1 Star but would leave zero if that was an option. We ordered a cake and cupcakes for our son's baptism and birthday, scheduled to be ready yesterday by 6 PM. When we arrived, we were told the order had been canceled--without any notification, call, or email. The manager that evening assured us the issue would be rectified and that everything would be ready by 12 PM today. We returned at 1 PM, only to find that nothing had been done again. Miguel was the lead we spoke with, and the manager, Ceaser, told us he would personally take care of it--but once again, the order was not ready. As a last-minute attempt, they offered a random cake and cupcakes at no charge, which were not what we ordered and not acceptable for such an important occasion. Because of this repeated failure, we had to leave our only son's baptism and birthday celebration multiple times to keep returning to Walmart--for absolutely nothing. The time, stress, and disappointment this caused our family is unacceptable. This was horrible customer service, complete lack of communication, and zero follow-through. We are extremely upset and will never use Walmart Bakery again. We will also be making sure our friends and family are aware so they do not experience the same thing. read more

There's a few Walmarts up in the Santa Clarita area and this one is my favorite. The parking lot is huge and usually well lit. I don't know what happened tonight but it is very dark. They have a new layout and it does take some getting used to. Some of it doesn't make any sense. Oh eell, I would rather come to the Walmart on Carl Boyer.. I miss the human interaction but honestly it makes more sense to go to self-checkout. Prices are great. And I just stocked up on the 75% off Halloween candy. read more

This location, like many of them, has revamped its footprint by moving products around to the point that I cannot find much of anything. The new layout is just stupid and frustrating so I started to use the online ordering, with young folks loading my order in my car. Even that is hit or miss. After waiting 20 minutes for my order to be put into my car, I called the phone number on the sign, only to get a recording from CHRISTMAS (seriously people?). This location is incredibly frustrating and management doesn't seem to give a rip about correcting anything. read more

Not from around here but my bf and I have been going to different Walmarts out of our area to see what kind of stock they have for Pokemon Jazwares figures since the ones around us never have any stock. First time driving out to this one, not a far drive or anything and no traffic for a sunday so it was a smooth drive (other than the 111° weather). Big parking lot and to our surprise, it was right across Pierogi Spot when they were still open! We used to grab food from there all the time until they closed/moved to Glendale. This is definitely my first time at a super Walmart. We don't have any near us, just regular ones and much smaller. It was honestly incredible to see how huge this place was, basically Costco status! The stock of figures and candy were insane! Rare figures we don't typically find in our Walmarts and even duplicates which is super rare. The candy selection was wild! So many different candy we haven't seen. They also had a big bin of different squishmallows!! I don't collect them or anything but as soon as I saw Scar from Lion King, I had to get him. Absolutely cute! Lots of registers and self checkouts. Easy process and the staff were super nice. I had two separate transactions to make and the lady in front of me was struggling with her payment due to the lack of Tap so I was redirected to another check out where the staff happily helped me carry over my items. Went to Walmart to get groceries. On my list was cold brew coffee. My favorite is Starbucks. They have so many different choices from sweetened to unsweetened and bold to mild. Added plus is that they give you more coffee per ounce. As I toured the store I met Lindsey and her friend and co-worker. They were wearing their work shirts. How fun! They work for Starbucks in one of the Santa Clarita stores. Told her how much I enjoy their product. And now I'm announcing it to all of you!!! Best Buy for your money!! read more

