I've been using the grocery pick-up option at this location weekly for about 5 years now. It has really saved me time and stress from grocery shopping. The app is extremely easy to use. I love that I can change my order multiple times up until a few hours before my grocery pick-up time window. I can also create and set up my order a week in advance. You can set up specific substitutions when creating your grocery order. They also notify you of any substitutions prior to your pick-up time so you can approve or reject them prior to pick-up. On occasion I do have some issues with produce items...brown lettuce, gouged fruit or moldy strawberries. When this happens I immediately go to the app and request a refund. It's a quick and painless process and they'll refund you immediately without having to bring the item back to the store. The employees are mostly friendly and helpful. Most load groceries with care. I have had a smashed bread loaf here and there, but mostly no grocery loading issues. They have moved the grocery pick-up area to the opposite side of the store since my last review. It's a much bigger area and has about twice the spots as the other side did. There are plenty of signs at both entrances to help navigate the newer location. I absolutely love using the grocery pick-up option. It has been a welcoming stress-free option for me and my household. I would highly recommend! read more

I am not a Walmart shopper, so I can not review the store portion and furthermore compare it to the standards of its similar. I can though share my experience with the automotive department. Yesterday, I found one of my families vehicles front driver side tire completely deflated. After inspecting the culprits location of puncture that delayed intended travel, through the use of technical and safety knowledge, obtained travel time through inflating the flat to proper psi. Since it was New Year's Day, most auto shops were closed for holiday. That is, except Walmart' Auto Center which was close to my proximity and admitting customers allowing the temporarily inflated tire experiencing decreasing psi and subsequently maneuverability to securely make the travel to the location without hazards and altercations. Called ahead and the department had time. Perfect! Arrived and was told by the department the estimated time for the repair would be a 30 minutes. In actuality the repair was an hour and 45 minutes long, and our wheel was filthy. For another customer it took just as long to simultaneously change his vehicles battery. Yes, you read that correctly. If your in a pinch with no other options and a surplus of leisure, Walmart auto services is flexible with their holiday hours. Absolutely the worst experience in this store. Recently I had a simple return and ended up in line at the CS desk for 25 minutes while I watched the two individuals behind the counter be so rune to the customers they were helping. A homeless person and an individual who did not speak English well. They both would mock the customers while chatting in front of everyone. Then another employee approached us and started yelling for us to move because the line we were in was in the wrong area. The family behind me were being yelled at so I began to defend them when a yelling match started between us in the line and the employee. Then the rude woman behind the CS counter began yelling at me directly and when I tried to tell her what's going on, she began mocking me and making faces at me. I asked for her manager and she said no and began mocking me more. I yelled back, which I fully admit was wrong. The employee began yelling out loud in the store for security and within seconds I was surrounded by security and was asked to leave. I went back and forth with them because I was just defending this family from being so treated so rudely. All they would say was "you need to leave now." So I walked out upset and hurt. Not one Walmart employee tried to help us in line for which we waited in line for at least 25 minutes. When trying to help de-escalate the situation, we received nothing but yelling and mocking from their employees. I was furious. I was not innocent. I should have calmed down and just left but because Walmart was being so rude to a homeless person, a non-English speaking person, and many people in line having to deal with such unprofessional people. I have been a Walmart+ member for 3 years and have defended them when others, and I mean most of the world, mocked them for being such a horrible company. After this horrible experience, I was left traumatized and at my end of the horrible world of Walmart. I went home and immediately cancelled my membership to Walmart+ and then called their corporate office and spoke with a Manager in their Customer Service call center. I explained the situation from my perspective and took serious responsibility for my actions but that I wanted to relay a message with my apologies for my actions. My attempt was to NOT attack the person(s) but rather attack the problem. The lack of training, simple processes in situations with the public, lack of professionalism and most of all the blatant mocking of marginalized people in their employee smocks in front of everyone, just sent me to the moon. You can tell very clearly that they do not have good leadership to enable employees with strong tools for working with the public Not only will I never use Walmart again for anything I definitely made sure I called and apologized, took ownership for my actions and committed to never engaging Walmart again. I know they don't care. I know they sat and watched the security footage and mocked me. But that's what you get when you hire shit people into a shit business. NO STARS The delivery service is absolutely horrible. Drivers