Ok, all you Selenators! Selena Gomez teamed up with Oreo to create a unique flavored Oreo! She did such a good job! It's a Chocolate Cookie with Cinnamon Creme. I know sounds nasty! That is not a good combination but, they were out of this world! I shared them w my coworker. He said, they were fire! I went to Albertson's at 7:00 a.m. to get them because, I saw them in the flyer the night before. I saw these two employees chatting each other up. I walked by said, good morning but, they seem like they didn't want to say good morning. I guess they're not morning people. Lol. I get it,they worked all night and they're ready to go home. I went in the checkout lane and the Cashier was obsessed with what I was purchasing. He kept reading the label to see what kind of Oreos they were that he forgot to greet me? Albertsons, had Selena G's Oreos on sale for $2.97 with the Just for you app. Such a great deal! So head to your local Albertson's. Make sure you have the app downloaded and clip the coupon. There is very poor customer service here. For some reason, the app doesn't work here, so you can't get any deals. Albertsons has prices as high as Whole Foods. The only reason I occasionally shop at these stores is for the app deals. Even though I had ALL deals that I wanted clipped in the app, the app doesn't work here unless supposedly you change it to this location. That is what a cashier and "bookkeeper" (???that is what she referred to herself as). But, the app does NOT allow you to change to this ONE location. Even Walmart doesn't do foolishness like this with their app. The "bookkeeper" told me that "the app does not work here." WTH?!! Hmmmm....,perhaps this is why Albertsons is currently in bankruptcy proceedings - high prices & a janky app. read more

This will be the first time i have to give a less than stellar review. I visited this place on the way home to get a few items. I had some items in my app that were clipped and as i was checking out the discounts were not applied. I asked the clerk to help resolve the issue was given the longest run around of my lifetime. I was told i needed to change the location to that specific store and once i did the discounts still did not apply. I was then told its because i dont have the items clipped and once i showed them no matter what store i choose its shows clipped. Now I am by no means an unreasonable person but if you are looking at my phone and see its clipped why are you not able to just give me the item at the price listed. So i politely ask for the manager and after waiting a few i was told they were busy on a call. So i go to my normal Albertson (Lake Worth) and get the items and low and behold the discounts apply. I chat up the employee which she was so nice and told her about the issue i had at this one and she was like that makes no sense. Explains that the other store could have easily updated the cart to give the discounts and says it sounded like the person/store just didnt want to be bothered. The store itself is nice and clean but the customer service is by far not the best. So this review is only based on the service i received. read more

I was really impressed at how clean the store was and the selection of items. I even saw smiling employees waiting to assist customers, you dont see that much anymore! The bathrooms could have been cleaner that they only negative thing I noticed. read more

This has become my go-to store. Great Covid safety protocols enforced. The store is large, spacious, well-stocked, staff is friendly and helpful. When I use the app, download weekly specials, I can save so much money. Certainly worth building a shopping list in the app. There is also a pharmacy with a friendly pharmacist on duty. read more

this Albertson's does not have self checkout!!!!! lol I'm very familiar with Albertson's I've been shopping at this grocery store all of my life this particular location is going to get a bad review because of three things. I bought chips and guacamole for a party from the store and it was so stale that I was embarrassed I provided that to a party. The second incident is I bought a bushel of kale that was infested with some kind of insect. When I took the kale out the bag the insects were on my counter all my other groceries all over my sink on the floor it was a nerving. The third incident I was checking out and a customer brought back a smoked ham hock the customer came in very upset and handed the ham hock to the cashier and it smelled so rotten that it turned my stomach. I do not say this lightly but I wouldn't shop at the store. I'm sitting over here with a package of bakery snickerdoodle cookies and I'm not gonna eat them because I don't trust that the cookies are fresh. This store is within .5 miles for me and going forward I will be going out of my way not to go to the store. I don't know who the management is but they better pay attention to this review. I don't know who your quality inspection person is but you need a new one your groceries are not fresh 100% And because of that I no longer trust anything I buy from your store and I will never buy any products from your store to bring to a party ever again. My original review for this location was 4 out of 5 Stars it was a place where you could stop in and easily get your food that you needed and timely fashion and they have fairly friendly staff. My last visit here last night at 11 on July 3rd with the cashier Deborah was a completely different experience they were didn't say anything negatively to me however she treated the guy behind me very poorly I'm not sure if it's because he was black but she seemed to be really nice to me and very rude to him. The gentleman behind me came up with a nice suit on and was getting a bunch of powerades among other things. As she's checking me out she yells rudely at the guy don't put any of your drinks on the register. When the guy has exactly what she meant it turns out she didn't mean the powerades that he was putting on the the belt at that particular moment she meant the 24 packs of water that were underneath his cart. I replied why you guys must be having a good deal on Powerade cuz there's another guy on the other register who also was getting a bunch of Powerade. She looked at me looked at him look back at me frowned got to look of disgust and said not that good a deal. I can tell you now that if I had been that man I would have went off on her. And this experience brought me from a 4 out of 5 Stars 201 out of 5 Stars if they continue to employ employees like Deborah with her responses to your customers everybody's going to have a 1 of 5 Stars View. Now I know that One Bad Apple ruins the whole bunch and maybe the rest of it was great but this particular individual pretty much ruined Albertsons for me. read more

Very poor service! If you are in a rush to feed your family and need to stop at this location. . . DONT! The staff are unwilling to help, will make you wait forever and could care less if you take your business elsewhere. No need speaking with the manager "Mark", because he will only agree with whatever his employees say. Worst experience I've ever had with albertsons, and it will be my last because I'd rather drive further out for better service and to a grocery store that appreciates my business.
