I went to this walmart to buy a car battery and take advantage of the free battery replacement afterwards, however, the staff refused the service claiming that my Maserati required special programming which wasn't true. I explained that this model doesn't need programming, but they ignored me and refused to do the replacement. As a result, I had to go to an external shop and pay an additional $50 for the battery replacement. I'm disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor service. read more

I normally get my oil changed at Walmart and have no issues, but today was different. Immediately when I got there, the employees gave me unnecessary attitude after I notified them I was aware of an oil leak I had in my car. They all were very short with me which I found extremely unnecessary. Then, I get in my car to leave, and they didn't have the courtesy to remove my old sticker and replace it (like auto shops ALWAYS do), and instead slapped a blank sticker in the middle of my windshield. It's hard to imagine what the worst Walmart store would actually look like in real life, but this location might give you an idea. Between the homeless army roaming the parking lot, the hordes of feral cats, and the junk yard of random cars and busses scattered around, just pulling into the lot only gives you a slight preview to what awaits you inside. Be prepared for aggressive "fund raising" tables always just outside the doors. Some of them have even reached the advanced levels of accepting credit and debit cards so the typical "I don't have cash" is not working any longer. If you do get past them, the fun has only begun. You can rest easy knowing the Xfininity/Comcast folks will be more than happy to stand in your way and leave you stuck hovering near the deli and the joyous odor of grease, rotted food, and sadness. Don't fret, however, the Comcast people are only the minor leagues of aggressive. Take a stroll to the electronics section and meet the DirectTV lovelies. I wish you the best with them. Now.... Let's talk turkey and the only real reason you should find yourself inside of a Walmart. The groceries are cheap and the selection is expansive. That the only advantage. You'll be surrounded by half dressed college kids, unwashed wild children, and an epic level of shopping scooters. The best part is the abandoned carts blocking aisles, the slow and painful death of unwanted frozen food scattered among the shelfs, and the heards of oblivious shoppers standing three wide to ensure you WILL wait on them. I have, and thank God for this, never had the need or desire to venture into the restrooms, so I cannot speak to what level of horror must await you in there. So now I want you to envision yourself with 5 or 6 items in your janky-ass shopping cart that straight up missing a damn wheel, and you're heading for the checkout. I hope that in that cart is some water and maybe some protein bars, because you will be here for awhile. Oh, but it's no big deal right, you'll just jump into the 10 items or less line....rookie mistake. The lovely above meantioned oblivious shopper here take the express lane as a personal challenge. I try to avoid coming here as much as humanly possible. Normally, when I'm getting gas at the Murphy Express (one of the cheapest fill-up joints in town) I'll come to the realization I need a few items from Walmart. Here are a few tips to make your trip as quick as possible: 1. Know exactly what you're buying before walking in. 2. Hold your breath for the duration of your time in the store. 3. What can I say about "Super" Walmart? This is a large store with what appears to be "everything". It's not a "shiny" new store and doesn't feel as clean as my usual store but I did find almost everything I was looking for... except a specific battery. I didn't see too many employees through the store and there were not may registers open. I did miss seeing a self-serve check-out. This store is the first encountered heading into town from the west so I understand the volume. If you need a Walmart, this will most likely have what you need but I felt like I wanted sanitizer when I returned to the car. Happy shopping! read more

This has been the worst customer service experience i have ever experienced. I dropped my car off on a Thursday at 3:30 PM to get an oil change done. I didn't receive a text that it was finished and I knew that they closed at seven so I went back at 6:30 PM to check on it. I spoke to one of the employees at the auto care center and he said that they don't close at seven and my car will be serviced and done by the end of the night (did not even give me a time). He lied straight to my face because two hours later I came back because I still have not received a text and the auto care center was closed. So I tried to get a manager to come speak to me and no employee could help me. After 45 minutes of standing around and trying to find someone in charge finally someone helped me grab my keys and charge me for a car that is not even mine. I then told her I just paid for someone else's oil change and that i need my money back. She told me she cannot give me a refund until tomorrow because the manager (coach) had left. And then it turns out MY CAR HAD NEVER BEEN SERVICED. I finally got my car back unserviced and proceeded to come back to the Walmart the next day. I went back to the customer service center and they told me again I could not receive my full refund because the manager wasn't there AGAIN. Finally got my money back three days later, and the ONLY employee that apologized to me was the Auto Care Center manager. Terrible atittudes and i have never been treated so poorly. read more

