She thoroughly explained the importance of wearing and maintaining the invisaline trays, as well as what to expect during each step in the treatment process! She just put a temporary filling per my request and now it is day 4 it is gone. I am not sure how can I survive another 10 days and idk the what will be the service. I'm honestly not sure where to start with Walsh Dental Care since I was overwhelmed by how positive of an experience I had all around. I originally found Walsh Dental Care through Groupon to get Invisalign since my dental was not running any specials. I decided not to purchase the Groupon directly since most small, local businesses will honor the Groupon price and then the small business gets all the profits versus Groupon taking a cut and luckily Walsh Dental Care did exactly that. Not only did I sign up for Invisalign, but I also saved a ton of money and unnecessary stress on my teeth/mouth because of Dr. Walsh being so thorough and honest. My last dentist said I needed all this dental work (two crowns with root canals, a regular root canal, and a filling due to cracked molars with gray fillings and various cavities). However, I received two odd quotes on the same day from the last dentist, so I decided to ask for a quote from Walsh Dental Care to see if I could save some money on all the dental work I needed. Dr. Walsh wanted to verify (free of charge) I needed the work by doing some scans, physically poking around in my mouth, and asking various questions prior to providing a quote and it turns out... I did not need ANY of the work. Dr. Walsh was extremely honest, thorough, and very delicately approached the situation making sure not to stress my last dentist tried to scam me with $6,300 worth of unnecessary dental work (extra kudos for professionalism). She let me know there was no medical reason to replace my gray fillings (at this point anyway), but I could get crowns if the aesthetics bothered me (which they don't). The office is clean, nicely decorated, has nice equipment, and has good vibes. Dr. Walsh and all her staff are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and they all have really great personalities with awesome bedside (chairside?) manner. Dr. Walsh is one of the most honest dentists I've met, and I've been through braces, retainers, the works! I went in originally to take my son where she looked at his abscess and referred us to Destination Smile as she felt he would be most comfortable there (he's 5), and escorted us there herself (their in the same building) I knew then she was honest, and trustworthy! Fast forward a month later, I'm eating a sandwhich and my bridge in the front of my mouth fell out when I bite into a sandwhich (11yr old dental work) and I called Dr. Walshs office panicking. She not only got me a temporary retainer with those lost teeth to wear that day so that I wasn't walking around missing teeth, but she and her staff stayed late to make sure I had it before I left. She then referred me to an awesome oral surgeon that was able to get me in for dental implants that next week and Dr Walsh was able to make a temporary bridge for cosmetic needs of mine the day I got the implants. This office really can't be said enough good things about! They made time for me, worked with my insurance for payment, and she totally saved my front teeth from old crappy dental work! I made appointments for my two children (5 and 1) with Dr. Walsh and held my breath for the best. My oldest has ASD and the dentist has always been sensory overload for him, my youngest just hates having his teeth brushed-- needless to say, I was nervous for their visit, but staff assured me via telephone that they would be prepared for us. The day of, my youngest was a screaming mess and the oldest was defiant about sitting for a checkup. The hygienist that worked with us was nothing short of a saint-- she was SO patient with both of my children.
