Good grocery, but a bit expensive. Ypu can find what you want here, food, beers and wine plus a bit of liquors.

This Publix was fine and was not too busy for a Saturday (late) afternoon (Valentine's Day). However, the parking lot was a bit chaotic. Our cashier was friendly. We picked up a cake (overpriced) and some flowers (reasonably priced). Overall, I think that Publix is overpriced. We now have a few Publix stores in Lexington, KY. However, I prefer to shop at Meijer, Kroger and/or Walmart. read more

Okay. I understand the hype now. After seeing the viral reviews about this Publix on steroids popped in to check it out for lunch. First this Publix is by far the cleanest Publix I have ever been in. Absolutely love the different food stations, smoothie / açaí, espresso, bar, Asian, Mexican, pizza and popcorn. Decided to get the teriyaki chicken bowl and a ramen with chicken. The ordering process was a little confusing but employees were nice and helpful to guide us where to order. As far as seating there was a nice indoor seating area as well as outdoor seating. I was pleasantly surprised by the hand wash station! It was as if this Publix was built for me knowing I would want a good hand wash before and after eating. Definitely wish there were more Publix like this down south! read more

We walked over to this Publix after having dinner nearby. My husband wanted to pick up a lotto ticket. While he was doing that, I checked out a few items -- just to see their prices. I'd been looking for a few things, but this store being in Wellington and being a Publix would mean higher prices than my local store. I actually took pictures of a couple things just to remember what they were here. (And they were $2 less at the Walmart Neighborhood store in Lake Worth), Meanwhile, however, the store was bright and immaculately clean. The shelves were organized. They have a lot of upscale items here -- like their sushi -- as it's in an area of higher income residents. For Publix loyal customers, this is probably a good store at which to shop. read more

Visited this store several times over the last couple months. Typical Publix offerings, but I did notice that when I go in the evenings, there are much less customers than at other locations, which is nice not having to wait in line long. There are also plenty of spots in the parking lot. read more

I had to return an item and they made a mistake and charged me for the item instead of making the return. I did not notice until I got home and I had to come back to the store to get this remedied. The young girl at the customer service desk was so rude and dismissive toward me. I kindly tried to explain to her what happened and she just refused to listen and properly fix the problem. The manager had to step up and fix it. She was also dismissive and no one was kind or apologetic about the inconvenience . I left feeling annoyed mostly bc Who is setting example for these young employees to learn proper polite customer service. It was Such a bad experience overall The employee was Olivia @ customer service. She looks sweet. But she is very sour :( read more

I went in for fresh sushi so that's what my review is based on. The lady who made the sushi was so nice. She came out to my side of the case and told me what was inside all the different rolls she had made. They were so beautiful the case looked like a selection of artwork! There were rolls I had not seen in Publix before. I'll include a photo of the tags so you can see the names and prices. read more

There's not really anything special about the sushi. It's just one type of roll and that's it. It didn't even come with chopsticks only thing it was was in an Alaskan roll and you like wasabi. There's one tiny bit of wasabi there and don't get me started with this service. I don't know if it was somebody that was working there or if it's all the employees I got treated so bad I actually was in it and they said well it's a sushi roll. Don't you know it's supposed to be in it like super rude and I don't understand why only eight pieces of sushi for 10 bucks. I can get five pieces of candy for that much. 1 star read more

Excellent service, employees are cordial and knowledgeable. Store Carrie's a variety of brands along side their own. I only take issue with the sale of fireworks in Wellington, Florida. This is a horse show community; not only horses, but dogs as well are terrified from the noise. read more

The employees, one cashier in particular by the name of Mindy, absolutely did not respect the social distancing rules when it comes to ringing costumers up. As I was waiting for someone to finish their transaction, she tells me to go ahead and move on, I replied that I am waiting for them to finish their transaction, as I want to imply the social distancing, and to wish to keep 6 feet apart, they finished, I proceed to the register, right away she tells the customer behind me to proceed and put his stuff on the belt, which now makes the client 2 feet from me!!! Reallyyyyyy???? Total disrespect for my well being and safety! I will never shop there again!!! Shame on you Mindy!!! read more

