If i could give a zero, I would. Walmart is awful, unorganized and seemingly unable to fulfill its obligations. I paid for the delivery service and attempted to use it today. Afyer confirming the order at 4pm, they sent a message that they were unable to deliver. They failed to meet their contractual obligations. I really dislike the company. read more

I have shopped at many Walmart stores, and this one has to have the rudest associates EVER. Associates chatting in the aisles, no pardon me or excuse me. One even told me she was waiting for me to get out of her way... Will not go back to this store!!! read more

I purchased 3 tops and a pair of pants for my wife. Being the typical husband, I know nothing about sizes for women. The clothes were to big (note to self: If you're going to get the wrong size, get them too small). I tried to take them back to Walmart for a refund. I placed them on the counter. To my amazement, the girl asked, "Are these attire?" I held back on the urge to reply, "No, it's liquor." She informed me that I couldn't return them, due to Covid 19. Seriously?? They still had the tags on them. Does Walmart believe a bag of chips is less likely to have the virus on it than the clothes? Word to the wise, I recommend you not purchase ANY "attire" from Walmart. If it doesn't fit or has a rip or tear in it or buttons missing -- you are out of luck, Scooter. read more

I normally don't shop at this Walmart because there are two others that are closer to where I live. I looked online and this particular Walmart had an item that I wanted. This was about 1 to 2 weeks ago and I went in and did my best to find that item. Because I was unfamiliar with the store I couldn't find it. The first person I asked for help said they thought it was down at the end of the shopping area and just pointed at a corner. I went that way and did not find it. I went to the front end of the store and asked a person they looked it up on the computer sent me to an aisle and I still couldn't find it. That's when Michelle J. came into the picture. Later I asked her where she specifically worked and she told me that she was a lead in the toy department. She then started helping me to find the items I wanted. I was searching for the 5-hour energy shots. She finally helped me to find the items that I wanted. Not only did she help me find these items but her spirit was so friendly, she was so sweet. This was the first time that I had met her but she acted as if we were old friends. She is a great employee, with customer service skills and I'm sure she would be a great person to get to know. read more

As far as Walmarts go -- I really like this one! It's always pretty clean and fairly well organized and kept up. The employees are helpful, kind, and always around when you're looking for them. The "greeter" at the front is often an extremely kind gentleman who always has a positive and pleasant word for everyone who comes in the doors. The store is well lit, as is the parking lot. There doesn't seem to be the typical "Walmart customer" vibe here. It's on the outskirts of town, so it functions more like a regular department/grocery store rather than as a Walmart. (Although, my car, which I park as far from other cars as possible, was keyed in this parking lot. Probably just a miserable jerk having a miserable day.) This location also often has grocery items that I can't find at other locations. Different flavors of items, completely different varieties of other items (container sizes, etc.), and sometimes slightly different prices. I find mostly everything I need, and then some, here. But this is a smaller Walmart location, considerably. So they do have limited shelf space. Their soft drink selection, for example, is very limited. I basically have to go to a different store for soda. Not a huge deal. Other items, like lunch meats and sometimes eggs, etc. can also be limited. The pharmacy area also suffers a little bit with space issues. The shelves are pretty crammed with stuff, but they seem to have just about everything other locations stock, as far as I can tell. I don't really shop for clothing or things like tools, but those areas also seem smaller. For sure the bedding has less variety, but they have all the basics. Even with the limitations, I find stuff here that I like and prefer that other stores don't have, and the more chill environment and pleasant customer service has me coming back to this location over and over. I have a hard time understanding their logic. It's a busy Sunday morning. Their isles are one way, people are trying to stay socially distanced and yet they are stocking their shelves and have about 10 workers with the large carts shopping for online orders. Literally in every isle they had a stocking cart. Why would that not be done during the night? Either have the online shoppers or stocking, but not both. It was ridiculous! We had a hard time getting to certain things because of their carts. I will go to Target next time! read more

I feel like this Walmart never has there shelves stocked. Every time I go they are always out of stuff/ and or groceries. They re organized the checkout counters so now there is more self checkout. And Less work for the employees to do. The floors always look dirty and have black marks everywhere. I'm not going back to this one for awhile. read more

