    Here today! I needed to get some Walmart things, you know like detergent, candles, toothpaste etc. This is why I love my occupation, I get to see, experience, scratch off my bucket list and I'm what they call WELL ROUNDED. This particular Walmart sits off the highway, I mean I'm was going 65 mph in the fast lane and up pops this Walmart. Weird to me because it literally sits off the high, it's not like I got off the expressway hahaha see my new verbiage aka fwy/highway? Getting back on was another challenge, it was like the video game Frogie--am I telling my age? I'm sure but babaaa, I damn sure don't look it! Yeah, I be trying to keep up with 2024! I'm a "G" grandma, getit but my G-baby calls me G-Na. Sorry I got carried away, it's about Yelp not me. Ok, so I visited this Walmart in Massachusetts and it was weird parking underground, luckily it was early am so I was able to park close. Wherever and whenever I park, I'm always looking for camera's and they had plenty. I like that because that's SAFETY, we have to be safe, watch your surroundings or your family members won't have answers--if you catch my drift. Anywho, this Walmart had all my speciality item I get when I'm in Texas, again if you follow me...many States don't have items/brands I'm accustomed to. The store was clean, stock and neat shelves. I found some Spring Rolls which I couldn't find in their local grocery stores. This particular Walmart offered free plastic bags so I didn't have to purchase any, I'm ALWAYS FORGETTING TO BRING MY REUSABLE BAGS----uuuuug! Many lines open for checkout so 5 stars Walmart! Here today! Hmmm, where tomorrow?

    Wal-Mart in Saugus, Ma 12/01/2023 10pm boyfriend and I went there to return a tent we had purchased a couple weeks ago. The tent is in the original packaging and everything inside is still in packaging. We had paid with cash and No longer have the receipt but, I have a valid passport. So we're standing in line already feeling like complete outcasts because we were the only people no speaking Spanish. THEN they ask if they could help us and my boyfriend tells the customer service lady that we bought this tent a couple weeks ago and we just want to exchange it or receive store credit, I had already placed my passport on the counter. She immediately calls her manager over and started speaking Spanish to him. He asks us if we payed with a card we both said no we paid cash and no longer have the receipt. He says we don't do exchanges we only do store credit. I said well that's what we were trying to do. We aren't trying to get cash back we just have no use for this tent. He said No this is $99.99 we can't do that. My boyfriend then asked if we could at least have a sticker so we werent hassled when we leave about it being stolen, they denied that request as well. From the moment we stepped in there they judge us. Based on the fact that we had backpacks on, they thought we stole the tent, which isn't the case at all. I can even recall what other items we purchased at the same time the night we bought he tent. Sour gummy bears, Nerd clusters, an orange Fanta soda. And if it were stolen I definitely wouldn't walk in there with my own passport, that's just insane. As we were walking away I said I'll be contacting someone about this he said well my name is Muhamadune and I'm the Manager. I said Thank You but I'm contacting someone above you. Have a nice night!

    Out of the 3 employees we tried to speak to, none spoke any English and therefore were not helpful at all

    No different of an experience than I had with Walgreens and CVS. I must say I was hopeful after my terrible experiences this week with chain pharmacies. I was hoping Green Street would take the time to hear me out and try to help me solve my problem with getting a prescription filled that was gluten free. At one point of me explaining my situation I thought they hung up on me. I got generic answers (ones I don't understand because pharmaceutical is not my expertise). I felt like I was bothering them. I am extremely disappointed in how my call was handled. I guess I am expecting too much of people.

    First let me start by saying; I completely understand how going to CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreen's,…read more ect. offer the simplicity of one stop shopping, because not only do you get your prescription, but also your household needs in one store. However, if you're looking for that old school service, where when you walk in for something as important as your meds, you get greeted with a smile, by name, and as if you seriously matter, PLEASE try Green Street Pharmacy! My 82 year old mother stopped in there the other day to order a new cane. The owner asked her if there's a reason she felt her existing cane was no longer viable. She showed him how the rubber bottom had warn out. He told her there was absolutely no reason to spend money on a new cane, and comes out with a brand new rubber tap, and attached it securely and had her take it for a test walk through the store. His genuine concern and honesty took my mother back to the type of service you used to see many years ago, when a store owner wouldn't think twice to try to save their customer money, and bend over backwards to meet your needs. They can handle filling or ordering any item that the larger chain stores pharmacy's can, but you will ALWAYS get that phone call to let you know your order is ready, and you will ALWAYS be treated with the utmost respect. You will NEVER feel like you are inconveniencing them, or feel like you're getting the backlash from someone's bad day! Their impecable service should be the Industry Standard.