I wouldn't shop anywhere else but Publix. They know how to hire the right stuff because every time I go there someone has a warm smile. I'm not the best at finding groceries and things with in the store and anytime I look confused there is always someone there who asks if they could help me find what I need. Of course the Publix subs are unbelievable at this location the subs are always super fresh and the bread is always soft. Even when the lines are long to get a sub someone always says that they will be with us as soon as possible. And I don't know why this Publix always has a sushi chef giving out free samples but it is one of my favorite parts of shopping at this location. I try and recognize the amazing staff there as much as I can I hope that Publix honors their amazing customer service with a bonus or at least a free sub! read more

We were staying right down the road and came to pick up some ingredients for the weekend. The sirloin steak was yellow in color which I had thrown out already. The pork was greenish blue. Why would someone buy it then you might ask, well it's a pleasant surprise waiting for you when you flip the meat over. As I write this after taking the photos I'm gagging. If you want to roll the dice with swine flue, salmonella and mad cow this is probably your best bet. Holy cow I think I'm sick from the smell, it's hurting my chest no lie. read more

I'm cured!! I have been reluctant to try Whole Foods delivery with Amazon Prime but having to deal with the lousy customer service at this Publix has pushed me over the edge. I have used this Publix 3 times a week for the last 6 months and every time I'm in there I come away angry..... I've left the deli empty handed the last 4 times I've been in there, the employees don't understand their own "BOGO's" and are rude when they're questioned. Thank you Jeff Besos for giving me the obvious answer to the problem.... Publix can join K-Mart in the obsolete isle. read more

This is the worst Publix that I have ever been in. It looks like any other lower priced grocery store but have the same high prices of a nice Publix. They are mediocre at best. And when the Equestrian people come back into town.....it's even worse. They are the rudest and most spoiled bunch of shits that anyone can encounter. It's funny to watch these spoiled assholes walk around a store that is no better than a Winn Dixie. The Publix in Royal Palm is MUCH better. The layout of the store makes more sense and everyone you encounter is nice.....for the most part. To be a Publix in such a "high class" area like Wellington.....you would think that atleast the store would be easy to navigate and clean. People running in to grab lunch shouldn't have to walk to the back to get to the deli. It should be at the front so people on lunch break can just pop in and out quickly. read more

I have been here numerous times growing up and I made a stop here to get some dessert for lunch today. Nothing has changed. The customer service is always a plus in all of their stores and it is clean. That's what I have always admired about Publix. Don't ever let that down. read more

I grew up in Wellington and have been coming to this grocery store since the late 1980's. It has always been extremely clean, well organized and packed with the friendliest employees. I now live in NYC but when I come home to visit my father, I always look forward to stocking his fridge from this Publix. The store has been totally renovated since I moved away and is now better than ever. So weird to talk about a grocery store this way but its just so peaceful inside and immaculate. The employees always ask if they can help you - it makes you feel like you're in the 1950's or something. And the Publix brand items are just as good, if not better than the national brand names..Excellent fried chicken too! read more

Friendly staff...!! Excellent customer service.. All the staff says hello to you as you enter, they never let you wander around looking for something either. They also pack your groceries and help you get them to you car no matter what your age is or how many groceries you have ..!!! AND they wear a badge that says "Please No Tips"... Publix has always been a friendly place. MY family has been going to this supermarket since I was three since moving to the states, and I always remembered looking forward to the friendly neighborhood baker who would hand out free cookies. As I got older though, the free cookies changed into the sushi samples and recommended dinner samples that the employees would cook up for the customers. Whenever there was a power outage from the reoccurring hurricanes, Publix was always reliable on these occasions to have their generators running for the necessary items. They always take back items for return without question or hassle, and the employees are almost always helpful and nice. It's the typical "neighborhood grocery store". The only thing that prevents me from doing all of my shopping here is the pricing. It usually runs on the more expensive side as far as Florida grocery stores go, but they always have their own Publix branding of items which is nice. The only problem is that the store-brand items are what the name brands should be priced. read more
