I paid for an exam and vaccinations, and the cat was taken to the back for treatment. However, within a few days we discovered he had fleas, which spread to our other two cats and dog. We then took him to another vet, who confirmed fleas as well as ear mites. I understand outdoor cats can come in with issues, but my concern is that these problems were apparently missed during the exam despite me specifically explaining the situation and my concerns. Unfortunately, this ended up affecting the other pets in our home. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone ever!

As an avid reptile and pet enthusiast and owner of exotic reptiles I love to visit any pet store…read morewhen I have the chance coming out of state where I live we're not allowed to have venomous animals so coming to Texas was very fun and exciting unfortunately this was worst experience I've ever had in a pet store across every state I've ever been to nothing to do with the employees as I didn't even interact with them just walked around, looking at cages with horrible husbandry chameleons with no misting system every lizard and snake with a dry bowl that you can tell they just let get dry and then refill again never scrubbed or cleaned there's ,dead animals in cages all of their snakes are just in totes stacked on top of each other with no heat gradient or places to go to or away from a heat source one of the mammals was giving birth and when they went in there to check on it, they found another dead one in a different cage and exclaimed it loud enough for everybody to hear that there's a dead one in here very sad to see the conditions of this place, and the animals with lost lives

They are very knowledgeable regarding the cat food brands, have excellent recommendations and suggestions and their rewards program is marvelous. The store is always extremely clean and again, you will not find this kind of customer service at any of the other pet stores, I guarantee it! In summation, you'll find first-class customer service here, kind and helpful staff and a sparkling clean store with a great variety of stock.

They stated my dogs shot record was 5 days expired and needed a new one, which why didn't they call me and say this before I drove all the way there? I called the vet on speaker and they stated it would be fine and my dogs heart worm shot is up to date as well. I get it, policy is fine but you're not going to be rude at the door and whisper and think it's customer service. Horrible experience. They just didn't want my business and that's fine but next time, call the customer to cancel.

My friend bought an English Bulldog not even 5 days ago and the poor dog is already dying. They told her they lowered the price because the dog has a small hernia in his stomach, but we've come to find out after going to a pet clinic that the dog has pneumonia, a heart murmur, and kennel cough. She called this company and told them what was happening and they told her to take the dog to their vet, but after reading all the reviews, their vet seems to be in on the scams as well. We've set an appointment for tomorrow and hopefully she can get out of that contract before the 10 days are up. This place is a scam and I feel terribly sorry for both the dogs and the people that are lied to. These poor dogs are sick and overpriced. You can find a better dog online with breeders for half the price and the dog is actually healthy. Beware of scammers of this place!!!