I know what you're thinking when you see "Walmart" and a five-star rating accompanying it. "But, Jason, Walmart is an enterprise for NASCAR fans and the backyard wrestling crowd. I don't shop with Juggalos and ravers." And you would be remiss to feel otherwise. Given Walmart's reputation of attracting the most abhorrent crowds mankind has ever encountered, I would totally accept that brand of response wholeheartedly. This is one Walmart, however, that goes against the grain. Let's commence with the grocery section. It's a relatively compact area that has somehow discovered a way to provide more options, despite the confinement. The grade of beef sold is second to none. I live in Rita Ranch and will drive the added miles (which is only like two, but still...) for the beef. And that's not even mentioning the chicken, pork, fish, shrimp, sausage and other various fresh flesh items in the meat department. Seriously, don't even bother with any other grocery store when it comes to fresh meat. Produce is generally stocked with fruits and vegetables you may not be able to locate at other markets on a consistent basis. Mangos, edamame, nopales, habaneros... these are just a select few that I have seen in the produce section at this Walmart when stores such as Fry's and Safeway only have limited availability. The grocery section is similar to the competition but at a much more appropriate price and while much of the general consensus tend to dislike Walmart's product, the company excels when it comes to groceries and does so at an affordable price-range. Many other grocery chains that are thriving could stand to cut prices and they simply will not do it. For that reason, I will continue to come to this brand-new locale. The rest of the store is a more spiffy version of most other Walmart's. You can buy anything at a relatively bargain price, but -- for now -- you can do so without any of the Walmart prerequisites that tend to deter the average customer to other competitors. It's like regular Walmart, but clean and with less butt crack. No more gelatinous piles of goo getting in your way here. I'll return... often. read more

I will never shop at this Wal-Mart ever again they have very poor customer service. I was very disappointed that the asst manager was very rude as well as his customer service manager. I had a manufacturer coupon for 2$ off a lasagna and because it said Frys on it they wouldn't except my coupon. I have always used these coupons there and for some reason they didn't want to except it. I'm extremely upset that they would do this over a 2$ coupon. I thought Wal-Mart was supposed to be really good at customer service but I guess I was wrong. The lady also searched through my bags to see if my other coupon was valid and continued to do so even after she found the item. I will never shop there again this has made me feel like they could care less for there customers. And now I have to drive all the way to Frys to buy my lasagna. read more

I gave this Walmart a few dozen tries. It's very close to my home. I finally decided that it's just not worth the brain damage to even darken their doors. Then I forget, I run in for one or two items, and I am quickly reminded. 1 that I don't shop here for a reason 2. the reason is utterly lackluster management and general malaise of product. (The worker bees seem to do ok.) I wanted a clock radio that could have battery back up. The only two on the shelf had terribly damaged boxes. I was entertaining the thought of buying one if I could see that they had not, in fact, been dropped from a 20 story building. The manager was notified that I wanted to see her. She walked over the river through the woods, as I was walking out I did find her and decided to pursue the matter, this was after I'd already purchased the other two items. I do have other things to do besides waiting for a 20 something to pull it out. She really could not have cared less. I left her with the radios. I might need to get a tattoo to remind me why I don't go there. I see that I'm in the company of several other one-star reviews. I bet they would be less if it were possible. Target should include them in their marketing budget because they are the number one reason why I shop at Target. read more

After moving to Tucson last year, I was pleasantly surprised to find this Walmart, which appeared to be sufficient for many of my shopping needs....but not all. The prices are not always the best. But today...different story! The cashier was friendly, so were the employees​ that help me locate items. THE TROUBLE STARTED AT THE FRONT DOOR! I was held, against my will until I could produce my receipt before the lady stationed there would allow me to ​leave! (Even though I told her I was trying to get home to my sick husband.) I told her this was the first time I had ever been stopped and she told me this had been the policy for 6 months because the cashiers often miss things. It's funny....I got home and in fact,​ although I paid for an item, it was missing! Maybe it was my Southern accent? Maybe she doesn't like retired, nicely dressed white ladies? I felt singled out and felt demeaned by her actions! Shop at Target or Fry's for your groceries....I've never been detained there. Shame on you Walmart....not everybody is a thief! read more

Love this location. The greeter is always smiling and if you catch the blonde woman she will give your child a balloon and sometimes a free piece of fruit of your choice. The older gentleman will sometimes do a coin trick for your kids. This store is always clean, large restrooms, good selection and they are very nice when it comes to ad matching for you. read more

