Just basic questions and she was very friendly and informative. They will allow you to bring your pet into the store. Store is pet friendly. They do not have carpeting, but a concrete lacquered floor, just in case of accidents and for easy clean up. Prices are a little less than PetSmart and I feel Stacy was much more attentive since it is a smaller store. They are closed on Mondays. We will be going back.

I paid for an exam and vaccinations, and the cat was taken to the back for treatment. However, within a few days we discovered he had fleas, which spread to our other two cats and dog. We then took him to another vet, who confirmed fleas as well as ear mites. I understand outdoor cats can come in with issues, but my concern is that these problems were apparently missed during the exam despite me specifically explaining the situation and my concerns. Unfortunately, this ended up affecting the other pets in our home. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone ever!
