This place is so cute! Very spacious and great service. We tried the apple cinnamon croffle and wow it was delicious. A little on the sweet side, but definitely satisfied my sweet craving. Never had a croffle before and eating it fresh makes it taste so much better! Also tried their signature fruit milk mochi and my little toddler loveeeeed it. Milk mochi is a new concept to me and it's yummy! Will definitely come back to try their other items!

Never seen desserts like this before. So let's see if they're pretty good eh or ew. People and vibes here are really chill and I got their new fall corn oolong and apple pie milk mochi to try. The oolong had light real sweet corn flaves, was milk and smooth and not too sweet. The apple pie milk mochi bowl had creamy vanilla ice cream, a sugary caramel drizzle, graham cracker crumbs, warm spiced cinnamony apples that still had a bite all on their iconic jiggly mochi base. A new dessert place is always a delight! We tried several of their items and all were quite delicious. Surprisingly, the bowl may look small but the mochi is really filling. The croffle is perfectly crispy. Despite the space being quite large, there's not too many tables which keeps this place not too busy and loud with enough space to chat comfortably. While I was there, there was a local art event for a mobile game fan event so it seems there are also some cute art events that collab with the space as well.
I can't gatekeep this place! I'm seriously SO in love. Mingle Mochi & Croffle might be my new favorite dessert spot!! I loved the mochi coconut milk with all the yummy toppings. I got mango chunks, purple rice (which went SO well with the coconut milk), taro purée, and osmanthus jelly. But the croffle was the shocker of the day! It was so good I almost need a new word for "delicious." It was warm, buttery, and crispy, and the whipped cream is made in-house! It wasn't too sweet--just the perfect amount of cool, creamy goodness with the warm croffle. And the Biscoff sauce with the crunchy cookie crumbs was PERFECT. So glad I decided to give this place a try... and also kind of glad it's not too close to my house, because otherwise I might be here every day and gain way too much weight.

The Osmanthus bowl was not too sweet, and the Osmanthus and grass jelly made it very refreshing. They don't skimp on the amount of mochi and ingredients either. Totally worth it! The mango purple sticky rice Croffle was such a unique flavor of Croffle and it was executed very well. The mango purple sticky rice Croffle tasted just like mango sticky rice and the Croffle was fresh. It didn't taste like they used old ingredients to make it. The strawberry matcha croffle was also really delicious! You can taste the matcha and the fresh strawberries compliments it well. Both croffles were not too sweet either! Service was good! The croffles take a bit longer to make which is understandable since a lot goes into it. Plenty of seating inside! They also have free card and board games for you to play with your group. A good place to hang out! There is street parking and parking in the back available. Would highly recommend!
Very bright, clean atmosphere with some fun, punk-pop music. Highlights: the strawberry matcha croffle was absolutely a home run! Crunchy but mochi-like in the middle, very well balanced with the fresh strawberries and earthy matcha cream. Would return to try their other croffle flavors. Needs improvement: the Biscoff ice cream bowl lacked that same balance - too sweet in all fronts and very one-note. The Vanilla ice cream didn't taste like Vanilla, the mochi didn't taste like anything, and it all only tasted like Biscoff. Given how good their croffle was, I would be tempted to try another mochi bowl, perhaps one with fruit next time.

Mingle Mochi & Croffle is a hole in the wall/underrated dessert/drink spot in the 626! Service is so quick and the staff is very friendly. I come weekly and opted for the Cinnamon croffle this time which is very tasty/soft. I would highly recommend everyone to try this spot when they're in the 626!
Came here to get some work done and found it to be a really great place to study. The atmosphere is comfortable, quiet, and easy to focus in. The croffles are definitely the standout since they are super fresh, crispy, and really good. However, I think the drinks could use more depth. I ordered the Mango Refresher, and the mango syrup they use tastes a bit weird and artificial rather than like real fruit. Overall, it is a great spot to get work done with delicious croffles, though I will probably try a different drink next time.

Tried their name sake and had a mochi bowl. It's not too sweet at all, mainly sweetness from some of the lychee jellies, fruit, and purple rice. The mochi is super soft and very mild in flavor. Everything is kinda sitting together in a bath of coconut milk. I wish it was colder, like much colder. The bowl is quite a big hefty bowl, definitely more of a two person thing if you're having it after dinner. Plenty of tables and chairs- a number of ppl working and studying here even on a Sunday evening. WiFi and wall plugs are available

From what I can tell, this is the only dessert spot that specializes in milk mochi and it is such a great and refreshing dessert. They also have teas and croffles but I haven't tried the latter. This is a large space and definitely allows for larger parties or to even stay and work if the vibe suits you. There's not much interaction with the staff as they have a touchpad for ordering but when I've been they've all been pleasant and let you know when your order's ready. I came for the milk mochi and came back a second day because I really enjoyed it and don't know if I'll get it again anytime soon. So what is milk mochi? Its a very soft, slightly chewy mochi that is subtley sweet. You can get it with various toppings including fruit, taro, osmanthus jelly, boba, etc. I really enjoy the osmanthus jelly mochi which comes with taro and grass jelly. Its all served cold and I find it to be a super refreshing and light dessert, perfect for the upcoming heat of summer.