I am teaching Sunday School tomorrow and I needed a craft for the kids to do related to Jesus birth. I went toward hardware because I had found some stars that they could paint for their craft. In order to make it an ornament I needed to put a hole through it without cracking the star. A sales associate named Jonathan spent a lot of time helping me. He was so wonderful. I was going to buy the wrong tool which would have cracked it. He showed me several tools and told me all of them would work. He also showed me how to use them. Thanks to Jonathan my 4 & 5 year olds will have a great craft for Sunday School tomorrow. He was very patient and very creative. His knowledge of tools is outstanding and his service was A+. This review is Walmart's complete incompetence in its online presence. Short story, bought 4 tires, scheduled installation which got delayed 2x by Walmart because their balancing machine broke; no issues here, things break. The very BIG issueS... I ordered tires for a Tesla and upon arrival (after 2 reschedules) they tell me they don't have the proper lift for Tesla's. HELLO.... Tesla was the first piece of info entered to their web site to get tire size; YOU THINK THEY WOULD HAVE INFORMED ME THERE? Second issue... they cancelled my tire order (just before I showed up for the third scheduled installation). The store claims the Walmart system does this automatically because the tires were not installed within 7 days of original scheduled date... due to their broken machine. This was eventually followed up with I couldn't even take the tires and have some other place install them after waiting a long time for an answer. Bonus knocks for the auto center not answering the phone when I tried to confirm before driving there. This seems to be the common action at multiple Walmart auto centers as I called another Walmart to to see if they could install the tires while waiting to even see if I could take the tires. End summary.... WALMART... get your act together. If you don't install tires on a particular type of car....then say so If your machine breaks... fix your online system so that the store people can prevent the order from being cancelled hours before the installation. Literally on a 30+ minute call with someone in the Philippines because Walmart+ left out 90% of the items in my order. Idk how they're always messing up so bad. Literally ordered 27 items and got 9. This rating was more for the employees at this Walmart and availability of items. They are not the friendliest which maybe some of them feel they don't have to be but at least if a customer like me smiled at you and greeted you with a good morning before needing some assistance. I would think would brighten your day a bit. I also understand maybe it's the Monday blues! Even the managers walking around didn't ask any customers that I noticed if they needed help surely some of us like me, who was unable to find 50% of the items I needed. Don't get me wrong I found which areas I needed to go but this store is not fully stocked of items! However, not all the employees I encountered had that look of "I don't want to be here" or walking like zombies, I was looking for matches and this employee (male-name starts with an S) went out of his way to walk me literally to where the matches were! I hope that management is investigated for their poor customer service. I was treated very poorly today by the Manager, Annie, in the Auto Center department today around 3:00pm, after I had spent around $1500 on tires with them previously. I let her know that my tires were in really bad shape and I had drove all the way from Pasadena. She came out to tell me that she does not accept any walk-ins and started to yell at the tire staff and crew in front of me and I thought this was extremely unacceptable for a manager to do. I went to buy some make up products. I used to love going to this store since items were not locked. Now they are, there was an employee pulling items for I am assuming an online order, so I asked if she could help and she said she couldn't, nor did she offered to call one that could and I was not able to get someone to help. So I left without buying anything and I went to Target to get it. It is unfortunate that they feel the need to lock the items, which I understand is because items are often stolen. However, if they are going to be locked,more employees should be available to help. Walmart customer service can definitely improve. I am furious, I went in, purchased 4 pillows for 9.99 each. Paid at self checkout, cash and thought, wow I'm getting out fast and cheap The receipt printed when I paid. My tire threat was low and I ordered a new tire from Walmart and also made an appointment 1 week in advance to change out my tire. I show up at 7:50 AM to my 8 AM appointment and was told to go inside and check in, I waited 15 minutes for somebody to show up... and after she showed up she told me "I have to see if we can do this for you" right then I was very confused so I asked her what that means, we went outside to my car and she looked at my tire and said we cannot do it. I woke up early in the morning, made an appointment one week prior for me to show up and get told that we can't change your tire, I think that was very unprofessional and a waste of my morning to show up for no reason. I think Walmart should do a better job in terms of letting the customers know before hand that they DO NOT handle cars with run flat tires, for the customer not to make an appointment, order a tire from them or get any type of auto care because they are very unprofessional in terms of auto care at least.... read more

This Walmart is going downhill each time I go to it and they hire anyone. Lately when I've been shopping there and need to ask an associate a question, it's impossible since they're all wearing airpods or on the phone having full conversations while on the job and Omar and Patel see them and never do anything about it. 3 weeks ago I had Nina check me out and she had her airpods and was talking on the phone while checking me out and was pausing every second to focus on the phone call. The only associate who helped me with my questions last time was the man with dreads in produce and he knows how to talk to customers and he always has a smile on his face, he needs a promotion. Gloria who's a CSM is also aware of her cashiers wearing airpods and does nothing as always. Maria is another cashier who's rude and doesn't know how to bag groceries and she put my food with chemicals and i checked her and she kept making faces and noises then Gloria came and Maria thought she was smart by talking about me in Spanish and talking about the things I was buying. Little did she know that I took Spanish classes for 2 years so I know the things she says. Today I shopped and went to some new kid who didn't bag all of my things and he kept ignoring my requests. I've been coming here for several months and most of the time it's fine. Today was not. Not a big deal, but I was charged an extra salad (the cashier was new and learning). I think she accidentally rang up the same salad twice. I also bought gardening gloves that were tossed in the garden center's box of leftover items. The gloves I wanted didn't have the price tag, so I brought another one. $6 and change for gloves I've bought at the 99c store? Not all of Walmart's prices are wonderful. The employees were pleasant and I've never had a problem with them. It can get a little crowded during the holiday season, but they are well stocked and I usually find what I need. All in all, I like this store. They have a new pretzel fast food place, an optometry shop, and nice selections of clothing, shoes, home goods, arts and crafts, garden supplies, and right now, plenty of holiday decorations. read more