try to deliver to our back gate. Really ? Please read the address. We get damaged and missing items consistently. Every single time (so many I can't count) this happens, the app that says it will process refund for these issues, does not. I have to call & spend my time to get a refund. Hours of time wasted. Walmart plus membership does nothing but give you free delivery, where your instructions aren't followed by drivers, and your delivery items are damaged or missing. This Walmart is huge, busy, chaotic, and sometime low on stock. However - I got my Pfizer booster here, so I am incredibly grateful! It was one of the few places I could find with available appointments with only a week's notice. The pharmacy staff was friendly and quick. I feel very lucky to have been able to get the booster and cautiously optimistic that, as more and more people become fully vaccinated, we'll be able to head out of this pandemic... or at least better adjust to life with the existence of COVID. DON'T come to this place. I bought couple items here. The lady who checked us me had issues obviously. I guess it's some kind of movement disorders. Anyway, I'm not blamming her for that. Thing is she scanned 1 of my razor blade box twice (i bought 2 boxes, so there are 3 on the receipts). It's forgiveable if the customer service person did the right thing. Nope. The lady in customer service area watched the record video, and checked the receipt and admitted 1 item was scanned twice. Good. Then she took all 2 boxes back (idk why, only 1 was scanned twice, the other was good), and offered me refund for those. She didn't give us the new receipt but promising the refund will be there. Okay I know this store like the back of my hand .I order online and I do pick up from the store.... so for a Walmart it's about a six when it comes to customer service. 6 out of 10. The selection sucks balls they're always out of everything but overall as far as Walmart's go I do like it. The reason I'm giving it such high marks is that I had such a problem getting a brand new bed from Walmart online. I know I'm jumping over to the online part but they are so much better than Amazon. Amazon is horrible I deleted my account because of all of the dishonesty from that company I still had nothing but trouble with Walmart online because they use a third party delivery but they knew how screwed up they were and I was shocked when they took $500 off the bed . It was already $400 cheaper then the same exact bed on Amazon. I hate Amazon they are the sleaziest most dishonest company. HORRIBLE customer service!!! My friend and I were looking for a certain product, we asked an employee for assistance. He looked us up and down before sighing and slowly walking to where the product was located. We said our thank yous anyway and my friend took the product. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the employee (who was still there and just watching us) forcibly RIPPED the item out my my friend's hand to inspect it before giving it back to us lazily, saying "Just wanted to make sure. I don't trust you guys." To say I was shocked by his bluntness and rudeness was an understatement. Angrily, I told him off before leaving with my friend. Another time, I was shopping when I heard yelling. I looked and saw two employees yelling, cussing and threatening a customer. For all I know, the customer could've stolen something or did something first but either way, to treat a customer like that is unacceptable. The package said it had a new ingredient and i looked it up and it said that if inhaled it can have carcinogenic effects! So I bought my baby sister something could cause her cancer! I went to get my oil change at 2:30 and the associate John didn't come over to my car until 2:50, I would have left but there were 2 cars behind me so I was stuck. I asked John how long it would be and he said it shouldn't be long at all. I went to get my car at 4:05 and they hadn't started working on it yet. I asked the old woman with the mustache how long it would be and she just said talk to someone else. I spoke with an Asian guy who got defensive saying it's first come first serve. I told him that's fine but John had told me I was next that it wouldn't be long. He just stared blankly at me and said I can get my car and leave. I wish I could remove more stars purely because I know that Wal-Mart is evil (the movie made me cry), but here's why I can't bring myself to remove more stars from this particular location: *Easy access off I-205 *McDonald's inside (yes, also evil, saw that movie and cried, too), but sometimes shopping makes me hungry *Beauty salon inside - in case you are too broke or tired to shop but still need your hair cut *Oil change for less than $20 with nobody making you watch or buy extra services *Cheap prices - just like WinCo, but you don't have to bag it yourself *Very good deli that has same quality for less $ and less attitude than my local Fred Meyer (where they are bitchy and charge too much for sometimes questionable quality) *Tons of departments with anything you could possibly need Where else can you drop your car off for an oil change while you grab a burger, get a haircut, get all of your grocery shopping done, and even buy a new bra/printer/toy/baking dish, etc.? I paid $68 for this cake. They placed the cake box in my cart and opened the lid to look at not the sides. Upon opening the cake at home it had bulging sides and Lop sided. I called and spoke with Assistant manager Jon who stated that I looked at it at the store and I get what I paid for. After showing pictures to Andrea the bakery manager she was applauded at the quality and wanted to refund me but Jon had left word that if I was to come in not to refund me if I didn't bring the cake back.
