Ok, to be fair, i really wanted to like this place.I mean, they have a wide cheap selection and are open 24/7....but come on...no service at all, cashiers are slow as hell and there are only 3 check stands open out of 30 at a time. i was in this morning on the cellphone area and i was standing there waiting for my turn, there were two customer attendants helping customers ahead of me, then one of the attendant ask me if i needed help with the tablets, so i said no, i just wanted to buy a screen protector for my phone and i told him that i have an iphone 7+ and adk him if they have it, he said ok, but i dont have the keys to open the phone cases and screen protectors cabinet, i told him ok, so im still on the line waiting to see if the other clerk would have the keys and a woman came( "customer"), im pretty sure she knows im next in line, so as soon as the customer left i was about to ask the 2nd clerk and answer me arrogantly, i have to take care of the lady first, and i told him i was in line even begore the lady came, he said she was first before me, i just nodded, then waited for another 15 mins all in all i waited for 30- 45 mins but what i cant beleive is the first guy i ask about the screen protector, "he lied to his teeth telling me he doesn't have the keys, ive been going to walmart for the 10 years and just get to encounter a nery unprofessional employees read more

I just had the worst customer service in the finance center with an employee named Helen. I'm not one to ever speak my mind, but this Helen was so rude. I appreciate the low prices specially when getting my prescriptions. The staff in the pharmacy are usually friendly but some of the Spanish speaking staff is rude at times. The times I have been there people have tried asking for help and it seems as if they hesitate to answer their questions. They also close the pharmacy for 'breaks' open back up for like 15 minutes and close it again for like an hour again. read more

Look, its walmart. We all know what were gonna get customer service wise. But good god. Half there stuff is broken, in store. I had an online order for pick up that I saw, but the item was broken when they gave it to me (for reference I was there 2 days before saw the item was broken and gave it to an cashier so they literally took it and put it back on the shelf and then pulled it when it was ordered online) then there was a debacle with me getting a refund for the broken item that I already paid for. Then they ran out of lawn chairs. WHO RUNS OUT OF LAWN CHAIRS. But ya. Not even passable. read more

Walmart was my favorite store until I had to deal with Chad ass manager and alex the store manager. This Walmart misleads the public on their pricing some items are mis marked and when brought to their attention their excuse is a customer must have moved it. In this case highly unlikely that a customer would pick up a full box of tarps move all the others aside then place that full box in the space created then close up all the other boxes It was clearly their fault and neither Chad nor alex would take responsibility and make it right In the past Walmart would not only make it right but they would also give you $3 off for finding their mistake. But not these two they were clearly in the wrong. So I suggest you watch prices carefully because the price you see is not necessarily the price they will charge you and if you catch it they'll say a customer must have moved it. Walking in employees greeted us and were friendly. I came to exchange some diapers I got as gifts since I got so many newborn ones and when we get to the customer service area theres a whole bunch of employees standing there. We get to the register and they are just talking for a while until finally they help us. The lady asked if we have the receipts and since they were gifts we didn't. She rudely says she cant take 2 of the boxes with no explanation and tells us to leave the other boxes there and grab different sizes and bring them there. I asked if I needed anything like proof that my boxes would be there when I came back to exchange them and she rudely says no to just go get them then come back keeps repeating herself with an attitude. We decided to just take all our boxes of diapers to Target and they gladly took all of them and gave us a gift card :) dont go to Walmart or at least THIS Walmart. read more

My wife and I have been to this Wal-Mart maybe a half dozen times and that's six times too many. I pretty much know what to expect going into a Wal-Mart but this store is really bad at customer service because there is no staff there to offer any! I feel for the few employees that are trying to do a good job here and we do notice them but there is just not enough help here. They have probably 25 check stands with 3-4 open, my wife and I waited for 45 minutes to get some fabric that we eventually just gave up on then waited another 30 minutes to check out a few groceries. There was not a lot of produce available on this day either. We heard them call for assistance in the fabric department at least 5 or 6 times, several employees kept walking by doing the "I'm a zombie, please don't ask me anything look" or we were told "yes we know you are here and they are on the way". We were finally told that Angela was on her lunch break, we asked another staff member if she could help us and she said she hasn't been trained to do that job. You need training to cut fabric? Really? So a guy named Drew showed up and started saying it wasn't his department and at least tried to do something for us and was cordial. He cut the required amount of fabric my wife requested and then said "I need a computer or scanner or something to that effect and we waited another 15 minutes while we watched him walk back and forth trying to find whatever it was he needed. We gave up and left it! We put the blame for this poor service squarely on the corporate and management levels. How can you invest so much money on building such a nice, new store and not have adequate staffing to take care of your customers, we were not in at 2 in the morning, this was Wednesday at 6 p.m. If in fact a staff member needs to be trained to work in the fabric department then there should be a trained employee to cover Angela on her lunch break. As for the other reviewers comments about the type of clientele that shops at Wal-Mart, there is a reason there are all those Wal-Martian videos on YouTube. The store can't control that but this store does have quite the people watching exhibit going on and the entrance has the same type of people with a military ammo box asking for handouts or "contributions for the needy", The parking lot seems to have people loitering around or dudes with pixie stix candies for sale (why is it always pixie stix?) which doesn't sit well with me. I would much rather shop at the Wal-Mart in MoVal off Moreno Beach Drive and when I need to go to Wal-Mart that's where I will go in the future or as another reviewer commented "Spend a couple bucks more and go to Target next door". read more

