I just got a EV so I wanted to get my charger installed. Did the whole query thing on Yelp and made some calls on my own. From all the electricians I called (6 in total) Gary was the only one that came and looked at the actual project and job site. Everyone else was quoting based on pictures I sent (definitely a red flag). Gary gave me a quote that was fair based on on the other quotes I received. And he FAR exceeded my expectations, from showing up on time, to the way the whole project came out. This is the first time I used Walteria Electric. We have a brand new oven that seems to have power issue, we would like an electrician to fix up any power issue before the oven repair can come out. Gary was very responsive to our quote request late evening. He understood the issue and gave us a reasonable quote. It was a week out, but it is not an emergency for us, so it was ok for us to wait. He came out on time and got right to work. He gave us the possible scenarios and set our expectation, since he could see there might be some other issues lurking with our junction box. Once he got our ok, he started to work on it. It was a different problem all together. He fixed the real issue, which is a bad wire splicing from the installation, as well as helping us fix the issue with the loose junction box. Walteria sent an electrician to our home during the pandemic to take a look at our outdoor lighting situation. When the electrician arrived. We noticed he was not wearing a mask. He entered our home and we kindly asked him to wear a mask and offered him a new disposable mask. He simply refused and said they do not believe in masks and that if he was required to wear one he would simply go home. He claimed he could not find the problem and left without helping the situation at all. We specifically scheduled and waited for him to arrive to help us which we were surprised was quite the opposite.
