As I said in my review (when Google Maps asked me to rate it): There are extremes in-so-far as some employees are clearly an asset to Walmart, some that are maybe newer - but kindly willing to help, some who are talking with a headpiece/texting on their phones while working the register - which I can't believe any manager/supervisor would accept, phones - phones - phones being used by every other employee and the majority of "Stock EEs" while ignoring anyone who even asked, "Excuse me, I'm looking for...", and there are some employees who don't even seem to know that they work there. I gave the store a 2 because of the excellent employees who deserve more than a 4, but would otherwise go for a 1 for those who couldn't care less. Kudos to those who are proud to be working there. Your customers appreciate you. read more

Very nasty people who work here. There's this guy with a beard who seems to follow me in certain aisles but he seems harmless, I suppose. But when you get to the register, the women up there are just nasty. I'm sorry I'm transgendered and that's a problem for you, but you're the only store (aside from the other Walmart in Willow Grove) that's open where I can buy a battery for my car, a cell phone case, etc. This cashier just started having some inane conversation about how sodas by the registers are more than the ones down the aisles. So to be polite I just answered her and she just ignored me and started talking to her friend which just walked behind the register. When it came time to get my receipt, not a word but just a look of disdain and then she started telling me that she needed to pee. I just came to get some toilet paper at the store, some soda, and to look at one of the laptops on the website that looked interesting before I ordered it or purchased it..... But it's that disdain that I get from these cashiers. I'm sorry that I'm transgendered.... not really my fault but regardless of what you think of people like me, at least I don't insult you for just living your life.... but then if I acted like you, I'd probably be bitter and working in a dead end job too, so good luck to you. :) I just know that I won't be going there any time soon. read more

My go to.. its right down the street from me.. although I love target with two children I can't be too picky. It is very hard to find stuff in here but they are remodeling so hopefully get when that's done it'll get better. They have more varieties than most and prices are great read more

Less than 1 Star! Picked up a script in the pharmacy $174.98. Ran to Costco to pick up a few things across the street. Just for the JD k of it I stopped st the pharmacy to check price .....$34.35!!!! Are you freaking kidding me????Walmart does not price match nobody likes to flush money down the drain!!!! read more

I like the variety of items which are filled daily. Located closeby. Food is not very fresh though. I came on a weekend to buy pastries and they were nearing expiration date. read more

Customer service is terrible, the cashiers are extremely rude, it almost feels like I am bothering them to ring me out

I'm not a huge fan of Walmart all together but I must say that this is by far one of the better ones that I've been to. I was politely greeted when I entered the store. My cats food is cheaper here than anywhere else and so is my daughters yogurt. They also have a larger variety of flavors than other stores. I'm not sure what others are referring to when they comment on the "rude employees" because I did not encounter that. Everyone I interacted with was very polite. I would return if I was in the area. read more

The lack of cashiers seems to be getting worse and worse over corporate greed Everywhere and I am tired of it. Walmart and other corporations have no respect for their customer's time. Boycotted. This wal mart is not good compared to many others. Common to have many items out of stock or not at all (when other wal marts do have them), common to have one or two cashiers with no speed checkout. Also there is no self-pay at this wal mart; very inconvenient. read more

Walmart has done a wonderful job of remodeling this store. It re-opened last year, and is the most affordable department and food store in the area. A thousand times better than the Willow Grove and Bensalem locations! read more

I have had a bad experience with customer service dept. Even though they have 3 staff members at the counter, only 1 register is being used, therefore only 1 staff member is really working. The wait was 40 min. long. The staff member was obviously uncaring and rude to every customer who presented. This was seen by all of the customers waiting in the line. A customer asked to speak with the manager who was paged, she did come to the desk and she was also rude. I was told no one could help me as I was double charged for 2 items on a previous shopping experience in April. I did come in on 2 separated weekend days after April and customer service was closed and in the dark. I asked at that time to speak with a manager, and she told me to save my receipt and after Covid was over to bring my receipt in and I would be given the difference. Last week I shopped on a Friday and was pleased customer service was open. I was told it was too late to receive a refund. I asked if I could bring them the 2 items that I had been double charged for and received the items instead and was told no. Shame on Walmart, doing excellent in the stock market, but not respecting the customers. read more

Although the store is now cleaner and a little more organized compared to before they remodeled, it really isn't that great. About half the store is now groceries. All the other departments have been cut back to very little selection. There is no garden center here anymore. Clothing is a measly few isles with stuff thrown all over the place. The selection of household goods is lacking. Maybe one or two of each style of "item". The grocery section isn't even really that useful. It looks like it had a full service deli at once time, but now it is all prepackaged. Produce bins look half empty. Some items are okay, but many just look horrible. Very, very basic selection. For example, very little in terms of yogurts. They only sell single Yoplait cups, and everything else is in multipacks. Anyway, it isn't terrible if you need everyday basic items. It never seems overly busy and the checkout lines move pretty quick (and the store does seem to be well-staffed). But don't plan on doing a full grocery shopping trip here (unless all you buy is junk food), or expect to find everything you need. read more

not going here anymore because the meat does not look good .it is brown looking and looks old . also the dam shopping carts suck !! all of the wheels have a flat spot on them and i think all of them do because all you here is bump bump bump all over the store because all of the carts have bad wheels on them !!! and this has been like this for weeks because i stop here once a week and pulled out 10 carts and all had the same flat spot on the wheels .i bet this will not be here for long because the produce is not as nice as when it first opened and the prices are going up way to fast on most things like the DVDs i found some on line at amazon way cheaper then this store has them bye bye to this WalMart for me . read more