It has been years since I've been in a Walmart. This location with there friendly staff. Easy to navigate and extremely clean store. You surprise me by having everything I need when I stop to shop.... which is not often. With the exception of your parking lot. No matter where you stick a Walmart the parking a sucks. I really like this location; it's neat & clean, & the employees are always friendly & helpful. That being said, I have to also say, really Walmart? Three registers open on a Saturday afternoon? This is a multi BILLION dollar company. Stop being so cheap with your payroll & open a few more registers, please! Self Checkout lines are just as crowded, if not more crowded, as the few meager regular lines & I refuse to lessen your profit by taking away a cashier's job, thankyouverymuch. A huge part of retail is customer service. You do your patrons a disservice by having a bank of 15 registers yet only 2-3 registers open with lines snaking into your adjacent aisles. I would be understanding if this were a little Mom & Pop Store. But knowing this is a company raking in profits by the bucket loads, I say loosen the purse strings just a tad, Mr. Scrooge, add a few more cashiers to your payroll's bottom line, and get your registers operating. One of the poorest run stores I have ever been in. Starts in the parking lot with shopping carts in almost ever spot. When you go inside the staff is hanging out with shelf stocking carts in the middle of the isles. Get to check out to find the price that scans does not match the shelf price. You would be lucky if the cashier looked you in the eyes as in lifted their head up. All of this is controllable if they cared at all. But they don't. read more

This is your typical Walmart. Note this is a smaller one and they have crammed as much as they can into this store because of its smaller size. This makes it difficult to move around in with a cart and sometimes just moving around the store is difficult because the isles are so narrow. read more

The store is very new, so it is clean and the customer service has been wonderful. It's a bit smaller than I expected, and the product selection is not as varied as I've seen at other locations. But, given it's location, it's a welcome addition to the neighborhood and I know I will be back! read more

Let's get to know Dennis. Had to do a return today. A couple of people in front of me. It is what it is. A second clerk comes over and stands at a register so I ask if she is opening up. She tells me that she can't because she has no cash. Both clerks were doing their jobs and being helpful. I tell her to call a manager. She tells me that she did but no one came to help. I tell her to call for a manager because (now) a customer want to speak to them. They do and a couple minutes later an older, grizzled man comes over. His name is Dennis. I explain to him that his staff members need support. Dennis is not into helping the clerks. I point out to him that he has been standing ten feet away chatting with the self-checkout clerk, while his colleagues need help. Dennis starts to walk away saying that he will get to the customer service drawer in a few minutes. I indicate to him that I will now speak to his manager about his attitude. He comes over and shows me his name badge and spells Dennis to me. He also states that he has other things to do. I tell Dennis that right now his most important function is to get the next register open because a customer is now addressing him and I will not deal with his attitude. About this time Tanya, an assistant manager comes up. I explain to her what is happening and watch her mouth drop open at Dennis' deportment. I tell her that I know this is Walmart, but I don't have to be treated this way. Dennis is now quickly setting up the second drawer. Tanya assures me that the situation will be dealt with. I ask her how I will know, as I don't want Dennis to skip off thinking that he is off the hook. Of course she can't disclose personnel information, but assures me the situation will be dealt with. While talking to Tanya the ladies (who are doing their jobs) have my return processed. Tanya stays around and opens up a third register (which did go beyond what she needed to do). Jack Nicholson has a line in A Few Good Men where extorts that "you're "messing" with the wrong Marine." A hope Dennis remembers me as I will be back in his store and I will expect polite treatment. Terrible customer service. They were making fun of a customer after he left. Super unprofessional. Couldn't even do their job.

I know not to expect much out of Wally World as a whole but this location is TERRIBLE! Most associates seem miserable which is understandable but, DAMN! I got everything I needed, went to self scan and my last item needed age verification for broad heads (hunting item). NO ASSOCIATES ANYWHERE!!! I walked all the way down to the one checkstand that had a light on....empty. Walked back to customer service and even walked where only associates are allowed...NO ONE! The little devil on my shoulder was screaming "JUST TAKE IT! WALK OUT! NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW! ITS THEIR FAULT"....luckily, I'm a better person than that. So, I walked around until I found an associate and her excuse was "everyone is on lunch"...huh?!? Everyone?! Terrible "customer service"!
