Isle 10,5 &4 are the only isles open. Crowded store no cart in site. Massive employees walking around listing to their earbuds to just not help any one. I came in for back to school supplies. I've been in the store 90min the back to school has a make shift isle with only some supplies the other supplies you need to hunt like a scavenger to find because no one took the time to actually organize anything in one area. What a pity!! I feel bad for parents who have to go through this I gave up and just started ordering from amazon because I can't waste time like this God forbid you ask one of their islander employees who listen to music and don't care to help you find something. These people suck. I wish wal mart could do better it's not the company it's the employees and their culture in this specific store. I'm appalled I needed an orange folder and almost had to climb the shelves for one they just don't care here 98% of them should be fired!!!!!! I hadn't been to the Walmart on Belvedere and Military in years, and I was blown away by how much it has transformed! This is easily one of the best Walmarts I've visited in a long time. The cleanliness stood out immediately--it reminded me of the setup in outlet stores. Every section is well-organized, with displays that showcase items in a way that helps you visualize them in your home. Whether it's bedroom or living room setups, the store layout makes shopping easier and more enjoyable. Even the floors were spotless, and the aisles felt spacious and inviting. It's clear that a lot of effort has gone into improving this location, and it truly makes a difference. Shopping here was a pleasant experience, and hubby and I will definitely be returning. This particular Walmart is far from glamorous; however, it's in a convenient area to places I go so I shop at this location. I stopped in around 6AM this morning because I was in need of peanut butter. The parking lot was extremely sketchy with some questionable characters. Definitely walk with a purpose and be armed if you're an early bird. I went into the store and there was some major shelve stocking going on. Carpe diem Peeps, I like it! I decided to take advantage of the situation and inquire which aisle the peanut butter was located. I know which side of the aisle it's placed and I'm familiar with the vicinity, but I couldn't recall the aisle number and I didn't see it listed on the sign. I asked the woman and she proceeded to take her cell phone out of her pocket and look for the app... forget it, I'll find it myself because it will be quicker. Albeit, her effort to think out of the box doesn't go unappreciated. Checkout was superb because I was one of very few shoppers so I hit up the self checkout and was finished in seconds. As I exited the store, I witnessed Sleepy time aka Mr. Security officer taking a siesta up against the ice machine. Thanks Sir, I wouldn't hire you to protect the dead presidents. I now have a perfect understanding of the exterior store shenanigans. On a positive note, this is the hour to grocery shop if you want to be in and out. This review is for the third party sales guy Robert who is not pushy straight up and able to multitask and take care of two-three customers at a time with respect, because he is the only one give this guy a raise make him a manager, owner of of a franchise he's that good in English or Espanol. Update it seems like what I was told about the phone and plan was sales B's, when asked at&t they said it wasn't correct and I could return and gave me small credit. What really sucks is the plan fee is even more than I was quoted and the people behind me. This is by far the worse Walmart I've ever been to. I just needed to pickup a few lunch items for my daughter. The freezer section was completely out of stock on the majority of food. Another customer had the same reaction as I did. I was so annoyed that I just left my cart in the aisle with two items I had in it. Rude and overcrowded seems the norm there. I looked up a specific item I needed on line showed in stock. When I got there 15 minutes later shelves were empty with one or two items opened. As I walked thru saw lots of empty shelves but pallets of items for back to school blocking the isles. Checkout was being forced into self checkout on one side with only 3-4 lanes open with workers. As I left with no purchase I was stopped by door person and told to wait in line to be checked before leaving. I walked out and will go to target for everything now on. read more

