However, my experience as a customer left much to be desired. First, I want to address the florist's response to my initial review. My feedback was never meant to be personal. It was simply my honest experience as a paying customer. A professional business should not take reviews personally, but instead use them as opportunities to improve. Arguing with a customer and engaging in a personal dispute is unprofessional and does not reflect well on the business. It is always better to work toward a resolution than to dismiss the customer's concerns outright. That said, I had several frustrations with my order: 1. I asked multiple times for clarification on pricing and how to best pay for the arrangement, but I did not receive clear responses. This made it challenging to confirm details and left room for miscommunication. 2. I explicitly requested peonies. Despite this, roses were included in the arrangement without my approval, which was disappointing and not reflective of the agreed-upon design. 3. Some flowers in the arrangement showed visible signs of aging, as evidenced by the photos I shared. While I understand variations in flowers, the aging petals and bruised spots go beyond natural characteristics. 4. I requested to cancel the order before delivery but was ignored. When I brought up my concerns after receiving the arrangement, instead of offering a partial refund or credit, I was met with defensiveness and dismissal. I stand by my feedback, as this was my genuine experience. While I respect the effort and artistry that goes into floral arrangements, professionalism also means listening to customers and addressing their concerns fairly. However, the final arrangement did not reflect what I was promised. I asked for a specific peony design, and the florist assured me they had all the flowers needed to replicate it. I even listed the flowers I liked and shared reference photos in case they did not have peonies. Despite this, the arrangement I received included roses (which I strongly dislike) and only four peonies--unacceptable for the $100+ price tag. For comparison, another local shop sells an arrangement with 16 peonies for $135 which is $8.43/peony compared to SaraBella's $25/peony. For the price tag, I would expect only fresh flowers, but some of the flowers I received showed visible signs of aging. When I attempted to resolve the issue, the florist refused to offer a partial refund or credit, even though the arrangement didn't meet the agreed-upon design. They also delivered the flowers after I had requested to cancel the order. I deeply regret not going to another florist who could have delivered a beautiful arrangement for a fair price. read more

Terrible! I do not recommend. I ordered a boutonniere for prom and they took payment over the phone to even take my order. I picked it up and thought it's pretty and left without opening the box. Turns out they did not give me the other side of the magnet so NO way to attach. Daughter already left with date so disappointing. I called and lady said oh well it happens. Just put a nail behind it. No oh I'm so sorry, can I give you a refund. Told me I could drive back and pick it up. After I got upset she said she would deliver but it was too late. Then the owner calls me and STILL no apology, no offer of refund but tells me I shouldn't have gotten mad at his employee. I just hung up. Terrible customer service on top of lack of attention to detail for such an important thing. read more

I felt totally taken advantage of since it was a rushed transaction and we didn't come to an agreement on price first which I take some responsibility for of course, but still, the final price was totally outrageous. read more

Sara is really an artist and makes beautiful floral creations. Her skills are above average and the bouquets aren't like all the rest. She uses flowers and accents that most don't think to use.
