Don't bother going Sunday mornings or afternoons because you may not find parking. Spots are taken by the church next door. Why they don't put up a sign that says "gym parking only" is beyond me. Not always clean either. Goes days without paper towels. And for a while there was scaffolding in the water fixing the roof. This happened for a while weekend and some people actually swam in the water. The good- I like the running area and the equipment. It's mostly management that's bad.

I don't know the area. I drove all the way here from downtown with plenty of time to take a shower. I get told the showers close in nine minutes. WTF are you talking about? That's not a thing. I go to tons of Planet Fitness's. All over So. Cal. Never once have I ever been told the showers close fifteen minutes before the gym! If that's the case? THEN POST THAT! Stop wasting my god damned time! I am so sick of all of these places serving themselves and what works best for them and the rest of their night? Rather than appreciating and taking care of the customers. Eat at a place that closes at nine? Guess what! Show up at 8? You eat out of a bag at one of three available tables. As, the restaurant is already mopped and cleaned. Screw you and your time! We want to go home early. It's the exact same mentality here. The employees want to be able to leave earlier. Instead of doing the god damned jobs they were hired to do at the times they agreed to do them between. It's always young people. I hate even saying it but it is. And it's on management for allowing it. If, they even know about it? You are paid to do a job. I don't give a F what time you need to clean a shower? As, that's YOUR JOB. I don't tell people where I work that Im not doing things because that would inconvenience me. And I want to leave earlier. Are you kidding me?! I don't care about you needing to have anything done before closing? I PAY TO NOT HAVE TO CONCERN MYSELF WITH YOUR JOB DUTIES. Thats how the service industry works! I don't care if you will get off at ten-thirty instead of ten. And I don't care if you need to wipe a table because I ate at it during normal business hours! The people who pull this crap? Are cooked. Your work ethic is none existent. Or? At the very least? You are in the wrong industry. Now? I, the customer? Have to inconvenience the hell out of MYSELF and MY night. Because people don't feel the need to do the job they are paid to do. And actually complete a shift. They get to cut out early. And fu** the rest of us for thinking we could use the facilities during the listed hours. And that we were appreciated as customers. Now I get to drive to who tf knows where? Waste more of my time and my gas when I was already at a gym I pay to be at. But hey! I'm just another twenty each month. I must be insane thinking customer service and satisfaction actually mean anything these days? But I'll fu** off and go to the next gym. I wouldn't want you, the people being paid to be there to have to deal with any, normal tasks of employment. I just worked all day in a city I'm not from. But hey, let me go out of my way to take care of you! I am here after all to cater to you, and your night. For free of course! Because you're number one! People who think like this are insufferable. And I've watched them cause more than one good business to plow right into the ground over the past few years. And if this is what management told them to do? Then that's a whole other thing. I needed to get in the gym to loosen up and move, plus workout. My trainer is Ary and she is great! She pushes me to get better at my reps. Ary caters to what my body and mind can handle and this is important to me in what I need from my fitness trainer. There are other trainers as well, a full staff of them. You can choose the trainer you want and you pay the trainer fees to the trainer you choose. The gym was good today, always clean, always supportive, and very well stocked with equipment. I went into the gym in person to cancel my membership and left believing the cancellation had been completed. Later, I discovered that my membership had only been frozen rather than canceled, and I continued to be billed. The situation eventually escalated to collections, and I ended up paying a balance for a membership I believed had already been canceled. My biggest frustration is that this entire situation could have been avoided with clear communication and proper documentation. If you decide to cancel your membership, do not rely on a verbal conversation alone. Request written confirmation, keep copies of all paperwork, and follow up by email so you have proof that the cancellation was processed. I hope my experience helps others avoid the stress, confusion, and extra expense that I went through.

I was so pleasantly surprised by the gym cafe! They have a huge selection of sandwiches and goodies you can get! They also offer meal prep, which looks amazing! I opted for a wrap and smoothie. It was delicious! They have a nice outdoor area where you can sit after your workout to enjoy your goodies.

Everything just felt dirty. The machines that are designed by the owner have potential but don't work for every body size/length.