This is my Tallahassee local Walmart store (22 miles one way from my house). I rated this location 4 stars because they do have good customer service, they brought back self checkout lanes after removing them, and it is one of the larger Walmarts in the area. There is plenty of parking and located in a strip mall with many other shops and restaurants. The automotive section never seems to have the Walmart brand of 5W20 synthetic motor oil in stock. Hence the 4 stars. read more

Reps will repeatedly walk past you without even a glance your way, even if they see you waiting, oblivious to your existence. My daughter and her 2 year old got a flat tire on the way from Alabama to Lake City Florida. She was able to get the donut on and limp to the Walmart on Tennessee St. in Tallahassee FL. I had arrived by then. The tire center was open but in the process of closing down. I explained the situation and they said "sorry we are done for the day" closed the door on us and left us to our own devices. We could not find anything open (6pm). My daughter's husband, who is stationed at Ft. Rucker, finally arrived, and we ended up leaving the car overnight, driving the two hours back home and then coming back and towing it the next morning. They were rude and inconsiderate in a situation that was difficult. I am glad the Lake City Walmart was so kind in helping once we got the car back to them. I was appalled at the attitude and disregard shown to us. At least be polite and maybe direct us somewhere else. They just shrugged and said over and over they were done for the day. read more

I placed an order online for Frontline Flea medicine for small dogs on Wednesday evening at 7pm EST. The email stated the order would be ready by 7am EST on Thurs Jun 15, 2017. I contacted the store to verify since it was just flea medicine. The representative stated she would pick the order quickly then call me back to pick it up. I never received a phone call at all. On Thursday June 15 at 9am, I went to the 4400 W Tennessee St, Tallahassee, FL location to retrieve my order only to be told it still wasn't ready. I've been ordering from Wal-Mart delivery services and what a train wreck it is! I've stopped getting grocery delivery because the driver can cancel your order and not even inform you. It happened twice in one day. Promises from the solution center reordered everything to arrive in 2 hours. That didn't happen and after my covid vaccine I couldn't meet my great grandchild because I waited all day for food that never came. Walmart.com is a lie too. They say 2 day delivery but time after time walmart.com doesn't only "not"deliver in 2 days, when you call because it's been a week they will cancel the order and reorder for you. How nice. Usually when you reorder because walmart.com dropped the ball, however the 2 day delivery turns into weeks. This has happened with dog food, kitty litter, potting soil, etc. Etc.! It's crazy. One time I was told my dog food was delivered in my mailbox. Please 22 lbs. In my mailbox! When reordered walmart.com said they needed 2 more weeks to get me dog food. Good grief. So grocery delivery just stands you up and Wal-Mart. Com doesn't really deliver. Why pay 13 bucks a month for This? I have a walking disability and I need delivery. I used the Walmart grocery pickup with high hopes that it would be wonderful. I they couldn't find three of the items on my list. Instead of letting me know ahead of time, they told me when I got to the store that they couldn't go back and get any for me. Even though I had checked the appropriate boxes in the app so that they would substitute it for me. I had a car full of three kids, and needed dog food desperately. They refused to help. I've been shopping here for at least 4 years and while they have made some environment improvements, the staff is as rude and lazy as ever. Never seen more workers fishing their cellphones from their back pockets while looking over their shoulders for the evil* manager. I can empathize of course. Walmart company culture is well known. Went to walmart on Tennessee St for a repair on my tire...one car ahead of me in the tire lane...thought that i could do some shopping real quick while i waited ( i left my number if they finished first), never got a call 1 1/2 hour later i wandered back to tire shop, my vehicle was in the same spot, so I ask the gentleman at the services desk to see if it was done...NOPE, they did not even look at it yet and two other cars happen to be in front of me. When I asked why my car was not seen yet, he said these two cars are ahead of me, and they weren't, they were in the lube line before then bumped ahead of me.
