VISION CENTER- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WALMART VISION CENTER!!! My husband and I are visiting from Michigan. The band/arm on my glasses seemed to be broken. I had bought them at LensCrafters in Michigan, so we decided to take them to the closest Lens Crafters which was about an hour drive from where we were. The lady was very rude and told me "we don't repair here". She had been in the back on her cell phone (we could directly see her)...She Handed me my glasses and walked away. We had to go to Walmart for a couple other things, so I decided to stop into the Vision Center to see if they could possibly help. Rachel looked at my glasses and knew in a second exactly what was wrong! She told me a part had fallen out and if I could find it, they could fix it! It was a tiny part so I wasn't hopeful. Daniel, the manager asked if he could take a look. He told me if I bought an "O" ring in a hardware department, I could slip it over the arm and it could buy me some time until I could fix it properly or until we made it back home. He didn't try to convince me to buy a new pair, they didn't turn me away and they both we SUPER KIND & HELPFUL! This encouraged my husband to ponder getting our next glasses at WM! Subject: Customer Service Concern My recent customer service experience at Walmart was very disappointing. The cashier, Tonya, was rude and used an inappropriate tone while speaking with me. She also muttered a negative comment, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Another cashier, Billie, overcharged me for an item, so I returned to have the issue corrected. When I sought assistance, Tonya spoke to me in a condescending manner, as though I were a child. Although the supervisor apologized, I believe something needs to be done regarding Tonya's attitude and treatment of customers. I recommend that Tonya receive additional customer service training or be moved to a position where she has less interaction with customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend seeking assistance from her. read more

Don't count on this store for anything order a cake printers been broke can't decorate it oh no can't do it took almost 24 hrs to tell me can't do it when it says ready in an hour online. Shelves always wiped out just overall poorly managed store. read more

My experience, this go around, was very pleasant. The two gentleman in the Bike department were ultra helpful. Order number: 200010125377187 I am not one to do this BUT... I am a Walmart+ subscriber. I placed an order at 2 pm today. I just had to cancel it at 9:50 pm because it is not going to be delivered. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! How did I find out? Because I called after it didn't arrive at the scheduled time (between 8 pm and 9 pm). NO ONE had the courtesy of letting me know it wasn't going to be delivered. If someone would've contacted me earlier, I would've go to the store and get it myself because I really needed what I ordered tonight as I have a trip tomorrow and I am leaving at 5 am. My biggest frustration is the lack of communication that now makes it a terrible situation. I made a last attempt to try to go myself and pick up the order and the lady on the phone said, "yes you can BUT tomorrow morning because we close at 10" (website shows they're open until 11 pm). I live 10 minutes away and it was 20 til 10 pm. I then asked, am I just not going to be able to get my stuff today? To what she just responded, "yeah, bye" and hung up. I bought a expert grill 4 burner .worst purchase ever it was 200$ when at other location down the street was 138$ then it wasn't a complete set I paid 200$ for a grill I can't use !!! For the past few years, Walmarts in Florida have become expensive. Prices have increased dramatically, there are less and less employees, cashiers are becoming a thing of the past, self-checkout have suddenly taken over, and I can continue, but you get the point. This is about the Auto Center at this Winter Haven Walmart which isn't the closest Walmart to me but I had a Free oil change because of the LAST time I came here lol. This place sucks if you need any type of work on your vehicle, and yeah I get it it's Walmart but C'monnnnnn! I waited 3 and a half hours, yes I said it 3 hours with an extra 30 minutes! The time before this I waited 2. Like yeah I know mechanics are lazy but seriously? Oh, and for the moms out there I had a one year old with me. So you can only imagine my pain. Visited Walmart today 08/11/2019 round 1230pm. Went to the self checkout with my wife and had some groceries a case of beer and 2 bottles of wine. Attendant asked for my id, which I gladly handed over. I'm 39 and my wife is 36. They would not let us purchase the beer and wine unless both of us showed ids, which i only had mine on me. Left the cart at checkout and went to Publix to do our shopping. Not sure if this is policy, but it seems insane and I won't be back. We will do our shopping at Publix and amazon. read more

I have been using their pickup for the last 4 months and it's been great. I never have to wait more then 5 minutes when I get there. If you follow the directions when they say check in when you leave your house they get it ready right away. I only live 5 minutes away. Great service and always very polite workers. read more

