I don't know why some people rated this store low and said it was dirty. The store was remodeled a couple years ago. It was clean and shiny today. We asked for help from two employees for different things and they smiled and were happy to help us. One even led us to the section we were looking for. as far as walmarts go, most are standard. its either a supercenter or its not. but its the service you get when you go into the place that determines it. this location is my least favorite. while i like the hours of operation (24 hour store is helpful when you have sick littles at 2am) i dont like the complete and utter lack of service. those poor checkers. they only ever schedule a couple at a time and they are forced to work with HUGE lines of increasingly frustrated people. its unfair. there have been MANY times when I have run in for one or two things and spent longer time waiting in line than actually shopping. ifi have a big shopping trip, i actually drive across town to the Turner rd walmart and go there. or target, if i wont be spending too much more. they really ought to schedule more people and treat their employees a bit better. *no i dont work for walmart* read more

This Walmart is not big enough and is hard to manage to get around in a wheelchair also this Walmart does not carry the manual wheelchairs which is difficult for me because I am legally blind and I can't drive the motorized scooters read more

Searched online for best price of item. Stopped by store when I was driving by. Greeter directed me to correct area of large store. Clerk/cashier in area (Lisa?) came out from behind counter immediately to take me to exact location for item, and then rang up the item for me. Friendly, helpful, and best price. I am not a fan of Walmart's corporate policy, but there are a few items that can be found here that I cannot find anywhere else. Once, I had to buy some things very late at night. There were only two registers open, both with humongous lines. Meanwhile, a manager was leisurely counting down a different drawer. I asked the lady if the manager ever "grabbed a drawer" and she just rolled her eyes and said nothing. I called in the next day to voice my concern... Very friendly staff and a wide variety of items keeps me from staying away entirely. Incidentally, unemployed people with tattoos on their chests should not be judging others... read more

When I first moved here, shopping at Walmart was unavoidable for certain things that I had to get quickly to stock up the hut. While I don't love to give my money to places like this, sometimes when you don't know your surroundings and you just need some goldang dish soap and bleach fast, you gotta do what you gotta do. This was all good and fine until I had to return a space heater which busted after a month of use. They wouldn't take it back, gave me a surly, condescending attitude, and the manager and employee at the return desk seemed to be very unhappy. First off I would like to say that this Walmart was horrible, I walked around this store for at least 20 minute trying to find something and one employee ask me what I was looking for and she just pointed and said go down that way. What? Gave me no specific direction to what I was looking for. Then after I checked out as I was leaving out of the store a employee stop me at the exit and ask me for my receipt. Mind you I have a basket full of Walmart bags really so I had to dig in my purse for it while my cab was outside waiting for me. I felt very degraded as if I was trying to steal from them. Walmart Vision Center for Dr. Olma. My appt. was Saturday, 8/6/16 and it was a last minute decision. When I arrived I was nicely surprised that I was greeted and able to fill out paperwork early and begin the pre things. Dr. Olma greeted me within minutes of my scheduled appt. and immediately put me at ease. Thru the entire appt. not once did I feel rushed or brushed off. Dr. Olma explained various things and listened to my questions and replied in depth to make sure I was comfortable with my eyes. The office was clean, sanitary and overall nice. There seemed to be enough staff to assist with customers and patients. I would recommend Dr. Olma based on my experience! read more

This place is a complete piece of crap. I went here to shop for holiday gifts, and I was going to exchange certain items I bought yesterday to get the items I was going to buy today, but they said that I had to get a sticker for each product from the greeter. What the hell?! I never heard of a such thing! Not only that, only one associate was at the customer service desk, and the line was packed. We were in the store for like an hour and an half, and it was all just a complete waste of crappy time. And guess what their excuse was? 3 people call in sick! 3 people! They have over 10 million employees all across the country, and yet to think, that they say you need a sticker to go and return certain items? That is a complete bull-faced lie! Their policy clearly states that all items can be returned within 90 days as long as the packaging is in stable condition and has a receipt. Their is no information about a god darn sticker! I hate this SO MUCH! This place is a complete rat-hole and it comes to me that I'm never shopping at this certain Walmart location ever again. read more

I tried to call and inquire if they actually had an item in stock that their .com website alleged was present. Twenty minutes of hold and finally hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Called back, spoke to Samuel and Christine (evening mgr's), love how they are afraid to actually identify themselves, and our first name familiarity was 'oh, so refreshing'. Christine finally hung up on me as I continued to ask pointed questions (no sense of humor). Walmart, why bother? I eventually went down the block to Bi-Mart (no drama). read more

I hate this Wal-Mart. The aisles are always stacked full of stuff so it's very congested and hard to navigate. The parking lot is always a mess. The shelves are always a disaster. So apparently this is some kind of special Walmart store in charge of teaching all other Walmart stores how to be douchebags. I'm paraphrasing what the customer service gal said. Apparently, although this is not posted in writing anywhere, and corporate won't let them post it (likely because it's utter bullshit), you need some kind of sticker on items you're returning? Whether you have a receipt or not? And if you DON'T get this magic sticker from the person in a yellow vest that is nowhere to be seen when you walk in, they treat you as if you do not have a receipt. WTF? So I have my receipt. I came in and went to the return station. I stood in line. And now I'm being treated as if I don't have a receipt because I was unaware I was supposed to hunt down some magical yellow unicorn for a super secret sticker? Thank god I don't live near here and I never have to return to this special store! read more

Very disgusted with this Wal-Mart. It doesn't seem to matter whether or not my husband gets 50 items or just 2 he gets stopped at the door EVERY time. They get very rude with him and have even been known to bring out security. Every time they realize in the end that he DID NOT STEAL ANYTHING!! This last time they tried to say it was because there was a bit of laundry soap on the top of the laundry soap container he had bought. It was the sun brand in the bucket with the seal and the stickers all still in tact. They told him they were going to have to open it and look as if he hid something in it...????? He had a receipt!!After about the 5th time he finally asked them why they always stop him at the door. He was told he looks suspicious!!....SERIOUSLY???? My husband is a state employee who risks his life every day for his family. He does not deserve to be treated this way!! read more
