I had most of the meat smoked this year and it has lots of flavor. ( I'm Hooked ) He stayed in touch with me through the entire process and went over and above the entire time. This is a family run company in every sense of the word. Fairness from start to finish and a sense of pride in everything they do. The processing building and office building is white glove clean and really impressive. The best equipment.
