This was previously a 5 star review from my experiences with customer service. I run a nonprofit horse rescue and get coupons from Purina for horse feed. I have frequent problems with them, but today was the worst. I was running behind and despite my clear communication that I was giving her 3 coupons (said 3 times), she only rung up one. We had already swiped the card, so she had to process a refund. I expressed I was running short on time and she said it would be quick. She then processed an EXCHANGE and called us "even" and wanted to ring me back up for the 2 coupons she had missed. So she wanted me to buy 2 bags of senior feed ($29) at full price, not need or get a real exchange, then pay the discounted price ($9) for the same two bags. At this point a manager (Jim) had come up and was backing her up saying it all made sense and that we were "even." Though I had been charged too much and not refunded anything and they wanted more of my money. I asked him for reassurance this wouldn't happen again and he just mansplained that the job was hard. No apologies, nothing. The customer service rep (Sheila) was the only thing that saved the situation by understanding the situation and taking over to help process our refund and get our coupons applied. I spend hundreds of dollars in this store weekly, and this situation has me considering finding a new feed store that actually supports nonprofits and the coupons we need to keep working. If I do go back, Sheila will be the only reason. I am extremely disappointed in this situation.

They've got everything you need for your home, auto, and clothing needs. It's like the general store on steroids. Worth a visit just to see the expanse of all they have. On this visit I came for boots and work clothes and there were an abundance of options. They will also set up accounts for reputable companies as well.

They also have a good selection of small furniture that are durable and do not easily fall apart. My deliveries have been timely. The shopper/driver do communicate when they are about to shop, when they have completed the shopping and when they are about to arrive at your residence. A photo of the delivery would reflect as proof of the delivery. I have not had any issues with Target. All employees have been nice and helpful.

So obviously I had to to go check it out and see why it was so noteworthy. My takeaways, It's pretty similar to the bigger Walmart's. Lots of sections for light bulbs, rugs, candles, toys, games, etc. The rest of the first floor is filled with a lot more food items than a Walmart, much like a real grocery store. But then the second floor is filled with tons of generic clothing. It's such a chaotic store, yet amazing to someone who is not from Washington. I was surprised to see tons of products I grew up on, yet haven't seen in over a decade were here. As well as a bunch of products that I've never even seen before. So obviously I bought a ton of stuff to try. The building as also super clean which is a huge plus of course. Now for the negatives. The second story full of clothing seems so out of place. All of the clothing is so generic, yet more expensive than a lot of other places around here I've noticed. To be fair, ever person from Washington I've talked to says they never go to the clothing section. But that makes me wonder whose buying their clothes then. All of the clothing looks like the generic clothes that NPC's wear in video games. The other drawback is that they seem to be super understaffed. Only 1 person at self check out, as well as a single checker/bagger were there. Of course they had a couple other staff members who were probably doing things such as inventory, stock, etc. But there definitely wasn't a lot of people for checking out. Overall, It's a cool place to visit and I'll enjoy it while I'm up here.

I have to say I was shocked and my kids were both laughing and a bit shaken or should I say confused. The employee was clearly a male dressed like a woman, which made for a really ugly woman although it wouldnt have been any different if it was a good looking fake woman or whatever you call that type of thing. I guess Fred Meyers is leading the way to the future by doing this, in fact I know of quite a few regular humans have applied for positions at FM and been turned down, maybe because they are too regular or regular in the sense of how people were 20 years ago. My daughter said lets go some place else so we ended up puchasing shoes online which is where we should have gone in the first place. So we will never go into that freak show of a business again.

The parking lot is good-sized although if you aren't paying attention when you leave, you may end up driving into the adjacent trailer park. The selection here is always excellent. The shelves are always well-stocked and the prices are competitive, sometimes much better than Walmart. The staff members here are always helpful. You will almost never have to wait in line to check out. If you need something unusual you may be able to get it here.

I will give this place props for having room to move around. So many stores cram so much crap on the floor you feel like you are squished in a maze. The inventory for the most part seems very random, eclectic, and overpriced. I get this is shopping in a casino and part of this is a way to get folks to burn up points. But if I can never find anything my size and when I do it is typically 25% more than if I bought it somewhere else, I am not going to bother. Additionally, if you have something like a pellet grill of one model and then a cover that fits a different one and an attachable shelf that fits a third, do you seriously think you are going to sell any of them, especially at inflated prices?
