The manager barely listens to what I say, makes an adjustment then hands them right back as if I'm wasting his time. other technicians have physically checked the glasses while I'm wearing them to spot areas that may need adjustment. He was also no help when I was choosing new frames. I have already spent my insurance benefit for this year. I will definitely go somewhere else next year. In the meantime, I'll find YouTube videos and adjust them myself

I ordered the progressive lenses with the normal field of view. I had had the more expensive wide field lenses before and thought these would be fine but they did not work for me. They allowed me to upgrade to the wide field of view lenses for the difference in lens price which I thought was more than reasonable. The better lenses are not part of the 1 hour program but they were ready in 3or 4 days. Much better. Really exceptional service. The price was good and the service very good. I'll be returning.

She went back to see what they could do and she was told that it was her fault for "being to rough with them and exposing them to the heat and cold". I've been wearing glasses for most of my life and I have never had lenses crack at all. Blaming it on the elements instead of admitting that they made a bad pair of lenses is not a good look. My grandma also had an appointment here and they didn't dilate her eyes. A few weeks ago she went to another eye doctor because she was having difficulties with one of her eyes. Turns out she has cataracts in both eyes that could have been addressed months prior instead of finding out half a year later. Do not go here if you are expecting quality glasses or if you are worried about your eyesight.

I wasn't sure what to expect or what type of questions to ask, but I honestly didn't even need to ask many questions because the appointment was extremely thorough. Everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to digest and understand, having not known much about vision in general. The staff were incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful. I left feeling satisfied and honestly hopeful for the future, especially as someone who has really struggled with vision lately. I was able to order glasses at the end of my appointment and I'm excited to pick them up soon! Dropped them off at lunch and they were ready after work. At first I thought the price might be high, quoted around $60, but I was totally wrong. So worth it. You can't see the repair at all and the frames feel stronger than before. They are like new. I thought might be high because I assumed this was just a temporary fix, but can now wait until next year to upgrade my frames if I need to.

It took about 2 weeks. When they came, there was a scratch in one lens. They ordered a new lens which took about 2 more weeks. They had trouble inserting the new lens, but then sent me on my way. A few days later when the lens kept falling out, we returned them for repair. Three weeks later when they were finally ready, I went in to get them. They said the previous lens had been made too large for the frame and wanted me to hand them my frames. I said "you kept them". Susan said she remembered giving me the frames to keep while a new lens was made! She said "Never the less, when you do find them, we need you to return them". That was very insulting and I felt like I was accused of stealing. I will not return. Sorry doctor, you were great!
