I saw the soft opening promotions for this dessert shop and I thought of taking a look at their desserts since they looked pretty good. I bought their Cookies and Cream and Strawberry Matcha croffles, they were pretty good! I loved their crunchiness and the sweetness was on point. The strawberries were fresh and balanced out the creaminess from the matcha whipped cream on top. The strawberry matcha croffle was definitely a favorite of mine! Service was really good, there was a girl that was soft spoken but very helpful. She helped me work the kiosk and was very kind. Overall, the place is simplistic and there are cute murals of their brand. As it just opened, it's very clean and nice inside. i saw this on instagram and i really wanted to try it since it was so close to where i live. literally after the first time i went three more times BECAUSE OT WAS SO GOOD ! ive ordered the taro bowl, biscoff croffle, cookies and cream croffle, and their signature drink momo mango !! the taro bowl : was VERY yummy , they're trying out their mochi bowls with coconut milk right now and it ties together really well :) . their taro was not at all watery and powdery and it was so good like it's not like smooth taro paste it's more of a chunky taro paste texture and it's really good. croffles : biscoff usually seems really sweet for me but it was the perfect amount of sweetness for me , it had their usual vanilla whipped cream along with biscoff crumbs and cookie butter topped with a biscoff cookie and my boyfriend loved their cookies and cream croffle it had their whipped cream , oreo crumbs , chocolate sauce and an oreo with a pocky !! momo mango : their momo mango was indeed VERY good i personally do not like mangos and i gave it a chance and it was a solid 8.5/10 . inside the drink they had their signature mochi , house made mango puree, milk and i think there was also a mango mixture on the top of the drink not sure what's in it but it was really yummy!! i've also tried other desserts and drinks as well as lychee green tea, jasmine matcha latte, the banana pudding croffle and the strawberry matcha croffle ! employees were so nice and service was great ! they brought me my drink and croffles since it wasn't busy and it wasn't that long of a wait either it was around 10-15 mins since we did order croffles !! but other than that it was a very open space , a nice place to study or hangout with friends read more

Parking in rear through Earle Ave. Something familiar with a twist. Interaction with staff was quite interesting.. I visited on a Thursday right as they were opened around 11am with one other person. I saw a sign for BOGO 50% off from 5/21-5/28/2026 and thought it was only for their Croffles because there were small drawings of croissants. Asked the staff about it and turns out the BOGO was for the entire menu. Surprised she didn't promote their Instagram to upgrade BOGO 50% off to BOGO Free. Staff did mention that the promotion after 5/28/2026 will be 20% off only for their Soft Opening. We were still looking through the kiosk menu to decided what to order. Staff came back out from the back and asked how the menu was. We smiled and said we were still deciding.. She giggled and said "ok, it's just us.. I don't know what else to say.. ha ha so awkward" Strawberry Matcha Croffle -croffle had a nice texture, crisp outside and soft inside with slight chew. They're freshly made to order. Matcha cream was extremely bitter and not much sweetness to it. Strawberry puree was quite tart as well. Overall topping didn't pair well together and seemed too wet. Banana Pudding Croffle -cream was good not too sweet and not overwhelming. Loved that there was cookie butter drizzled overtop. Paired well with banana slices. Singular Biscoff cookie on top was very stale. Mango Purple Rice Bowl -it was what I expected it to taste like. Mangos were sweet and soft. Purple rice was cooked well, good texture. I came here on Sunday and Monday (yes, back to back days). My wife loves mochi so I wanted to surprise her with the Milk Mochi that has been going viral. Unfortunately, they had sold out so instead I ordered 2 of their Croffles instead. The croffles were exceptional. They were soft and crispy and a tad chewy. The cream on top was airy and slightly sweet. Honestly, it blew my expectations. The negative was that it took about 40 minutes to get our order so my kid was getting impatient. The next day we came back earlier and got their Milk Mochi bowl. Bowl came with mango, strawberries, boba and their milk mochi. To my disappointment, the mochi was more of a pudding or custard. Tried two desserts at Mingle Mochi Croffle. The Osmanthus Bowl had all the ingredients I like in one bowl -- milk mochi, osmanthus jelly, taro paste, and grass jelly. The sweetness level was just right and not overpowering at all. I only wish it could've been served warm since I think it would make the mochi even more comforting. The Banana Pudding Croffle was freshly made and the croffle itself had a nice texture. The banana whipped cream, cookie butter, and biscoff combo worked really well together. Tried out this new dessert place the other day! This place sells soft mochi bowls with toppings and croffles. The croffle was amazing! Definitely one of the best places to get croffles. Most places don't get the texture right and usually the cream is too sweet but this place does it perfectly. Also nice that they precut the croffle so it's not hard to eat. I found out about this place from Reddit. I attended their soft opening and followed their Instagram which gave me the BOGO free deal. I passed by this dessert shop late at night cause I saw that the yotea got replaced. The seating area looks the same with plenty of large seats, chargers, and large tables. I really appreciate each of Mingle Mochi & Croffle's employees. They are always friendly and they greet customers coming. From experience, I know of a few other places that have very few customers who come in and are noticed but rarely are greeted by the employees who work there. The employees working at Mingle Mochi & Croffle can be busy, but when they do see people coming in through their doors, they greet them. I came by for a nice cold drink and since I needed something sugary, I customized my drink to 25% sweetness. I like to come here, because they have great promotions and a happy hour. There was a time when I asked if the 25% off discount for the happy hour was applied to my order at checkout, because I noticed it didn't seemed like it was there, so the cashier serving me apologized and went to the back of house to ask if it was possible to redo and retake my order through their system. It was not possible. I was still very satisfied with each of my visits. If they don't know how to do something or if they are not sure how to assist a customer, they would always ask their manager. This place is still in its soft opening, but within 30-ish minutes of opening, it's got plenty of customers. Their space is very open and spacious--great for large friend groups. Upon entering, the two team members greeted customers warmly and were very patient with orders. Their soft opening deals are pretty hard to beat: buy 1, get one 50% or buy 1, get 1 FREE if you follow them on Instagram. Plus, they offered a free drink with purchase. I ordered their osmanthus jelly bowl, strawberry matcha croffle, and a jasmine green tea. I was especially impressed with their jasmine green tea as the jasmine flavor was balanced and definitely NOT watered out or oversteeped like a bunch of other places'. The croffle looks small but is sweet, fresh, and deceptively filling. I'll probably come one more time to take advantage of their opening promotion before the 28th, and I'll likely still be coming after their deals end. read more
