veggies. The remaining isles are what you'd expect to find from meat, dairy, frozen, cleaning supplies, etc. and they do carry a decent amount of alcohol and mixes for a smaller supermarket. They carry a much smaller selection than an HEB or Kroger but terrific to run in for weekly groceries or just grab a few items. There are lots of registers and the friendly cashiers work really hard to keep the lines moving quickly. I normally get in and out quickly. The store is always clean and the isleways are clear. The prices are reasonable and they have good sales. Conveniently located, baskets always available outside the door with ample parking space. My wish is I'd love to see them carry a smaller container of Sugar Free coffee mate, currently a 1/2 gallon. The regular sizes and flavor are great except sugar free. A little thing but would make me happy and save me a trip to Kroger.

I had previously encouraged my daughter to apply for a job there, but after witnessing how Amy treats employees, I no longer feel comfortable with that decision. No one should have to work in such a negative environment. If she is unhappy with her job, perhaps she shouldn't be in that position. Her attitude has made me reconsider coming back, and I'm sure other customers feel the same way. I strongly suggest that management take action--whether that means addressing her behavior or moving her to a different location--before it starts driving customers away.