Walmart, has these new tag's for the prices of the items me buy, Some of the employees are not up to date on changing the product price, I was in Walmart last week and saw that one of there many coffee's was being discontinued, So I bought two got it to the register and they were regular price not the clearance price had taken a picture of the coffee with the tag showed it to the cashier and she stated that the item was new, and that it couldn't be on clearance, I looked at her as this is the item that I took a picture of so she stated she had to get her boss or supervisor that was on the floor, so it took about maybe 10 minutes because supposedly the supervisor was busy with another customer so I waited. The manager came up told her what's going on didn't say a word, fix the prices and walked away, and as she was walking away, I had to yell out. Thank you for your help and no response, this is a supervisor that works for Walmart. Where is her customer service skills after I was finished I walked up to Customer Service to speak to a manager and they pointed to that lady that was totally rude to me. I stated I don't want to talk to her I want to talk to her boss Because I refuse to be treated like the way I was, I did nothing wrong. I was trying to pay the price of a product that was discounted, Walmart needs to get better people in there with customer service skills. I did talk to somebody but I felt it was going to be on deaf ears, so as I was leaving the store. I did call Corporate inform them of what was going on so hopefully they addressed it to cover the situation because every time you see a product that says that it is cheaper take a picture of it and when it's scanned at the register, it should be that same price but like I was told, some departments are two Lexa Daisy to change the price and you pay the higher price. Look, I get it, it's a Walmart. It's convenient and nothing to go crazy over or be overly upset about. The reason why I'm writing this review in the first place is because a majority of the employees here suck. The store itself serves its purpose, it usually has what you need, but it's really hard to find things from time to time. I went in shopping for ONE thing, just some Pistachio Butter, that's all. I was told on their app they had it in store, I went where it told me it was located because anyone can read. However I looked high and low, behind items and everything and I couldn't find it, so I figure I could ask someone politely to help me find it. I know Walmart isn't necessarily amazing to work for, I'm not sure how much they pay or what the conditions are, however almost all the employees are so unhelpful. It's like none of them want to be there at all, look miserable, and don't want to be bothered. I'm sorry, and I don't mean to sound like a Karen, but it is your job, whether you like it or not. It is the job you signed up for. It is the job you come in to do because we all need to get paid, however everyone here seems like they don't wanna do any of the work and just get paid.. well that's only in an ideal world. It doesn't take much to help someone out, and your rude nonchalant attitude makes you seem like an unpleasant person to be around. I walked up to 3 people. 3 PEOPLE, I to ask for help, and all of them basically gave me the same response. The First Lady I came up to, I said "sorry to bother" and followed up with asking for help to find my item because i couldn't find it, I showed her on the app what it was and she said Aisle 16 and quickly started walking away before I got to tell her I already checked, I had to catch up to her and explain I already checked but couldn't find it, and just needed some help to see if there was actually anything at all, she simply said "I don't know" and walked away again. Whatever, I'm sure the second person knows what they're doing then, I walked up to a guy and asked him if he could help me find the item or check if there was any at all and he just told me "I'm sorry I don't speak English", in English.. that's funny because before I approached him I heard him having a full out conversation with his buddy In perfect ENGLISH. I didn't want to argue so I just went to find someone else, the third person I tried to talk to already looked busy stocking items, but they were the only nearby person so I apologized when I started the conversation and explained how I couldn't find it, and she nonchalantly told me that if it isn't on the shelf then they probably don't have it. Whatever. I went back hoping that maybe if I went back into the Aisle the item would somehow appear. It didn't but THANKFULLY there was only 1 actual sweet and kind employee who was willing to help me and actually CHECK and DO something about it. He actually seemed friendly to talk with, and even pulled out a little device to check FOR me if they actually had the item, unfortunately he told me they had 17 on the floor, but somehow there was 0??? I felt bad because he seemed like he felt bad and was a bit nervous, so I thanked him profusely for his help. I'm so so so so sorry, but I forgot his name.. I wish I asked him so he can receive some recognition because he was the only GOOD worker I had a GOOD interaction with and I think he should get something out of this, but in case it helps I wanna describe him, he was working on July 6th around 10:15 ish PM on the floor, around this time he was around A16 (which is where I was looking for my product). He was white and bald too (I'm so sorry this is the only description I have) He told me he didn't usually work this kind of shift. Placed an order on Monday , June 2 for same day delivery, The items were said to be sold and shipped by Walmart. The delivery was not made. The delivery was not made on Tuesday either so on Wednesday I cancelled the order. I called customer service and was told the order was assigned to several drivers who refused to deliver. I live 20 minutes away and the Walmart delivery van is regularly in my neighborhood. I do not live on a dirt/unpaved road. I tired calling the store on several occasions at different times and not once was the phone answered. I then spoke with Maria H. in customer service who escalated my concern to the corporate office. She too called the store and again, no answer. Mind you, I was unable to find a phone number or email to the corporate office to speak with someone there. She claims none is posted. No surprise. The items I ordered say shipped and fulfilled by Walmart so I assumed the van would be delivering the items. I was told they hire drivers for deliveries but the drivers have the luxury to decline to make the delivery. Imagine a job where you can decide not to do the job you were hired for. I frequent this Walmart often I don't have an issue with the store when I go in but the delivery service has failed me a couple times once my groceries where delivered to the wrong address (air quotes) I found the apartment they supposedly delivered them too but they where not there and the people who lived there where asleep. Anyway this time I ordered a ten pound bag of potatoes and brought them inside I immediately noticed that some of them where wet I also noticed a foul smell. I am not sure how the person who got my order together didn't see this obviously they didn't care they probably hate their job and the fact they have to work for living.
