Once in the wash, the machine cracked our windshield - there was zero damage prior. Upon exiting, we stopped and showed the employees the damage. They had us submit a claim form and said they'd get back to us. Fast forward, they sent an email stating they weren't liable and went into a diatribe about how this is how "tempered glass works" (Windshields aren't made of tempered glass, they are laminated glass). When I pushed back and told them I expected them to fix it or pay our deductible they refused.I contacted my insurance company and they said that the deductible is $250 and it could potentially raise our insurance rates if I file a claim. They refuse to take responsibility. I have contacted the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and will make sure to tell everyone to NEVER EVER TAKE THEIR VEHICLE TO ECLIPSE CAR WASH OR ANY OTHER CAR WASH THEY OWN (they own many). I have taken my 1999 Honda Accord EX V6 to Perfect Finish for several years. Not once was I unhappy. If there were a problem, Steve would quickly address the issue, and a resolution was provided. I was sadden when I discovered that the shop was sold. It was nice to have a place to take my car in for mechanical issues. My A/C began to show signs of wear. I purchased all my OEM parts myself. Dan performed the removal and installation of a new compressor, Condenser, Upper and Lower section hoses, and dryer. The only issue that I encountered is that the upper radiator hose clamp was not tight enough, and leaked all over my engine. A simple mistake that was quickly rectified. I find it very difficult in finding a reputable, reliable auto repair center in my area. Prior, I used to take my car to the Honda Dealerships in O'Fallon, and ST. Louis. After proven problems with the dealership in O'Fallon, I will never take my car there again. As far as ST. Louis, they made a mistake that they thought I would not noticed. Guess what, I did. However, they made good on their promise to fix the issues. It's really sad when I see Auto Repair shops in our area that resemble junk yards. Car scatter throughout the parking lot, car hoods left ajar for months.

Mind you this would be the THIRD TIME first time we were charged $450 second time $168 and probably another hundred something when we take it back. I feel like they are intentionally missing parts so we can take it back so we can pay for labor the first time as you can see we paid $400 for labor the second time we paid $150 for labor. The estimate I received from Mr. Moreland was significantly lower than the other shops and included replacing the plastic around the fog light. Mr. Moreland was wonderful to talk to and work with. I told them no thanks so they just threw my subs back in the backseat without rewiring them and also stripped a screw on my amp.
