Literally the biggest collection of unintelligent management ever assembled in any business, retail or otherwise. I do not have time to even start on every reason the entire staff should be fired and the place leveled, but we can start with card readers that never work, 10 self checkout lanes on the opposite side of the store as the entrance with 1/2 of them blocked off and a line that stretches around the corner. Every employee barely speaks English and spends their time on their phones. You can find fresher and better produce in a Syrian war zone as finding rotted fruit in the bins in a normal experience. Selection is shrinking and they go weeks without normal products like Greek yogurt sometimes. Aisle markers are incorrect so every item is a new treasure hunt, things are organized like Stevie Wonder made the store layout.....need I go on? I have shunned all Walmart stores just because of this one, I will never set foot in another one and will spend my several hundred dollars a month somewhere else. My daughter & SIL went grocery shopping this morning at the Warminster, PA location, spent over $700, yes, seven hundred dollars. Get stopped at the door, obviously they have a long receipt, the employee is inquiring about the 60 count eggs, $14 & some change. They're both telling him look at the bottom of the receipt because eggs are fragile & go last, no, he wants to make a big deal, not look at the bottom & just looks at nothing on the receipt, so, my daughter snatched the receipt from him & showed him where the eggs are on the receipt. In the meantime, varies people are walking out with cases of sodas & water and he's not stopping them to check the receipts, not saying these people were stealing, but it's the principal. Where to start??? This place sucks. Self checkout was packed. I had one item. 2 employees working the self checkout area. Multiple registers wouldn't take my cash bill that wasn't wrinkled or damaged. All that the employees could do was repeatedly try the bill again and again. They wouldn't get management to help. I had to go into the lane of the only live cashier. This poor woman was working alone 10 deep and repeatedly knocking on the management door for help. He opened the door smiled at us and closed the door. I have to mention that every customer in line helped the cashier with the heavy items. There were also numerous employees walking by acting like they were busy pushing carts with (return?) items. Whenever anyone asked them if they could open another register, they turned away like they didn't hear or just gave a dumb look and said, "No". Doesn't even deserve the one star. read more

Don't let anyone give you gift cards to Walmart if you want to maintain your equanimity. With no notice of proper procedure for using them for purchasing, you can easily find yourself first on the regular check out line, only to learn upon reaching the cashier that their machines are not programmed to accept gift cards and you have to go to the service desk to use them. Once you stand in line again at service, you are informed that the cashier was wrong and you must go back there to complete the transaction. You must be fu*£ing kidding me! It doesn't matter what you purchase, nor its quality, nor even the competitiveness of the price, when the business model is designed to jerk you around with nary an apology from management for all the jerkitude. I did my shopping, not finding prices on several items. Many employees helped me. I found bacon, with no price. As an employee, it turns out, the manager, Tyesha, went past, and I asked the to price my bacon. She continued walking and told me 'I can't.' She was wearing a pink tee shirt under her apron. No Walmart employee has ever treated me in this manner. I just wanted a price, and she could not accommodate me!! What type of manager is this? I do not have to shop at this store and left my full cart there. I can go to my Walmart in Willow Grove. I cannot imagine that Walmart would hire people who are so callous to shoppers. This Walmart isn't too bad, its like a basic Walmart with everything you need. It is well-stocked compared to some Walmart's and was easy to find the things I need to make my shopping trip quick! This Walmart is a bit smaller than the one's I usually go to but it still had everything I wanted to buy. I usually just run in and out when I go to Walmart because customer service is usually terrible and the people are always rude or appear to have something better to do, then there jobs. So I minimize my personal contact with staff, so I cant say much as far as the staff and customer service is here. When I was checking out the cashier was just blah, no personality, no acknowledgment to me or my mom who was with me purchasing our items. I only give this Walmart location 3 stars based on the fact that although they were fully stocked with items and I was able to get in and get out, the customer service in the line was lacking and could have been a lot better. read more

I usually enjoy shopping at Walmart Superstores. The location at Levittown is clean and well stocked. We decided to try this location and found it to be a basic Walmart with a SCANT selection of veggies and meats. One of the worst Walmarts I've ever set foot in. The selection is poor and the store is disheveled, to say the least. Good luck finding what you're looking for here. The parking lot is littered with trash everywhere, and when you walk in the store, there is a 50/50 chance that they'll have no carts. I made a return here and the lady at Customer Service was shockingly rude and unpleasant. PHARMACY: Generally very good. Service is friendly and efficient, both in-person and over the phone. Thank you! However, I did have one bad experience in the pharmacy. The gentleman over the phone had NO idea what an FSA card is and asked me "Wait, are you paying in cash?" (Seriously)? A pharmacy tech should know what an FSA card is. He also kept telling me that my doctor had authorized two refills (which would mean three total inhalers). But my doctor had authorized ONE refill (two total inhalers). Perhaps a training lapse here -- but again, pretty good pharmacy overall. read more

