When I told the man I would be unable to make the $170 payment he suggested I pay $50. Well I told him I didn't have my cards with me he suddenly became rude. He started to tell me "Well when your car gives out you are going to pay more." I then told him I didn't have the money and if they could call me back tomorrow or something, "No, we are going to close your account today." I told him that I was unwilling to ask my coworkers for $50 and his response shocked me, "Well when your car needs repairs you are going to need to ask them for more money so you might as well just ask for the $50 now." I finally made it to the front to check in at 2:54pm and was handed a little card with the time handwritten on it. I was told to go sit and wait and that the TSA person would come out looking at people's "time" cards to see who was next. There was a couple already waiting when I sat down, and they ended up leaving because they couldn't wait any longer. I was finally seen by the TSA woman at 3:32. It seems like having an appointment means nothing. Very frustrating.