The staff on the week day evenings are stretched pretty thin. It took nearly half an hour to get a set of $9 lock-up headphones. There was only one associate in the entire department and she was practically playing Super Woman to ring customers up and get to everyone else's questions and requests. What ever happened to customer service? If there was a negative rating available , this particular location would receive it. Stock everywhere , rude employees acting like you are inconveniencing them for being there , employees blocking isles , merchandise , not bothering to move or say excuse me. Cashier carrying on a conversation with a fellow employee not acknowledging her customers. An unorganized disaster, items not priced , items out of stock, oh an this was all at 9 am! They don't go out of their way to make every shopping experience the best but they're also not gonna be rude to you, and if something is faulty, or the cops show up, or there's a long line, is it the employees fault? About 70 people in line total. 5 minutes ago they opened just 2 more registers, instead of asking the people who have been waiting to come to the open lines, they direct the people in the back of the lines to come forward. Hopeless! African American employees all have the worst attitude. They feel entitled to work there and look at you, the customer, as a nuisance. Of the 16 checkout stands, I'm standing here with only 3 open as employees are walking around seemingly unoccupied. Prices are mediocre and obviously not what Walmart was known for in the early 2000's, but that's ok with me since the quality of merchandise has improved. This review is for the Pharmacy, only. It is the closest Walmart Pharmacy to my home, so naturally I try to fill my scripts, here. This is the third time I have tried to get just a refill, and they have somehow screwed it up. I'm sorry Walmart, but I just can't do it anymore. If you use the online ordering system, they completely ignore it. A cashier named HAMIDA is a thief. At 10:22 am, my mom got her change .She paid with a $100 bill and her change was $24.40 but she only received $4.40. There was $20 dollars missing. The cashier pretended like my mom had stole them or something. Hamida, the thief, told a manager about the problem. The manager went to go see the cameras and then she comes back with a photo showing that Hamida had gotten $20 from the cashier register. Then a useless camera guy came and told us the same thing with two pictures he printed. Surprisingly, Hamida found the $20 dollars under inside a cabinet that had no door. She didnt give us the money,instead she tells Zellie, her coworker and cashier neighbor that she found it. she instead said that maybe those $20 were from another day and maybe another cashier had lost them. Then the camera guy and another management lady comes at 11:22 am and tells us that the best they could do is call us tomorrow. One hour waiting and the Walmart team looking at us like we are an inconvenience, they give us attitude and assume that we are wrong. Thats the best they could do I guess. My situation was that I had ordered on a Friday to be picked up on Saturday at 3 pm because my sons party was at 3:30 and the cake was a with black and white photo. I didn't pick up the cake my husband did and when he got home I was very disappointed. It looked like a big black mess in the middle but in that situation what do you do , do I take it back and leave my son with out a cake or deal with it later. I decided to keep it and I dealt with it on Monday. So when I went that gave me half of my money back which was fair because my guest did eat the cake and I thought that was the end of that. Later that evening I got a text from a friend of mine with a snapshot of a post on fb from a employee at Walmart saying how ghetto and petty I was for expecting money back after I kept the cake and that I had no shame and other post of her bashing other customers. I was not asking for a free cake but I didn't pay $60.00 for a cake and I expected what I has ordered just like they expect me to pay what it cost. I will post a picture of the cake read more

ok I am being lenient on this because this is WAL MART we are talking about. For being a regular walmart it isnt bad. The workers here are generally pretty helpful. I havent had issues here. I am giving this Walmart 5 stars simply because I was traveling with my family and in a rush to get in and out. I ran across Greg who was writing in the department connected to Lawn and Garden. He gave me honest advice and went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed when it would have been easy for him to give me a minimal answer and just move on. Good to see customer service is a priority for him in a retail market that is generally moving in the opposite direction. read more

This Walmart is getting worse. Locking items that other Walmart's don't have locked. Restocking shelves seems to not be taking place anymore. And a very rude and disrespectful older Mexican woman receipt checker at the door name antoinette (or something like that) keeps making a big issue when I don't show her my receipt. Threatening to call LP and outside security. Telling me I most be guilty or something. And some rude black guy who's supposed to be department manger just took offense most of the conversation when I brought it to his attention.
