I went to Walmart Supercenter for the first time and although I did not go into the store, my son had placed an online order for curbside pickup. The center is very busy but the curbside pick-up is clearly marked. I called in my son's order and within minutes their associate, SEL came out. He is very polite and professional and handed me a little thank you bag with chips, water and candy. That was a huge hit with my son, and I am expecting this to be his go to from now on. read more

Diana from Money services is a complete rude unprofessional employee. She behaved in the most unprofessional manner in handling a transaction that I was new to. I have never received money and she was already making claims of my situation. I don't know their policy and she kept yelling just because I wanted to understand more on how to use it. She is completely crazy! Western union advised that they aren't supposed to ask questions nor give them ssn. So stay away from these center. I purchased an automotive battery here at this location, and it started giving me issues a few months in. I brought it in and I got told it will be a 20-25 minute wait because they needed to charge it and test it, then the lady helping me got an attitude, and that became 40-45 minutes. Although slightly irritated, I understand and agreed. Almost an hour later (55 minutes), I went back and the battery hadn't even remotely finished charging, and therefore, they couldn't do the test on it. I was going to be livid, I was certain they were going to make me wait even longer and tell me nothing was wrong with my defective 6 month old battery, etc. Much to my surprise, I explained what was going on, and the manager in the return department area saw that it had taken longer than promised, and went ahead and warrantied the battery, and sent me on my way, no questions asked. No hassle like I usually get (and had gotten earlier), and no problems whatsoever. I had a smooth transaction, warrantied, and out the door. I forgot what the manager's name is in that return department, but I was very happy with how she took care of me. She more than made up for the attitude I had gotten just 55 minutes earlier from someone else. I felt it was the most exceptional service I've gotten at this location, and that deserves recognition. I did 2 transactions last night around 9 pm on self check out and got stopped once I paid and got my cart checked out (which I understand) but it took about 7 minutes. After those 7 minutes, she claimed I didn't pay for shrek and made me feel like a thief in front of customer and my family. When I was leaving it showed that I paid $20. On top of that, she was wearing glasses so how can you miss that for over 5 minutes and I spot it right away. I feel like she racial profiled me. I saw a big fat rat, about 5", run across the electronics department underneath the LED strips, light accessories area. Another lady had seen it right before I did & screamed because it must have crossed right beside her. I was in fear that the rat would come after me because I was alone in the area where the rat ran. I didn't bother looking at the light accessories, not worth the risk. Walked away feeling disgusted & paranoid that the same or another rat would run out. We waited well over 20mins for someone to help us. There happened to be an employee in the area who helped us get someone to assist. Found out that NONE of the employees have a walkie talkie to call folks for assistance, but only LEADS do. How terrible is that? Do you really expect employees/customers to walk around looking for someone to help us. No, thank you! Can't get any help when you actually want to buy something in a locked case! And you will have to stand in line and buy something in order to get that help to buy a locked case item! This store is a self service store, I get that its floor plan is set up for that but these items are locked up!!! I would give this Walmart location negative stars if I could! Their employee MANDY's racist behavior was appalling and unacceptable!!! I pray no one else is ever treated the way I was by Mandy today! Something needs to be done! They need to put a stop to all this racism and racial profiling! Mandy at "money services" was the most incompetent Walmart employee I have ever encountered! She didn't know how to process a gift card I had gotten as a birthday gift from my parents. She treated me as if I was a criminal and acted as if I was lying about having $200 on the Walmart gift card I presented to pay for my goods. She took the card and said I didn't have any funds on it and refused to call over someone who knew how to process the transaction! She actually stated that I was lying about having money on my card and she thought I took the card off the shelf and is trying to use it for goods! I was mortified!!! I had the receipt of the gift card purchase and she actually stated I picked the receipt up off the ground! Can you believe that! How she treated me was not okay at all! She should be retrained on how to do her job as well as trained on customer service! I sincerely believe that Mandy was racist! I am Asian and I can honestly say she did not treat the white customers in front of me as rudely as she treated me! She was rude and short with me and spoke to me as if I was beneath her! I am so so offended. She refused to help me and I ended up going to another clerk and asking to speak with the manager because Mandy would not help me at all! Trying to save myself a drive making sure they have the product I need, but I can't because they let the phone ring forever. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE NOR GIVE GOOD CUSTIE SERVICE! Hectic 3 lines are always super duper slow cause they have a senior citizen working one of the 3 registers and no one helps her... And if that's not bad enough the other two are just as slow it seems they competing "Who can be the slowest?" On September 4th I went to this Walmart waited in an hour long line for my 71 year old mothers groceries with her healthy groceries card that her health insurance gifts to her every month and they claimed that the card had no money on it and we told them NO IT HAS $50.00 then they punched the card in again and the register charged the card for 49.01 and then he called the manager cause there was a problem with the register and she told him he was going to have to cancel the transaction and scan everything again cause I had items that weren't food as well then before scanning anything they checked the cards balance and told me and my mom that there's not enough money on the card to pay for the groceries and they gave it back to us and said we couldn't take our groceries home and that the money would go back on my moms card and sent us home with nothing to eat the manager refused to give us a receipt or a paper signed by her saying we would receive the credit back on the healthy groceries card AND to top it off she was super rude and entitled and seemed like very lazy like she just stands at customer service doing nothing all day and doesn't really contribute to the lines going faster or finding an employee or a few to open up at least 1-2 more lines ITS THE RIVERSIDE WALMART you'd think they would hire more people and make it run more smoothly I've been coming to this WALMART since 2015 and most of the employees aren't willing to help you the right way most are rude af and I'm just sick of Walmart now I used to love Wally's World read more
