The Walmart White House store is not stocked well enought to be called a grocery store, dry goods, or even a discount store. It is disappointing to go in week after week & the shelves are practically empty. The freezer & cooler sections are the same. We have talked to people that have been employed at this store since it opened and they too say they haven't seen anything like it. This store has gone thru several managerial changes but it has only gotten worse. If this is the best the largest retail company can do, close it and let someone come to this town that can do better. Never any checkers!!!! They never have anyone working registers! It's absolutely bullshit. Horrible management. You just can't just have only self check available and no one working registers or bagging. What happens when someone has a grocery cart full and a baby and a toddler on their arm. This place has nobody in charge, and not enough people working, no help no where in the store. Bugs in the food containers in produce area. Employees in the break room, more then on the floor. No telling how much they lose out the door. read more

Walmart tire center needs to get more help. Been waiting in line for over an hour. Then another 2 hours to get 1 tire changed. The poor guy at the counter is at least 85 and sloooow. Absolute worst Walmart I've ever been to. Will never shop there again and I live right next to it.

Walmart's customer service is getting worse day by day. Ordered a laptop online and it stated I could pick up today and then when I purchased it changed to pickup tomorrow. I needed the laptop tonight. So I went to the store before it was 8pm and tried to pick it up and they would not let me pick it up. The dept that does the pick up told me they couldn't see my order that I purchased yet, I provided my name and order number and she couldn't see it. Yet she told me I could cancel it and once they see that I cancelled it they can refund it. I walked back to the electronic dept and purchased the last one they had in stock, which by the way would have been the one I purchased online. So not only would I have had to wait until tomorrow, tomorrow it would have been sold out and not available because I purchased the last one in stock when I went back there to get it myself. I cancelled my online order while in the midst of purchasing in store. Amazingly enough my online cancellation order was already processed before I left the store and refund was already being processed as well. So to me that meant they saw the order in the system and just did not want to help because it was close to 8pm which means they were about to close the pickup dept. They could have simply picked the order or allowed me to keep the original online purchase instead of the whole purchase it again fiasco. Customer service is no longer a priority in Walmart. read more

(This one star is directed to Krystin, not necessarily the whole store, I feel it would be unfair to judge the whole store. Its people like this that ruin it for everyone. I would recommend firing her because she is not worth retraining in how to treat customers, I am sorry to say.) I had some returns and was treated terrible by Krystin at customer service. Was asking questions about returns, it turns out she was flat out lying, was asking where it was posted, she slams down my license and walks off, I asked what happened to customer service and she walks off saying as she has her back turned and hand in the air that there is no customer service here today buddy. All this negativity bc I ask questions. This girl doesn't need to be in customer service with the way she acts. I had 2 managers come up there to customer service to find out what was going on and help me. Explained it all to them, and they never heard of the things that girl was telling us about returning items. Took the items and returned them with no problems, said that she would be turned in to the main manager about the way she acted. The managers that was very understanding and a great help were Tanner and Keoree. Good Job read more

I could change all 4 tires and my oil before these jokers could fix a flat. Took them 1 hour and 15 min. Ridiculous.

Don't bring your care to the lube and tire area on Sundays. I have waited double the time they told me. Nice people, slow service.

Just moved here and this Walmart doesn't stock anything! Buying things for my house has been difficult! You want an item and they only have one available or all sold out. I was very disappointed. So after visiting here, I ended up going to Ace hardware. Other than that, the place was extremely clean & the employees are very nice! read more

The management of this store has earned this rating. After explaining to the customer service management and staff (more than 4 times) that a family member was addicted to online "romance-scams" and was losing all her money over their counter by sending it to some strange name in Nigeria, and has to date lost ALL of her money doing this (i.e. can't buy food or pay her $25 electric bill or rent), they refuse to exercise their right to decline her use of the MoneyGram system. More than $12,000 over the course of 3 years; ALL of her Social Security AND Disability Back-Pay that she waited and fought for so long to get, and now she is heading for homelessness. To add to it, now they are aiding her into money-laundering with these scam artists! Who knows what terrorism is being funded? Instead, they told me to talk to their legal department - I have better ways to waste my time, thank you. I would love to file a Class-Action lawsuit against them with all the other victims of this horrible crime. WalMart will no longer get any money from me or my wife, and I will no longer be delivering my family member to their store to be swindled into homelessness by their heartless management. read more

I have traveled through a lot of Walmarts in my life and in the last few days as we go from Houston to New York and this is one of the cleanest and has the best staff. I asked a girl working there where headphones were and she walked me back there and since I'd forgotten my phone in the car when job asked if she knew how good the ones I was interested in were, told me she did not but stood there and looked them up on her phone for me. It was a really small kindness but meant so much especially because I was just displaced by the Texas flooding. read more

So many complaints about this particular Walmart that I don't even know where to start! My biggest complaint is the horrible lack of inventory management. They are ALWAYS out of a at least three or four things on my shopping list. Whoever orders the inventory simply never checks the shelves. In my opinion, they should have been fired years ago. And for some reason they randomly stop carrying items from time to time... They aren't the items that don't sell though... They are usually items I buy on a regular basis & one day I go in & am told they just decided to stop carrying that product. Again, very poor inventory management. Even I know you don't stop carrying items that you constantly sell out of! Most of the people that work there look like they're serving a prison sentence. You rarely ever see an employee smiling & God forbid you should need help finding an item.... Finding an employee to help you is always much harder than finding the item on your own. The service desk treats you like your absurd for returning an item & acts as though the money is coming out of their own pocket. I could go on & on but I think you get the idea. I seriously wish corporate would come in & do an undercover review of this store. There are probably only about 3 people in the store that wouldn't lose their job. read more

Regular, decent Walmart prices. My 3 stars is due to the poor service or lack there of. Tons of people walking around at all times, yet there are usually about 3-5lanes open for check out. Self check out would probably be a good idea..... read more

The store is clean and well stocked. The car care center, however, is slow and isn't that great from my experience. Don't think I'll buy my car tire or battery there again. I'd go up to the Franklin, KY, location to get any work done on my car. read more
