Worst curb side pick up service ever!! Walmart needs to do better or don't even offer curbside. I checked in via the app as suggested before my arrival to pick up my mom's health/medical supplies order from her insurance. Upon arrival (after following all the pick up signs), I see quite a bit of people parked in pickup parking spots and waiting outside their vehicles. It's been about 25 minutes now and the people that have been here since I arrived are still here and I'm still waiting for my order too. I called the number posted on the parking spot multiple times and no answer. I finally saw someone come out to drop off an order and then he walked to another vehicle. I went to ask for assistance as I overheard him tell the patron in the vehicle to park elsewhere and go inside instead to pick up. Ugh, what's the point of curb side pick up? Not to mention, it gets challenging looking for parking here. After speaking with him, he takes a picture of my order as shown on the app and said he will check on it. About 3 other people stop him as he's making his way back to the store and he takes pictures of their devices too. Does the app not work?! Ridiculous. Curb side pick up is a joke. **10 min later The guy that took down my order number came to tell me to go on the other side because my order is there. He said it's better to GO INSIDE TO PICK UP. I was like I been here for over an hour, and give me the shoulder and walked away. Today I went to Walmart Supercenter in Rosemead and the lady who was doing register number 17, carried herself very unprofessional, judged me, and my partner both being female looked us up and down with her glasses. Did not ask us if we wanted bags did not even talk to us at all. We packed our own stuff , we still said thank you with no response from her bad customer service. The next people that walked up they weren't gay. She asked them if they wanted bags talk to them, bagged their stuff for them and we stood there and watched we felt very judged. Walmart is my go to spot for soft drinks, fruit juice and turtle food. I'll get some veggies every once in awhile. This location has more vegetables than the one near me but pretty sad in general but I'll get my squash from here. Oh yea and they now have Van Leeuwen ice cream. One of my favorite ice cream's I've tried in recent years. I'm waiting for honey comb flavor to hit the stores. Also checkout their Tina's burritos for about $0.60 inexpensive eats when you're on a budget. Service in general is okay to superb and for what I shop for it fits. I do recommend that Walmart fixes its Mobil app as the prices don't always reflect the correct price sold in stores and quantity and availability. I went to pickup turtle food and on the app it says they were in stock and selling for $8.99 but when I arrived they weren't available then on another occasion it was available but the price was marked up to $17.99. A manager fixed the price for me but it still hasn't been corrected. I like the scan your items and checkout idea but if your prices aren't correct then I have issues. read more

I was at the electronic section trying to buy a mouse that was locked behind glass cabinet. I saw this one employee, Olman. He signaled that he's busy with another customer, so I waited patiently. 5 minutes later, another lady came to the register and a line started to form. Olman then turned to me and said "if you want me to help, please get in line." He told me to get behind the lady who just arrived. Remember that I was not trying to purchase anything yet. I just needed someone to help me open the cabinet, but he told me to get behind people who are trying to make a purchase. I complied but said "it would have been nice if you told me to get in line earlier." Instead he waited 5 minutes until a line started to form. He immediately replied: "ahhhh that's just common sense!! Not my fault that you have none. You see a line here, so you need to get in line." Well there was no line when I arrived. I complied but when it was finally my turn, Olman left me at the register counter to help a Caucasian lady who just came up to him from the side. He immediately went to open the cabinet for her. Good thing another employee came over a minute later to help me, but I said to Olman, "you told me to get in line but then help someone who was never in line?" Olman yelled back "if you give attitude, I will give you attitude." This is complete DISCRIMINATION against an Asian female of small stature!!! He ignores and gives attitude to an Asian woman and ignores me. He sees a Caucasian lady and helps her right away without ever asking her to wait in line!!! If this is not discrimination, what is? "Lead" shift leader. On 12/2/25 was terrible. She did not help at all. I was buying an item that came as a set and ended up paying twice. I told the cashier that, it came as a set and is advertised online as well as written on the item. (Plastic ramp for cars). Yet she took one look at me and the item and said "no" you have to scan twice. I placed the item in my car went back, and talked to customer service. Claudia was a huge help, and super friendly, she turned frustration into calmness. Again the shift leader is not educated enough or maybe lacking experience. Also maybe some common sense. I went to the Vision Center and got well taken care of by a nice lady that sold me a frame (she did charge me 10 extra bucks which I only noticed as I was walking out the door looking at the receipt, but she was nice the whole time and got me a nice case "for free" for my new frame, so it's ok!) I then got a couple of things, went to the self-checkout and was able to leave 10 minutes afterwards. It definitely is not Target, but where else would you be able to buy duct tape, a Bible, a fishing rod, an eggplant and some flip flops all in one go? And for a modest price? Maybe it's the Floridian in me (I did spend 11 years of my life there), but Walmart ain't that bad and this location proves it. read more