This is one of the worst Walmart stores I've ever been to. They do not believe in shopping baskets, so you'll see people struggling to carry groceries and dropping stuff all over the floor. Most of the carts are broken. Shelves are poorly stocked. Staff is rude and incompetent. Meat and produce quality is poor. Product selection is minimal. On the bright side, the lines are now usually less than 30 minutes ever since they installed the massive self-checkout. read more

It may very well be possible that this is the first Wal*Mart I've been to that WASN'T a dump. They just remodeled... It is well lit, and well spaced out. It feels more like a Target than a Wal-Mart. As a company of course I'd give Wal-Mart a 1 out of 5, but they are slowly making improvements. They recently stopped carrying milk with rBST, a nasty growth hormone used by evil milk farmers, which is a HUGE step forward for them... My Mom and I ordered a printer and some ink via online pick up. We got an email saying the order was ready, and went to the pick up area. On the sign, there's a phone number to call to let them know that you arrived. I attempted to call the number three times but no one was picking up (which was annoying). Luckily, one of the employees was helping the car next to us and she came up to us asking what our order name was. If she didn't come out, I don't know what we would have done... I often go to this Walmart as I work a mid shift and it's open 24 hours. While being a bit smaller than some of the other super centers it tends to be less crowded during late evening shopping trips. They recently added scan and go self checkout lanes available during the later hours which is an added convenience. Prior to that they would often have only one or two cashiers and things often got backed up. The prices and selection are standard issue for this retailer and while I don't do all of my shopping here they are able to help save on certain items. Overall a good experience. read more

Used the pick-up service for the first time at Walmart. First impressions and all that. I submitted my order on a Friday morning and requested to time between 10:00AM the following day. Got a text a bit after 10:00AM the next day saying my order was delayed. Got another text at 11:14AM saying order was ready for pick up. Pulled into parking spot immediately. Waited close to 45 minutes and as they were loading it, I was asked if substitution was"OK". I said yes just to get this over with. I don't expect perfect, but the time I wasted on this Is not OK. read more

Tonight I was in the only open line. Cashier turns her light out, I see register #8 with her light just turned on. This Wal mart has its challenges with customer service. Clearly they need to focus on providing timely checkout. When there is a surge of customers you need to shift employees stocking and doing other tasks to work the registers till the surge is over. The asst store manager gets it, not sure the store manager does. I would change the store manager by promoting the asst manager. Plenty of opportunities for improvement with customer services and employee attitude. Employees have no concept of even basic customer service. My family and I were staying at a nearby hotel and noticed this walmart on the map. Decided we'd stop here and get some stuff for our 2 night stay. We ended up getting more than what we had in mind. We came for some bread, deli meats, snacks and beverages and left with clothing and more. Spent around $200. To me, Walmart is just a cluster fuck of misplaced items, messy aisles, unhelpful (and quite often either rude or spaced out) staff members, and just an overall unpleasant experience and Supercenters are just the same except larger. This Walmart was no different than the other ones I've visited and I didn't come here by choice. I had to drive someone here and it was just a terrible place to buy or work. I thought this Wal Mart had closed forever, turns out is was undergoing an overhaul and recently opened with an expanded food section. I actually liked this store better than the Super Wal-Marts that become overly crowded and maze-like with all of the aisles. This store is clean, laid out efficiently, the signage is good, the lighting is much better and all in all it was a pleasant experience. I didn't find what I was looking for, but I did pick up some good bargains (a woman's puffy winter jacket for $7, sweat pants and shirts for $5 each and that kind of thing). Checkout was painless, as they had almost every line open to keep traiffic moving and the checkout person was actually very friendly. I will definitely visit again! read more

On March 7, 2014 I walked into the Walmart located on 100 E Street Rd in Warminster, PA with the intentions of purchasing a board game for game night at a friend's house only to experience an absolute disgrace of a store. Each aisle littered with products, no organization whatsoever, messes piled high, and not an employee in sight other than the ones at the only two checkout lanes open. As I walked through the store in total disgust it only seemed to get worse, how can Walmart condone such a mess? I felt dirty just walking through the store. The last straw was when I finally got to where I needed to be and as I looked through the wall of board games, again disorganized and a mess, I turned around to see something so despicable that I vowed to never return to another Walmart again if this is how they keep their store. Pigs live in better conditions than this, is this is what we are reduced to when trying to save a buck? Does this offer entertainment to the staff to see anyone try to find a deal in this mess? I walked 3 feet down the aisle before I turned to my husband and said I am leaving, I couldn't handle it. Huge walmart with lots of food. I miss their garden center and clothing department. The rennovation improved the lighting and food department. Electronics are carried here. Automotive stuff is good too. The subway inside is open until 2 AM and has sufficient seating! But no self checkout. I love the deli department.