Never had mochi bowls before until now. They were interesting to eat for sure. It is great that there is an option to make your own custom mochi bowl. I decided to try two of their classic mochi bowls. Mochi Meadow: strawberry, purple rice, lychee jelly, taro paste, coconut milk, milk mochi Osmanthus Bowl: osmanthus jelly, taro paste, grass jelly, coconut milk, milk mochi Both bowls were pretty good, although not something to be wowed by. The combination of ingredients worked well together. The star of each bowl is definitely the milk mochi, which has a soft, stretchy, and silky texture. I would recommend getting coconut milk with the bowls. There are surprisingly many tables and chairs. It seems like a pretty good spot to hang out. They can even provide some card games and board games for you to borrow. That's pretty neat. read more
Stopped by Mingle Mochi and Croffle and tried the taro dessert bowl along with the mango purple rice croffle. If you like desserts that are lighter and not overly sweet, this place is worth checking out. The taro dessert bowl had mochi, taro, purple rice, and grass jelly, which gave it a lot of different textures in every bite. Make sure to get a little bit of everything together because that was the best way to eat it. It had a nice balance and wasn't too sweet. The mango purple rice croffle reminded me of mango sticky rice in croffle form. The flavors worked really well together and it felt lighter than a heavier dessert option, making it easy to finish. Cute spot with some delicious desserts. I had the milk mochi with mango, purple rice, and coconut milk. I added strawberries to mine. The milk mochi is nice and chewy, not sweet at all. You need the sweetness from the fruit to really give it flavor. My wife got the croffle. It was freshly made, warm, savory and just sweet enough with the cream. Service was good. I did have a few questions and was able to get them answered even though I was using the self serve kiosk. read more

Stopped by and tried the Strawberry Mango Milk Mochi Bowl (boba was also a topping that was included) and the Cookies & Cream Croffle. I liked that the desserts weren't overly sweet, which made them feel a little lighter than most dessert spots. The mochi was fresh and had a great chewy and a bit of bouncy texture, though I didn't find it particularly different from other mochi desserts, especially given the higher price point. The Cookies & Cream Croffle was tasty as well: crispy, warm, and satisfying without being too rich. There's also a parking lot in the back if street parking is in front is full. I'd come back again if I was craving a croffle. read more
Tried out this new dessert place the other day! This place sells soft mochi bowls with toppings and croffles. The croffle was amazing! Definitely one of the best places to get croffles. Most places don't get the texture right and usually the cream is too sweet but this place does it perfectly. Also nice that they precut the croffle so it's not hard to eat. It's also made fresh to order, comes out warm and crispy. Haven't tried the mochi yet but saw a lot of people ordering it. 10/10 would definitely recommend! read more

Parking in rear through Earle Ave. Something familiar with a twist. Interaction with staff was quite interesting.. I visited on a Thursday right as they were opened around 11am with one other person. I saw a sign for BOGO 50% off from 5/21-5/28/2026 and thought it was only for their Croffles because there were small drawings of croissants. Asked the staff about it and turns out the BOGO was for the entire menu. Surprised she didn't promote their Instagram to upgrade BOGO 50% off to BOGO Free. Staff did mention that the promotion after 5/28/2026 will be 20% off only for their Soft Opening. We were still looking through the kiosk menu to decided what to order. Staff came back out from the back and asked how the menu was. We smiled and said we were still deciding.. She giggled and said "ok, it's just us.. I don't know what else to say.. ha ha so awkward" Strawberry Matcha Croffle -croffle had a nice texture, crisp outside and soft inside with slight chew. They're freshly made to order. Matcha cream was extremely bitter and not much sweetness to it. Strawberry puree was quite tart as well. Overall topping didn't pair well together and seemed too wet. Banana Pudding Croffle -cream was good not too sweet and not overwhelming. Loved that there was cookie butter drizzled overtop. Paired well with banana slices. Singular Biscoff cookie on top was very stale. Mango Purple Rice Bowl -it was what I expected it to taste like. Mangos were sweet and soft. Purple rice was cooked well, good texture. Mochi Milk is smooth and not too sweet, almost like edible slime.. either you like it or you don't. Osmanthus Bowl -osmanthus jelly was good, floral but not too overwhelming. read more
I came here on Sunday and Monday (yes, back to back days). My wife loves mochi so I wanted to surprise her with the Milk Mochi that has been going viral. Unfortunately, they had sold out so instead I ordered 2 of their Croffles instead. The croffles were exceptional. They were soft and crispy and a tad chewy. The cream on top was airy and slightly sweet. Honestly, it blew my expectations. The negative was that it took about 40 minutes to get our order so my kid was getting impatient. The next day we came back earlier and got their Milk Mochi bowl. Bowl came with mango, strawberries, boba and their milk mochi. To my disappointment, the mochi was more of a pudding or custard. It was no chewiness or bounciness. Honestly, would not get again. But would come back from the croffle if I did not have to wait that long. read more
Tried two desserts at Mingle Mochi Croffle. The Osmanthus Bowl had all the ingredients I like in one bowl -- milk mochi, osmanthus jelly, taro paste, and grass jelly. The sweetness level was just right and not overpowering at all. I only wish it could've been served warm since I think it would make the mochi even more comforting. The Banana Pudding Croffle was freshly made and the croffle itself had a nice texture. The banana whipped cream, cookie butter, and biscoff combo worked really well together. The only downside for me was that the cold cream cooled down the croffle pretty quickly. Flavor-wise though, it was still really good. The interior is super cute! They have sticky notes to leave a drawing. The workers were also nice and gave helpful opinions. Biscoff mochi bowl-- Pretty yummy and perfectly sweet for me (I have a huge sweet tooth). I like that they loaded it up with toppings. Strawberry yogurt refresher-- 100% sweetness is sweet. It is fizzy but not too fizzy and slightly milky. The flavor isn't super strong, but I appreciate that it isn't artificial tasting. My boyfriend got the mango purple sticky rice mochi bowl and jasmine matcha latte. The bowl was alright aside from the sticky rice being kind of hard. Pass on the jasmine matcha latte, it just wasn't good. read more
