UPDATE: Walmart finally responded today and did give her the refund! Sad that it took so long and they were trying to blow her off! Just beware! I wouldn't have anything delivered from them. My friend purchased a tv from this location and had it delivered. The 3rd party delivery service delivered it to the wrong house. The wrong house people will NOT return the tv. The police just said, fill out a report. Walmart will not make good on this because they hire a 3rd party and Walmart has removed my friend's review from their website twice! This almost sounds like an ongoing scam because Walmart will not respond! Has anyone else has this problem? I will be contacting corporate, as I have photos. As I was leaving, I noticed the shopping carts were lined up directly behind my car. I saw the young man who was gathering the carts, as I was walking to my vehicle. He and I made eye contact, however, as I got into my car and assumed he would move the carts out of my way, as he was headed toward my car, also, he just walked right past. I got out of my car and asked him if he was going to move the carts. He just grunted at me and rolled his eyes. I got back into my car, and along came another young man. They whispered to one another, as they both walked right past the carts parked behind my car. I got out again, and asked if anyone was going to move the carts so I could leave. One nodded. They slo-o-o-wly moved to push the carts only a foot or two out of the way. As I backed out, almost hitting the carts, I asked their names and their manager's name. Neither responded to me. Who for whatever reason are completely unstable.. put their negative energy on all the customers! I attempted to purchase Christmas stuff at 75% off . And it rang up 87 cents too much, no big deal if getting 1-2 items. We had 28. That's a little bit more money than I'm willing to part with for no reason other than bitterness. Hey.. We have ordered for pickup from this Walmart most often. We've had a couple of times where there was a delay in getting our items out or being out of stock but that's to be expected and they were always apologetic. However, a couple of weeks ago my husband stopped by on his way home to pick up our items. He called as he was parking and I checked him in on the app. He just sat in the spot playing on his phone and, after about 30 minutes, realized how long he'd been there. So we called the order pickup number and the store number several times with no answer. He could see inside the store and knew they were there, just not answering. So he went up to the doors where several employees walked past him and ignored him. Finally an employee came out and tried to walk past him. He stopped the guy and asked if he would check on the order as, by now it had been 42 minutes that he'd been waiting. The guy looked and insisted that he wasn't checked in so my husband called me to verify so I sent him a screenshot of the checkin. The guy said he would be right back but, after 10 minutes of not returning, I told my husband to wait 5 more minutes and then just to leave and we'd handle it later. After giving them another 10 minutes, he left to get our food and come home. I called again and again looking for an explanation. I finally called another store to see if they had any suggestions on what to do and they told me to call the 1-800 number and report it, and that the store manager would follow up with me. I did this, they apologized profusely, ordered from another store for me and gave me a discount code. Then said the store manager would be following up with me. It's now been two weeks and nothing from anyone at the store. I'm planning to call again this week and will update this review then. And the only difference between our normal pickup and this day - my husband was in his law enforcement uniform. I don't want to assume but they completely ignored a customer standing in front of them and that's the only explanation I can come up with. So disappointed in Walmart. read more

terrible customer service. two registers open that have lines backed all the way up to the clothing section, and i wasn't even sure if id have enough money to buy my items so i chose to do self checkout so i wouldn't hold up a line or be embarrassed for having to remove items i couldn't afford. as i was checking out they cancelled my transaction and told me to move to the registers because i had too many items. i did have 20 items, but i explained my situation asking if i could just continue my checkout and he said no. why not have more checkouts open? and if not why not let anyone checkout in self checkout? i waited in line behind 5 people and when i got to check out, i had to embarrassingly hold up a line of 5 more people. ridiculous read more

This is a great Walmart! Selection is always robust in the produce and food section, similar to what you'd find at a high end grocer. I love going here to get my grass fed butter, avocado oil, and many other fixings and save a decent amount of money. The store layout is always up to par everytime I go, and the staff is super friendly. It's my go to market now. If you're nearby, you'll love this Walmart! read more