I have been a consumer at this Walmart for over 10 years. I have seen it steadily decrease in the way its managed. I have been consistently overcharged for items. Ex. Cashiers will ring an item up more than one time. Mistake? maybe, but it happens frequently. Most cashiers are not polite and seem unhappy to be there. This store is losing a lot of money due to the empty spots on shelves and the many dozens of empty hooks that hang items. I was referred to customer service by a cashier who made a mistake and because there was no manager around, the service rep had to go into her own wallet to give me a refund. this store is poorly managed and needs to get its crap together. in the meantime, I'm going to Target read more

Not too bad of a Walmart and I've seen some bad ones. This 24-hour Walmart has most of the things I'm looking for. This location has groceries and produce that is OK. Staff could be nicer - I think only a few cashiers even say hello or look up from the register. If you are going here for paint, you might need to go somewhere else. I went to get a roller brush in their pain section and they had nothing but paint - no brushes or other accessories. The video game section is less than sad. It doesn't look like restocking occurs or they receive games on a regular basis. This location does have a lot of clearance when there is a burst of deliveries or new items need to displayed. One thing that I was actually impressed with this place was Black Friday. Originally from San Diego, this Walmart had the best organization, availability and purchase process. Overall, it may have what you need. Because this location is so close and has 75% of what I may need, I'll most likely go back. read more

Franklin mills walmart is a horrible store and has horrible employees. this past weekend in the early sunday morning. my dh and I went in to do some last minute memorial day shopping. We were leaving for Margate at 7 in the morning so we were already awake and decided to go in the middle of the night thinking we could avoid the crowds. I was looking for grill matches and asked an employee for help. I waited 10 minutes for the employee to get another employee to help me. The employee didn't help me! Instead the rude employee pointed me in the direction of the matches. I was stunned considering I had been waiting for help for so long. I was so disgusted with the RUDE employee who pointed me in the direction (never did find the matches). We left the store and will never return. Walmart needs to do a better job with customer service. I would have gave 0 stars but the system wouldn't allow it. read more

Customer service is a joke. The newly hired kid forgot to scan my coupons. Then when he did, he informed me that they were expired (date on coupon was 8/20). Register had already processed my credit card. I had to ask him to get a manager. The woman walked over at a snail's pace, told me my coupons were expired WITHOUT looking at them and when I showed her the 8/20 date simply told me to go to customer service. No apology. I waited in line for 28 minutes and the comedy of errors continued because a supervisor with a key was needed to process my coupon reimbursement. This manager has no clue. Customer service? A joke. If I could give this Walmart zero stars I would. I go in here pretty frequently because of the convenience of the location to where I live. And I just want to point out the poor, rude, disrespectful staff they have. They have no idea what job responsibility requires. They are lazy and never have an answer to any question. Make you very uncomfortable with dirty stares and nasty looks. They behave the worst attitudes (mainly the women) I know, I know, if you're nice to who ever they'll return the favor. But this is not the case here. I simply called for a game, for the first 30 minutes they would pick up and hang up... then after about calling non stop for 3 minutes someone lady picked up and was rude as she could possibly be, I asked for the game and she very rudely told me to repeat myself rather than say she couldn't hear or to ask again... she then placed me on hold without any communication in doing so. About 10 minutes passed and still no return. I hung up and called again and it took about 8 calls to get an answer and again I was rudely greeted and as I was explains my issue about what just happened she blamed me instantly for hanging up and asked what she can help me with and as I was asking for the game she rudely cut me off and said they had another game like it and I said thanks and hung up. I called back to speak with a manager and the same woman who answered the second time threw me on hold quickly with no return for over 20 minutes. This store is poorly staffed and very unprofessional and maybe should consider hiring people not right off the streets and with a nice bed side manner. This place should be restaffed under seriously considerations. read more

Be careful if you shop here. The prices you see on the shelf are 50% of the time LOWER than the actual prices in the computer. Then you have to tell the cashier and someone has to call and get another person to run back and verify the price. It's ridiculous and it happens every time I show here. Example: Brownie mix listed at $.98, computer says $1.19. A gallon of skim milk listed as $3.17, but computer charged $3.34. This was just one trip and I only bought 3 items! Also, they randomly raise prices on cereal as much as $1.09 a box!!!!!! Watch your checkout prices if you shop here. read more

The only reason to go to this place is just for convenience. I don't allow my family to eat any meat that comes out of that store. The only thing it is really good for is cheap housewares. I cannot even remember how many times we have gotten physically sick from food bought there. Their customer service is rude mostly, and the rules on returns change depending on who is working at the time. read more