This is a tire center that does not have the capability to remove a stripped lug nut from a small car. I had to call a tow truck to take my car to a REAL tire center. I was told by the manger that this is out of there skill set . Got to wonder. Tried to call the pharmacy to see if a script was ready. Tried multiple, consecutive times and no one would answer the call. Decided to drive over anyway and as could be expected, the script was not filled. Asked for pharmacy manager and no one was available. Asked for a store manager and was told to head to customer service, "they hang out there ". Line was too long and decided to go to bakery. Ran into a support manager - explained my problem and she tried to get one of the assistant managers. Explained again, even called the pharmacy and no one answered. He graciously gave me a gift card. I did a grocery pickup an a lady in the car next to me had a dead battery an a hot, sleepy, upset toddler. A wonderful employee named Bre went out of her way to get her jumper cables an we jumped her off. She stood there an made sure the ladies vehicle stayed running an tried to help calm the lil girl! She went above an beyond for sure! Especially considering it felt lime 100 degrees outside an it was about to storm! read more

BEWARE!! I will never use this Walmart for grocery pickup or delivery again. I will always recommend Publix's grocery services over Walmart's any day. I ordered groceries through Walmart's app this past Saturday to be delivered on Sunday between 5 & 6 and I selected the option to have them left at my door just in case I wasn't home. We got home around 7:30 to find no groceries at the door although the app said they had been delivered. So I called Walmart customer service and asked them to confirm they were delivered to the correct address and they were able to describe my front door. We found out the groceries had been delivered at 6:23pm so we checked our cameras. Upon reviewing the footage, we discovered the delivery driver delivered the groceries, waited about 10 mins while pacing back and forth in our front yard and going through our bags, before he packed them back up in his car and left. I called my local Walmart near hwy 27 to see if he took them back to the store. The ASM checked and said they were not at the store. I proceeded with filing a police report at that time. I called the 800 number back and told them what happened and they refunded my order. I called the store yesterday and after waiting on hold for 40 minutes, was told I could not speak to a manager because he (Mark Gannon) is on vacation. I then asked for the DMs info and suddenly a manager named Chris picked up the phone. I explained the situation to him and requested they make it right by resending the groceries I had originally ordered. The manager agreed and then said I first need to speak to the digital manager, Monica and set up a time 8-9am for her to call me today. She never called. I called her on my lunch break at 11am and explained again what happened. I told her that Chris had agreed to resend the groceries for free for the inconvenience. Monica laughed and said they were not going to do that and that they've already done everything they're willing to do. I asked her for the DMs info and she refused to give it to me. She gave me his name as Roberto Gonzales but would not give me any contact info. I do not recommend using this location for groceries. BEWARE!! read more

This Walmart has easily been the worst that I have ever been to. The management was awful. Young employees running around the store not doing their jobs. I asked an employee about something I was looking for. They were very rude about my dilemma and pretty much told me to find it myself. It is hard to find your way around the store because hardly anyone speaks English, and if they do, you can not understand them. I'm not being racist, but it is very frustrating when you are trying to go through an aisle, and you say excuse me, and they look at you like you are dumb. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! read more

I would have to say that the curbside staff are always nice. Not too impressed with anything else about this store. Several times I've ordered items for curbside like batteries for instance only to be told they were out of stock. After having this happen several times for the most common items, I got suspicious enough to immediately go into the store after receiving my curbside order. Sure enough, the items that were supposedly out of stock were sitting on the shelves. I feel that they are too lazy to walk to another area of the store. The other day, I picked up an item that would not scan. A couple associates tried the same thing that I did without success. They told me to go to Customer Service. When the Customer Service representative could not get it to scan she simply dismissed me saying that it was not for sale. What a waste of time for the privilege of being a Walmart customer. I love this Walmart! Everyone I run across is friendly and does their best to help if asked, I even had one employee that was shelving help without me even asking, Im short the item I needed was to high for me to reach :) The clothing dept. ROCKS! Its a very clean very well organized store. I can shop with out my buggy knocking things over, If I cannot get my buggy through an isle I skip it, Lake Wales is way to cluttered, I knock things off the rack and have to pick them up.
