Because I did not have $37 to pay the copay. They told me I had to pay the copay before they would give me my drugs. I am 84, kids never call and I am ready for hospice. I've had enough of the Hart pharmacies of the world. If you need meds do not go to Hart and Dilatush downtown without a pocketful of cash. I had spent my Social Security this month and I have 15 cans of corned beef and chili, my allotment of one can per day until I get my next check. Hart didn't show any shame about withholding my meds even though I told them I had spent my last dollar on cancer care (an electric blanket from Target because I'm freezing all the time).