This Walmart is the worst in curbside parking, as there are multiple pickup locations in the parking lot and each marked differently by one or two digit numbers or letters marking the spot with no consistent numbering system. The application is also screwed up because their numbers only go to 24 for reserved parking. I can only say WTF Walmart? The reason I do curbside is to not go inside with all the sick people coughing and sneezing during this trifecta of viruses. Shame on Sam and the entire Walmart organization! read more

Usually there's a staff member ready to assist, but other times you can wait for 10 minutes and not have someone help out, even if you're the only one. It's a toss up, so be ready for that. The pickup area is nice and organized; however, it can be a mess when there's a crowd of people. The check in system is convenient and easy to use. There may be people who will try to cut ahead, but the staff is generally good with keeping track of who's checked in and who came first. read more

They know where its even placed ... G aisle on the lower left side ... if you still can't find it , they will go there to help you out. Their curbside pickup is horrible!!! Their app allowed me to select a pickup window between 9pm-10pm. I received a text saying my order was ready for pickup. Showed up at 9:10pm, checked in and received a barcode and pickup number. waited 45 min in my car and no one ever came to my car. I walked up to the entrance and talked to an employee about my situation. He was no help so I asked for a Manager. This location closes at 10pm, It was 10:10pm at this time. I waited another 12 minutes for a manager to come out to me. A manager named Andy came out. After explaining the situation he told me he doesn't know why the app allowed me to select a pickup time off 9-10pm even tho they stop curbside pickup service at 9pm. Andy was not professional at all, nor was he understanding of my situation. Him and his employee made my experience worse. My order was clearly ready for pickup but yet they did not try to fix the problem which was caused by a technical flaw in their app. I trusted in Walmart's pickup service and ended up wasting 1 whole hour waiting for my order, an order that was importation to receive that night for an event I was preparing for the following morning. PICKUP FOR ONLINE ORDERS = FAIL !!! I really wanted to like this service. The first time I tried this service, I couldn't find the pickup spot. The employees I asked were useless as usual. I was forced to cancel the order. I recently gave it a 2nd try. There is no Pickup Desk. Instead there are numbered parking spots for pickup. 1) The telephone number on the posted check-in sign of each spot is useless. It's an unrelated recording that gave me another telephone number to call. 2) So I was forced to download the app to check-in. Later I uninstalled the app as it is unworthy of being on my phone. 3) I squandered 20+ minutes waiting for my stuff to be delivered to my car. I only ordered two items! The employee also dropped my items. Never Again! My time is far too valuable for their slow and clumsy service. read more

This Walmart ain't so bad. Glad that it's a hybrid of grocery and Supercenter because I like to get the fresh baked French Bread. The associates working on the floor have been helpful in finding items on my grocery list. I like that a third of the checkout space is devoted for self checkout, which definitely speeds things up. Some of the aisles can get a bit disorganized, such as the baby area since items are placed in the wrong areas or just disarray. The health and beauty area can use the same touchup, which doesn't help that the aisle space is small. Despite the large parking lot, this is the only location nearby in SGV so foot traffic is busy so expect to park further away from the superstore and having to walk to the entrance which I don't mind. read more

This Walmart cannot be described as a super center if they're so low on everything, I understand that it's the holidays, and maybe even supplies shortage, but they need to keep up with the demands here. I went to the dairy to find eggnogs, they had none, not even the regular nor dairy free. Most of their graphics tees are only XL or 3XL, I can't find my size either. And their electronic department has a major shoplifters problem, all of their products were either locked inside glasses doors or sealed with alarm devices. Any Walmart that had their stuffs locked away, you know they don't have much things to offer, because the thieves will take them at any point in time.