Don't ever bother trying to place a pickup order here. My girlfriend and I have currently been sitting in the pickup spot for an hour. We've called, we've left voicemails, we've sat on hold for 15 minutes, and we've spoken to the 2 or 3 guys who are out here stumbling blindly around, asking people their names over and over, and very few people actually seem to be receiving their orders - except for the 2 vehicles on either side of us who arrived at least 10 minutes after we did, and have since gotten their orders and left. I have not had such a disorganized experience at other Walmarts. I'd recommend you try anywhere but this location. Update: It's been an hour and a half. Guy says he'll bring our order next. This comment does not apply to all associates, because there are some with exceptional kindness and an attitude of service, but I can't think of a Walmart that's ever had a general atmosphere of good customer service. If you're looking for a place to get your oil changed and them losing your under r carriage nuts and bolts and not notifying you and let you drive off that way and when you go back to let them know that the under carriage is flapping loose due to their mistake and they tell you to bring it back to fix it so when you do by your next oil change after having to tape it shut for now you get to your appointment sharp and then they delay your appointment due to them losing the bays keys and when they finally can open they drive in the wrong vehicle mistaking your Nissan 370Z for your wife's Dodge Challenger smh..( HUGE difference in comparison) I asked if they were familiar with cars as they work in automotive and they give me attitude saying yes of course they know that they just went based of whatever key fob opened whatever vehicle outside and I tell them each fob has it's own name to it and the appointment set was for the Z and they get pissed and give you attitude and leave you talking to yourself. After an hour and 20 mins they finally give you your car back and you ask if all is good now so no further mistakes on the road as could be a liability and then they get even more pissed and he starts raising his voice at you telling you that they did you the favor of screwing said bolts as tight as they could (from Walmart) and when I go to tell Marcos, the front guy in charge, we just want to make sure the paid service is completed 100% because I have to drive an hour to work one way and back, he proceeds to raise his voice telling me he told me to have bought the bolts on my own smh, and my whole dilemma was I wanted a complete full service and asking the question now IF everything is good now to avoid future argument which needless to say my whole entire experience at this locations AutoCare was HORRIBLE and never going back..I'm not in the mood to get your attitude or your men in the bay's attitude KNOWING it was their mistake all along and when I took my car in it was complete and Marcos proceeds to say I should have bought my bolts at Amazon as if I took in an incomplete vehicle ..the error was there's and they should have solved it. I shouldn't have to be out looking for bolts that fit a Z plus getting yelled at as a cherry on top. Walmart needs to do better and pay attention at what they're doing as people live half their lives on the road. If you live in the U.S., you already know all about Walmart and have likely formed your own opinion along the way. Making a review of one seem pretty much pointless, I know. But I wanted to write this anyway to say how much I appreciate the folks who work at this location. They are always so busy, as most Walmart employees often are, but they never let it stop them from being friendly and helpful. I've always been met with respectful nice folks every time I visit, and that is why I keep coming back to this particular location over the other options in the area. A new video game went on sale tonight and I wanted to pick up a copy for my kid. (Splatoon for Wii U if you're wondering) I called the electronics department to see if they'd have a copy to buy. The lady was so nice. She went and found that they did have it, but that I couldn't buy it for another hour. She let me give her my name since she only had 4 copies and said if I was there at midnight, she'd guarantee the trip wouldn't be wasted. Now, she didn't have to go this extra mile for me. I didn't even ask her to do it. That's just the level of service the people at this store offer and it's why they've earned my loyalty. So consider this review to be all about the people who make up the staff if you're the type of person who has a problem with Walmart. I'm certainly not going to praise the company or condemn them. That's not what this is about. It's all about the great service because that is what I remember at the end of the day. :) read more

