At my appointment I asked about bifocal contacts and was told they may or not be in stock. I asked about the price for my regular contacts and never really got an answer. I said I'd probably just buy them at Costco since they're usually less. Before I left I asked if they had given me my contact prescription and was told yes. I should've checked my paperwork! I got to Costco and was told I only had been given a glasses prescription. So this morning I called Eyecare Specialist's, thinking it was a simple mistake. But nope, they said that would cost 65$ more after already paying 175$. I asked why would I go to them specifically for contacts and leave without my prescription. It makes no sense! What did they think I was doing there?? They wasted my time and were overpriced on top of it! So now I have to take more time to go back to Costco so I can actually get what I need. Eyecare specialist's doesn't seem to listen to their patients. If your considering using them, I'd definitely suggest looking somewhere else. Complete waste of time!

The reason the service is questionable is because when I came in, even though they smiled. No one actually helped me. Just so you know I was the only person in the store when I was looking A guy greeted me, then just told me the color codes for the product, and followed me around while I browsed but didn't offer any actual help. I ended up deciding not to support this business because while I was there after receiving no help and basically being eye fucked by the guy following me around, I noticed they offered (no one asked) for a first time 20% discount. Of which none offered me. So I quietly took my money to another business that had great customer service and actually offered assistance not follow folks around like a convenience store. This is the third strike (incident) of this kind to happen to me in the last 6 months. I'm done with you guys. Also, the percent THC is not correct. It's advertised as one thing, but when you get the product; the marking on it is several percentage points lower. Case in point, last bought some that was supposed to be 29% THC (advertised), but pkg says 26% plain as day. They all do. So why does the web say 29%? It's not like a slip of the finger type-o. It's very misleading...false advertising territory, and not the first time this has happened too. So just beware of these guys.
