Sleazy tactics. At that point you'll just want out of that prison and they'll add whatever charges they want. "I added the insurance" oh really because it says they already come with insurance? But sure, add it without asking me. (I read the receipt in the end, was only flashes the screen while sitting there before being told the total.) When I came back for pickup the sale shark ran out the door while I was waiting for a few minutes to pickup my glasses. I verbally announced that "you would think they would want to help me pick up my glasses seeing me standing here and just having sold them to me." I made your commission check bigger but you couldn't acknowledge me AT ALL after making your sales. "Oh she's already clocked out" but was she 5 minutes ago when I got Here? Maybe I'm being over dramatic but all around I didn't feel comfortable in this store. go try on in the store then order online, skip the fees of the middle man.

This is written @ the end of 2020, and you can be assured nothing of the sort is true NOW. Staff and Doctors are FIRST RATE and highly-professional. EVERY aspect of my appointment was handled with the utmost care and top-notch service. I will most certainly be a return customer when the next exam time comes. Staff is overly-cautious however, with re: Corona Virus protection. Clearly it's a corporate mandate that staff take maximum (overdone) steps to supposedly protect themselves and their customers. A simple forehead temperature scan and the wearing of the (ineffective) blue masks should suffice. But I'm just briefly ranting here. If YOU are seeking an XCLNT place to get vision screening and care, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better company. The only reason I am logging 4-stars instead of 5... is because of the higher charges. I've discussed with three colleagues so far, who've had their vision care done in this past year, and ALL agree Berk is the highest-cost for equal vision care. For now though... Was going to reuse my frames (1 1/2 years old and in great condition) but I would have to leave them to send with the scrip for new lenses; told 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. December 24. Well, it's now 4, yes 4 weeks and no glasses. Some screw up that I understand this office has no control over, but they don't seem to be very helpful in getting this resolved or light a fire to get my glasses. Maybe I should have stayed with LensCrafters but seeing Dr. Mannarino was the only reason I went to Pearle. Not sure I will be going back to Pearle Vision.

From brands like Lacoste, Champion, Nike, and Ray-Ban. I had an appointment at 3:30 and they got me in sooner which is ideal for a Friday.
