These were delivered by a woman I assumed worked for your store. Sadly, the flowers were already wilting, and I had to throw them away the following day. I went by your store awhile later and told your service department what happened and asked if they would replace the flowers. She said I'd have to take that up with Instacart. I asked if I could speak with manager there. Told her I'd be happy with just one of their $4.00 bouquets. She went back. Came out, "He said No." Told her, we would never be back, and we have not.

Am I writing a review for their always fresh produce, consistently impeccable store, and killer cereal selection? Normally, the answer would be yes, but my most recent visit here has me writing a review for their amazing customer service and money order station. I'm currently in the process of moving and along with that comes getting carpets cleaned, walls painted, and photos taken. Surprisingly, a lot of small local businesses still only take cash or money orders; I guess cash will always be king. So, when I needed a money order at 8am when my normal bank branch didn't open until 9am, plus a 40-minute drive, Publix swooped in to save the day. Kelly, who helped me out, was amazing. Admittedly I hadn't written a check or gotten a money order in quite some time and Kelly helped to walked me through it step-by-step. Duh, I know this is a very simple process, but she made me feel at ease and reassured me that this happens all the time. Shout out to Publix! I'm moving back to the West Coast, where as far as I know there isn't a Publix, within a few thousand miles, but maybe someday!

Hannah Vs Ronald. A battle for the ages. The base sandwich was the cranberry turkey. When we got back to table My partner and I spent the better part of 45 minutes carefully critiquing each sandwich. At the end of the 45 minutes we both decided that we were not able to give a proper judging. For we both found the base sandwich in inspiring. I'm Sorry Hannah I was really hoping to come back with a fantastic win. And in my opinion Ronald was never going to win with putting the tomatoes in his entry. However my partner lives tomatoes and felt that Ronald's sandwich would have taken the win despite his generous application of cranberries.. Results.... A Draw. However, Hannah gets an advantage point for remembering the sandwiches code by memory. Do not let the review of the sandwich take away from the personalities behind the deli counter. The store was busy, but everything moved smoothly. The employees were friendly and helpful when I had questions, and the checkout process was surprisingly quick considering how many people were shopping. I also appreciate how Costco focuses on quality products and offers great value, especially when buying in bulk. I ended my trip with a stop at the food court, which is always a great bonus after shopping. Overall, Costco continues to be one of my favorite places to shop because of the selection, prices, and overall experience. I'll definitely be back again.

They also had a lot of vegan foodstuffs that I'd never heard of. I'm excited to try the organic tofu and the Broccoli/Brussels/Kale mix. What they notably did not have was Ice Mountain water bottles (Which I have yet to see anywhere in Nashville). It was a Tuesday afternoon and they had a lot of sample stands up and running, which is really cool. I usually only see this on the weekends at most other locations. It was midday and only 2 cashiers were available, so the wait to check out was longer than it should've been. My cashier was quite pleasant though. All in all, it was a pretty good experience.

I was greeted as soon as I got to the store (I believe her name was Sam), and not only was she very welcoming and personable, but she also had some snack style samples offered-and let's just say I'm pretty sure I just found my new favorite snack-Strawberry and blueberry pretzels! Then, as I was doing my shopping, I had another employee (I'm so sorry, I didn't catch their name!) ask me if I was finding everything ok, and I replied with what I was on the hunt for (a very specific vitamin) and they showed me right to them, and asked if I would like some help finding anything else! Honestly, I can't remember the last time that I went grocery shopping and had someone ask me if I needed help finding anything, so this interaction really stuck out to me. As I went to check out, I was greeted with a SMILE and a "how are you, did you find everything ok today?"....checkout was fast and friendly! I just felt like everyone working there went above and beyond to make my (usually dreaded) shopping trip enjoyable-from being helpful, to simply smiling at me as we walked past each other, and even the bonus snack samples. The places I normally shop at (closer to my place) seem to be filled with employees that have a "ugh I don't want to be here right now" vibe (if you know what I mean), and I think that after getting used to seeing that all the time, and then coming here and having this experience today is a pretty darn good reason for me to break up with my old grocery stores, drive a bit farther and just come here from now on. Cashier Sylvia charged me for 6 artichokes at 3.99 EACH , even though she asked what they were and I told her what I was buying were APRICOTS. I cant believe a grown woman doesn't know what an apricot is or that they are charged by the lb. 2nd cashier Jamilla who was generating all kinds of paper in process , never issued me the credit I am owed for SPROUTS mistake . 3rd the manager with long dark hair came flying over as she had to approve the credit which she apparently did not , and what were her first words to me before I could even say anything to her ? Not an apology but an angry "people make mistakes " . When I patiently tried to point out that even with the credit it was still .20 off, she opened the drawer and slapped 2 dimes into my hand. No wonder that store is not busy on a Saturday, it must have quite a bad reputation. And it starts with the management. This was the first time I came to SPROUTS in Madison , TN and it will be the LAST time. I was there because of emails telling me I would get 30% off my purchase . Instead I was overcharged 23.94 plus tax. No other grocery store has ever treated me so poorly. I will go to Whole Foods instead. I WILL NEVER COME TO SPROUTS AGAIN.
