Although I am not a patient , I want to take the time to thank Dr Bolos for seeing my son after…read morehours today , to provide him with two sets of "Trial Contacts." Here is the story that's kind of hard to believe. Michael was down to Coco Beach , from Pennsylvania, for a week long chemical inspection training course that started today. 5/23/16. It will be an intense course with lots of Power Point Presentations , lab quizzes, technical chemical textbook reading etc... Yesterday after getting to Coco Beach, he went out in the ocean and in the waves lost his only pair of glasses. ( I know, I am only the dad but I would not have gone into the ocean in my glasses .) Mike also forgot to pack any contacts! Last night we found an old Contact Rx and E-mailed it to Mike. He had no time this morning to try to get a pair of contacts, so he spent the first day of training blind and fuzzy. So after the day was over he walked to the closest Walmart , but the doctor was gone for the day and the contact tech could not fill the RX for a trial pair of contacts. Being a Dentist I was able to contact Dr Bolos at home , just as he got home from his other office. Dr Bolos works PT at Walmart and it was 1/2 hour to closing when we spoke. I relayed the above story to Dr Bolos and to my surprise he told me it takes him 10 mins to get to Walmart. He said he was just about to" crack open a cold one" but he would jump in the car to see Mike as he couldn't imagine taking a week long training course , blind. Not to mention the strain on the eyes and headaches trying to read a Power Point or books with no glasses. Dr Bolos was a lifesaver and Michael and I both really appreciate that he took his time after work to go in to see him. Dr Bolos did fit him with two sets of trail contacts. Mike called me on the way back to his hotel and he can.... sea! If I lived in Coco Beach , Dr B. would be my doctor.

Sooo how do you still blame the lab? This is how I came to Dr. Bolos who not knowing the history did a complete eye exam (my current glasses were from an exam less than a month prior) and wrote a prescription that was NOTHING like the one I got from Florida Eye Associates... and wouldn't ya know it... I can see and not just can I see, but the truth is I never thought i would ever see this clearly.. I honestly believe that because I had astigmatism that just was not something i would have... I was so wrong... I just couldn't have it because I didn't have good eye care. Thank you so much Dr. Bolos. Not only are you a wonderful and caring man, you do a completely thorough eye exam and vision screening, does not rely on a tech or computer to do that for him, and takes the time to know you will be seeing things clearly. I cannot thank him enough!

I truly had an incredible time during my appointment with MyEyeDr. When I first arrived, I asked…read morethe team member at the front desk if it would take long for me to get my glasses after my appointment today and I told her that my insurance was Medicaid. She said that it would take about 7-10 business days for me to get my glasses. I was shocked by this because at my last eye exam, three years ago, which was done in Silicon Valley, CA, it took them several months for me to get my glasses after my appointment. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment, and my appointment began right about my scheduled appointment time. One of the team members who helped me at the front desk, helped me for the first part of my eye exam. This team member was very kind, accommodating, skilled, and professional, unfortunately I do not recall her name, she was excellent at giving me the first part of my eye exam and I believe that she is a wonderful member of the team at MyEyeDr. I was led into another exam room where I awaited my Optometrist Dr. Robert Shannon Webster. I didn't have to wait for Dr. Webster very long and while I waited for him in the exam room, I had a few moments to take a few pictures. After Dr. Webster joined me in the exam room, he did my eye exam and he said that my eyes are in good shape thankfully. After our exam, as we were walking back to the front of the office, Dr. Webster actually helped me decide which type of glasses to get because Medicaid only covers 1 pair of glasses, and I needed both types of glasses. We decided it would be best to get the reading glasses, because I already have a set of distance seeing glasses, and because I'm a writer, I need to be able to read up close. I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Webster as my new Optometrist. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgable, and skilled. At one point Dr. Webster even said that I could call him Robert! Robert than handed me off to another team member at the office named Zack. I had a fantastic time talking with Zack as he helped me pick out and order my new glasses. He is very considerate, caring, understanding, knowledgeable, and he is very kind. He even took the time to explain to me how the sun in Florida can hurt our eyes and cause cataracts. I was left feeling seen, heard, understood, appreciated, and respected, and Zack even helped me to be that much more thankful that I made the move from Silicon Valley, CA, back to the Space Coast of Florida. My excellent experience with Zack at MyEyeDr. made my opinion of this office even that much more wonderful! Regarding the office, it has a pleasant decor, with a fair amount of seats available for patients in the front waiting area. They also have a good selection of frames in stock, and this included some sunglass frames, including the RayBan sunglass frames, that come with the new Meta AI. They also had a small selection of Medicaid eyeglass frames, but this is okay, Medicaid has been known to only cover a small selection of eyeglass frames from what I've seen during my own personal experiences. There was also a bathroom in the office for patients and it was clean and well stocked with supplies. I definitely feel ready to call MyEyeDR. home for all of my optometry needs. I thank Christ that MyEyeDr. takes Medicaid insurance. I was truly very blessed to have met Zack, Dr. Webster, and the rest of the entire team at MyEyeDr. and I'll most definitely be back in the future as I am now a very satisfied patient of this office. Honestly I feel ready to make Florida my forever home now, the team here made my overall experience that phenomenal.