Almost every interaction I had with the employee was complete garbage. Customer service acted like it was my fault someone stole a tv. I went up to the 20 items or less register and asked if it was okay if I checked out there since I had a little over 20 items. It wasn't busy at all but I thought I'd be nice and still ask. Nope. Cashier said "do you want to check out or not" like damn and I know her shift just started. All I'm saying is I would've appreciated some kindness back. Normally, I wouldn't complain about a Wal-Mart but I had the worst experience here. I wanted to get an office chair's box down from the top of an isle so I asked the closest employee. He said he would help and that he would be right back. 5 minutes later he is nowhere to be found. 10 minutes goes by and I ask another employee. They help me get it down but had no product knowledge at all. They could not tell me about the functions of the chair. If I'm about to spend $100 on a chair, I want to know what it can do before "you get it home and put it together and then you can test all of that stuff out. If you don't like it, just return it." This morning at approximately 11:10 am I was harassed by a black male employee working in the self checkout. I scanned an item in error and then immediately rescanned it correctly after I realized my error. The employee came over and asked me about the incorrectly scanned item and I explained what I did and he acted like I was lying and proceeded to hover around me until I finished checking out, as if I were a criminal. I heard him harass another white woman and I heard her say that she ran out of space. I'm assuming she ran out of room on the tiny checkout space and had to put some items in her cart in order to finish checking out. I spend a lot of money at this Walmart and don't appreciate being profiled by racists and treated disrespectfully. Store management should check video on 2/27/22 from 11:00-11:15 am to watch his behavior. I doubt it's the first time he's harassed white people and seemed to feel free to do it. I had to replace the battery for my car when it died and this walmart was the place I went to get a new one. I'm not sure if it was my car or the battery, but all together the battery died the next day and I had to replace it two days later. Aside from having to get a new battery else where and time spent to fix everything, I think walmart did a really nice job refunding my money for the dead battery. I'm just happy I was able to get the money back, who knows, maybe the battery wasn't fully charged when I bought it. Where I come from Wal Mart is king. Period. Great stores, staff, prices, and experience. What the heck is wrong with this store? Problem 1 There is ALWAYS staff sitting right outside the doors smoking. So you constantly have to wade through smoke. Problem 2 The parking lot is almost always filthy and littered up. Problem 3 They carry next to nothing of new products. Example Haagen Daaz Gelato. There's like seven flavors they only carry stratchiatella? However you spell that. Pepperedge farm cakes we all know there must be 20 flavors they carry one flavor of like chocolate yellow nut or something, Frozen pizzas they have next to none of the classic and all of the absurd. Like spinach mushroom, bacon jalapeno, taco, mushroom steak, can't find a basic saus pepp for nothing. I mean fortunately Digiorno came out with a new line of pizza but other brands, nope. Problem 4 Poor produce. Oh my goodness this produce is NOT fresh or even healthy looking. It's always beat up and small or out of stock and just no. Absolutely poor produce. Problem 5 Night Shift Stockers will steal your cart and put your stuff back if you turn your attention away. This happened to me twice. Stop the cart go down the aisle to pick something up come back down the aisle cart gone. Stop at a display walk around the corner pick something up come back cart gone. I am not Lt. Jim Dangle. I don't find the missing cart bit funny. I even question staff and complain to the manager how a cart full of groceries can disappear in under two minutes in an empty store. Sometimes you have to leave your cart because you cant get around pallets from stockers. As usual nobody knows anything. Problem 6 Certain cashiers not all but a select few have extremely questionable habits and professionalism while tending the register. Problem 7 No cart wipes. Problem 8 Out of stock items are always "on the truck" you can come back every day for a week and items are still out of stock. Retail stores get deliveries at least 2 times a week. Especially major ones like wal mart. I mean I can keep going with problems. I try to stay out of walmart as much as possible and shop at Costco or target or sprouts or something but it gets hard when all the stores shut down around 9pm and wal mart is all that's open late night. Which seems to be a problem with this city as where I come from everything is 24 hours....everything so this 9pm 10pm shutdown is very inconvenient and peculiar. They do however have a great site to store service. I've never had a problem shopping online and picking my stuff up in the back at this location. So they get good marks there. read more

Every time you hear a story and think Walmart cannot possibly get any worse, it does. I went to Walmart to return an unopened DVD that it turns out I already had. It still had the Walmart price sticker on it, I just did not have the receipt. The DVD was $2.99 with tax a whopping $3.24. The employee behind the counter proceeded to tell me that because of federal law they are not allowed to take back any DVD or Blu-ray's that are returned and less they are damaged, and then it can only be exchanged for the same item. I told him I had never heard that, I thought that as long as the DVD was still obviously sealed in the original package you could return it. He call the manager came up in the manager said the same thing that federal law prohibited them from doing it and that this one time they would do it but they strongly suggested that I reviewed the rules on the Walmart web page so that I knew that they were right and I was wrong. I couldn't believe they were making such a big deal over $3.24, and the way they explained it to me was so demeaning like I was a two-year-old I decided to actually look on the Walmart webpage and see what their policy was. Per the Walmart webpage in the case of any DVD or Blu-ray that is returned as long as the package is unopened a gift card is to be issued. Pretty much what I had thought right from the beginning, and the only reason I'm even posting this review is because they were so condescending when they were telling me they were right and I was wrong. I've shopped this Walmart for about 3 years and overall it's a good store. I'm particularly pleased with the pharmacy. The people have been very professional and competent. The improvements I'd like to see; 1. Get more handicap carts 2. Get the pharmacy drive up updated and on the same side of the store. 3.