This location is doing the opposite of social distancing. They closed one exit completely so that everyone goes in and comes out the same way?!? The carts are not cleaned. The incredibly long lines are not eased by opening more registers even though there was staff available. Social distancing is not encouraged or enforced at this location. Coach's Clara wouldn't even let me speak but knew racist Kiesha was going to hit me so she told her to walk away and then had to yell at her to walk away. I was accused of stealing because it took a minute to find my receipt. Just because they don't like the color of skin i was treated like trash. I inquired about a tire for my camper. ST 225/75Rx15 I was told it was in stock. I go and find out the tire is only for cars. Someone wasn't paying attention to details of my request. I asked them to order it in. I was told only a manager can do that. He was on break. After waiting 20 minuets. They said they didn't know where he had went. When I asked to double check stock I was told without ever looking that the tire requested was no longer available. Couldn't even order it. I know that's not true. Good company with pitiful help. Laziest bunch of shop guys I've ever encountered. They were busy enough. Sorta like " we have all we want to do" go away. I won't be doing any more auto business there. Poor help. Unfortunately go this Walmart Supercenter because it's closer to where I live now. Parking lot is dirty and flow of traffic is bad. There is never shopping carts at entrances and if there are they all have defects! Mostly busted or stuck wheels, shaking and shuttering, lopsided. Never any sanitary wipes. Halloween gear was a joke and the isles had very poor stock on the 31st/ hint... then ingad to wait in line for 23 minutes because out of 13+ lanes only 3 were open. Please please Walmart realize that the scan yourself area works but in some stores at peak hours people get too frustrated waiting so long. I usually love this Walmart, but today my granddaughter & great granddaughter found this needle behind our van. And my granddaughter kicked it in the drain that it was close too and also some sort of pill also was next to it. She also kicked in down the drain. This absolutely ridiculous that the staff that are getting carts could not have got gloves an moved it or kicked it in the drain like she did. There are so many kids in the parking lot everyday. I usually hate going to Walmart, for all the onvious reason... one of the main reasons I hate it, is the lines !! Omg ! You can get your item in 5 minutes but will spend the next 45 and the check out line... I was really excited when they rolled out the app. I thought it would help a lot with the issue of time spent in there, so definitely a good idea in general. I like being able to pick up items I older when I'm ready. However, the whole purpose of it is completely destroyed when you end up waiting 15-20 minutes to pick up your items. Mind you, you get a confirmation when your order is "ready for pick up"... so, you show up, and it's 15-20 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. So no matter what you do!! Or how quick your trip is, you're going to spend the next 30 minutes (or longer) in there, so plan accordingly. read more

The smart shopper visits the electronics checkstand in the back, where few realize they can check out their grocery order. The super-cute electronics clerk sighed, but handled our orders anyway. When the apocalypse comes, everyone has to pitch in. At the same time, in terms of inventory this appears to be King of local Walmarts. I have been able to find products in stock that are completely gone in the Forest Hill store. However, the Forest Hill Store is a much, much nicer place to shop. Lines are about the same length, but most shoppers have a relatively short list so you should be able to get out before the world ends later this year. * That concludes my review of this specific Walmart, but how about a few words about Walmart in general? Many years ago, politician John Edwards talked about the two Americas, one where people are flying private jets and lunching in Boca Raton, and others where people cannot even afford winter coats for their kids. The mission of Walmart is to make sure the second America can afford a coat. This means everything has to be cheap. They have to be cheap with their employees, cheap with their shopping carts (which tend to have a strong desire to turn instead of going straight), and cheap with the type of merchandise they sell. Generally, if you're passionate about photography, go to a camera store; if you're passionate about food, visit a gourmet grocery; if you want an Apple computer, go to the Apple Store. And so on and on. But if you want something mediocre, because a mediocre coat is better than shivering under winter's icy breath, Walmart is the indispensable way to get it. But ... there is, as Steve Jobs would say, one more thing. If you hate to cook, or if you are a mediocre cook at best - both of which, sadly, apply to me - and if you like to see unique and different prepared food products, Walmart often has stuff from companies real grocery stores don't bother to carry. For example, Koch Foods produces an excellent Chicken Cordon Bleu entree for $2.88, available only at Walmart. A new product called Sabrina's Delights is a delicious puff pastry pot pie (albeit with far more pastry than filling) for $1.99. Walmart sells this stuff, and some of it is fantastic (like the examples I'm citing), and some of it is inedible. It may occasionally be worth enduring long lines and harried clerks to get some interesting products you won't find elsewhere. I don't love Walmart, and would rather not shop there because it's not fun or upscale or particularly service-oriented. But I appreciate what it has to offer, and shop there when that's what I need. read more

I am glad I am not the only one who thinks this Walmart is horrendous. Remember that line in Planes Trains and Automobiles where Steve Martin was like "I could tolerate any, any insurance seminar, for days. I could sit there and listen to them go on and on with a big smile on my face. They'd say, "How can ya stand it?" And I'd say, "'Cause I've been with Del Griffith. I can take anything." I needed to pickup a few items today and was close to the Walmart on Belvedere store 05301. My recommendation is it is a fantastic place to go if you need to raise your blood pressure. Consumer alert! Do not go there for auto service. I decided I would try and save some money, and have my oil changed. I arrived at 10 am with 3 cars in front of me. I was told it would be a hour and a half before it was done. After two hours, I noticed my car had not moved. I asked about this, and was told it would be two more hours. After two hours, I inquired again. The customer in front of me was being told that" his oil could not be changed because his filter was on too tight, and he could not get it off. It must be stripped, he said. After my car was pulled into the bay I was told my "car could not be serviced, because the plug was on too tight." The same game. "Your plug must be stripped". This is a very shady place. Being concerned of what they might have done to my car, I went to another place with no issues. You can take my advice and go here if you want, but consider yourself warned this is a scam place. read more