This store is a joke! I came here because two pairs of glasses I bought less than a year ago have…read morelenses that have turned yellow. They are Transitions lenses. When I bought them, they were grey lenses that turned dark and had a blue mirror coating on them. They have gradually turned yellow. I came in to show them to the store on Sunday and was told I had to come back on Wednesday when the manager, Dustin, was in, since they were purchased at a store in CT. They told me only the store manager could make decisions about glasses purchased at another location. I went back in today to show him the lenses, which he acknowledged he could clearly see were now yellow. He told me he needed to take pictures and send them to his regional manager, and that he do not have the authority to make decisions about glasses from another location. He also told me that "we use Transitions lenses here," so it's not like we put in some cheap stuff." So, what, it's my fault? Then, he told me, "also, it's been more than a year..." No! That's the point, they are less than a year old...by a long shot. I bought them in March of 2025. Then, it became, "well, you don't have the protection plan." I spent $1200 on glasses at LensCrafters precisely so that I would not have to worry if I had a problem with them -- a national chain, where one would reasonably expect their $600 lenses to be stood behind by the company from which they purchased them. Then, I was insulted with the following line he called to sell me an hour later: "I have learned from speaking with my regional manager and from research I did that the yellow tint is by design!" What...?! Dustin tried to sell me the bullshit line, "Transitions lenses have a yellow-brown hue by design. It's supposed to be there." NO! Then why wasn't it there when I first got them? Why is one pair much more yellow than the other? Why did I buy gray lenses? In short, the store manager is full of crap and a liar, and LensCrafters are thieves who do not stand behind the products they sell. Moral of the story: do not pay a premium to LensCrafters for service -- much less nationwide service -- as they do not stand behind their products. Moreover, they blame defective materials on their customers and play them for fools. Buyer Beware: steer clear!

Liz brought exceptional customer service to us by providing a great glasses & frames adjustment and cleaning. She noted that frames had to be warmed and the lens should be removed to prevent damage. After adjusting our frames Liz did a through clean around the edges of both frames and lens while explaining the importance of this. She also answered all our questions about the new RayBan Meta frames on display. It was a fantastic LensCrafters experience thanks to Liz! I love LensCrafters as a decades long customer.

Sorry this is long....... Nothing is worse than having an owner of a business that tells you one…read morething.. then totally changes what she says.. My insurance offers Davis Vision and a $300 credit for eyeglasses. I wear the I Green brand and I have purchased all my glasses from Optique Unique for 30 years.. Unfortunately they do not accept Davis. So I found Eyedeal Vision Care Inc in Rockledge and Viera.. I called and spoke with co-owner Linda Sarkarati on Monday.. She said they had the IGreen frames and they take Davis.. So yesterday I drove to the Rockledge store to find about 8 pairs of IGreen.. the shop was busy and only one person working, Stacie who was no help so she called Linda in the Viera store.. and I drove there to get her to help me.. Again they have about 6 IGreen frames in the store.. So we went thru the website looking for frames.. but I would have to order them without trying them on.... So I asked could I Buy the frames at Optique and have her do the lenses and use my insurance.. She said yes.. then she reads a paper from my insurance company and says.. oh no.. the paper states "Allowance applied to complete eyewear" and says she would do it but can't because Davis requires me to get frame and lens to use my $300... I called Davis this morning and they said.. I can buy the frames and take them to Eyedeal and have them do the lenses and they will be covered. BTW Glasses are over $600 .. so today I call Linda and now she says oh no.. its our policy you have to buy both from us.. No.. that is not what you said yesterday.. You said Davis would not cover my purchase for just the lenses, but Davis said they will.. If she had the frames I would buy them from her .. she blamed the sales rep for not having them in stock..Maybe she treats the sales rep like she treated me because Optique Unique has a full display with probably 100 styles to choose from and the rep services them.. So sadly as an owner Linda is not willing to make an exception even tho she told me she would .. I told her you are still going to make money and she said she does not make money on lenses.. OMG... Another excuse.. So moral to the story.. if you want the coolest glasses ever go to https://theoptiqueunique.com/ in Indialantic where the owner Cary values customers and customer service and check out the IGreen brand .. you will not be sorry.. Stay away from Eyedeal Vision Care inc.. UPDATE: I am able to buy my frames from Optique and have the lenses made at another company that accepts Davis.. and they are both happy to have my business.. And just FYI.. The prices on the frames at Optique is much lower than what they were marked at EyeDeal. so they actually did me a favor!

Terrific.
