We purchased a new 2025 40 ft Puma and took delivery in April 2025. Sales team was good but was nowhere to be found when we started having issues with several items including our Girard tankless hot water heater not working E5 error code. We got handed off to the service manager who was unpleasant to work with and handed us off to the manufacturer Lippert. We kept getting bounced back between Wanda RV service manager and Lippert because neither wanted to own and resolve the issue. A year later June 2026 and we still don't have a working tankless hot water heater. Wanna RV does not stand behind what they sell in the first year of warranty and I would not recommend them. Their service manager was abrasive and most concerned about how much money Wana was out "were out $200 and can't keep throwing parts at it " A 40 ft RV is not like a car where you can take it into a service center. Lippert knows they have many issues with the GSWH-2 tankless but are simply trying to cover them up. read more

We bought a new 2024 Rockwood 2720IK in late July. As other reviews have stated, the price difference is significant so we drove from NC to IN to pick it up in late July. My wife and I loved the area and plan to pass through again one day. The service desk has been consistently respectful & helpful but although the sales staff was nice they were also condescending at times. I understand that the manufacturer is responsible for the build quality and components used but I did ask for the camper to be inspected for issues weeks before arriving and I was told that was part of their process. The camper had a few defects... hot water heater needs to be replaced bc it's leaking, slide topper needs to be replaced bc it's sagging and holding water and the biggest issue is that the slides leaked all the way home. When we arrived at home, the kitchen floor had a puddle of water on it because all the slides have a hole exposed in the bottom corners. I specifically asked for a service tech to inspect the slides before we arrived and they were obviously not inspected. We decided to upgrade the batteries because we were told they were AGM, only to find out they were flooded when we got home. When I discovered that they were flooded I called to ask what's going on and found out that they don't sell AGM batteries at all. To their credit they did issue a full refund but this revealed a lack of knowledge by the staff. We did receive a very thorough overview of the camper but we can't remember his name. We learned a ton of things about our new camper and even things about our existing camper we didn't know. We were very grateful for the walkthrough. They also did a great job sealing the roof. I just wish they put the same effort in making sure the slides didn't leak. Due to these defects we were only able to use the camper for 1 trip since the purchase because it's been sitting at a dealer in Raleigh waiting for the parts since mid September. We have decided to never buy another Rockwood and never buy another camper at this dealer. read more

After getting prices from our local dealer, we found the same travel trailer for $14000 less at Wanna RV. My husband negotiated with our local dealer who eventually came down $10000. But because we HAD to even have that conversation with our local dealer, we chose to drive the 600 miles to buy from wanna RV. They treated us right. I was in the market for an RV, found what I was looking for on their site. Made a call to Keaton, who took 5 minutes to tell me about the RV and repeatedly told me to send $500 nonrefundable deposit to hold the RV. My bank contacted them the same day for the unit information to process the loan, the loan was approved. I kept Keaton in the loop regarding the loan status; I called to let him know the loan was approved, which took less than 3 days from initial contact, he didn't remember my name or unit I was interested in, but was quick to say... send $500 to hold the RV until it's picked up. Needless to say, with the loan approved and bank ready to send them a check, I'm not sure if this is the type of organization I want to do business with, as I can only imagine trying to sort out support problems if sales is so detached from the process. Customers are hard to find, and even more difficult to keep! I emailed Keaton expressing my concern with his customer service skills, asking for his manager to contact me. This is basic customer service, and generally represent the leadership style of the company, so I'm not optimistic. Based on my current experience I'm can't recommend the organization. read more

Just a post to let people know what we went through buying a Rockwood fifth wheel from Wanna RV. In 2015 we traveled 2000 miles cross country to Wanna RV to pick up a new Rockwood RV. The dealership was helpful with the financing and installation of the hitch in the bed of our truck. We took possession and drove back to Nevada. Several months later we were traveling in Washington state on a freeway when we experienced a blow out on the right rear tire. AAA arrived to change the tire and immediately brought to my attention that the tires on the unit were only 6ply tires, not acceptable for a unit weighing 8800 lbs. . The tires at that time had may 2500 miles. The next town we came to we had all four tires replaced with ten ply tires. AAA said I should call the dealer to find out why these tires were on this new unit. So I did and received a less than concerned response and basically said nothing they could or would do. That same year we had gone to a resort in Phoenix Az., where we usually spend some time. We arrived and parked and immediately noticed a large bulge protruding from under the front of the unit with part of the cover also hanging down. After contacting Wanna Rv and some arm twisting we were directed to an rv center. We waited a full day while they argued on the phone with Wanna rv about who was responsible to do the repair. We were even accused by Wanna of traveling with a full black water tank causing the tank to fail and collapse. The rv centers repair personnel abruptly explained to them that the tank was not full, in fact empty (we never travel with full or partially full tanks), and the cause was a brace not secured at the factory, which needed to be replaced. Finally repair was authorized after two full days and we left. Some time later at home, I noticed a large bulge in the back of the unit and found the fresh water tank hanging partially out of one corner. Once again luckily the tank was empty. After removing the cover it was found that the brace holding the tank had broken away from the frame. It was also noticed that cross braces on the bottom of the tank had just fallen out because they were just laying on the brace unsecured. Once again I called Wanna rv to let them know about the defect with a less than caring response, so I took care of it myself. This last year we were traveling through Oregon and had to stop at a business to have a tire looked at. While fixing the tire the technician directed my attention to welds on the frame which hold the axles to the frame. Welds on both sides of the frame were cracked, once again from the factory. He advised us that he could not weld them back so we had to nervously travel another 60 miles to another Rv center who confirmed the welds were cracked and would have to be welded immediately to avoid a catastrophic failure. The center repairman said he had never seen such shoddy work from the factory on a virtually new unit. He advised that we notify the dealer which we did with negative results and we paid the bill. In May of this year we were traveling home with the unit and stopped at an intersection in Las Vegas. When we started to go the unit completely locked up in the center of the roadway. Once again we contacted AAA and after sitting three hours a large tow truck showed up. It was found that the front axle of the fifth wheel had broken away from the frame and shifted into the back axle. Needless to say it was the same welds as previously mentioned. It was towed to camping world in Vegas where we spent the night in it. The next day they raised the whole unit, reset the axle, used steel braces to enforce the joints, while we spent another night in a hotel. We then proceeded home for several hours very nervously worried about every noise coming from behind us. In checking with web sites we were told that these were Lippert frames which have been notorious for cheap work. I tried to contact Lippert to address this failure that occurred but no one would respond. We have since replaced this a Rockwood unit with a different fifth wheel. It was only four years old and we loved the floor plan but turned into a nightmare because once we took possession the personal care by the dealership ended. I realize it's buyer beware and we made the decision to make the long trip to Wanna Rv. We definitely would not do it again. read more

We had searched for months for the perfect RV, found it at Wana RV. The price was in the price range we were wanting as well. It was well worth the 6.5 hour drive. Everyone was so helpful and so nice. Found a few flaws with the trailer and were fixed on the spot. Loved that they took the time to do a complete walk through on our new 5th wheel. They give a start up kit with every RV. Now to just get it all packed up and move it to our summer spot. Thank You Wana RV we will be back when we are ready for our next RV. read more

Poor customer service from Gary. I was told via email by Keaton that if there were any issues with the trailer within the first 60 days I would be "taken care of". I subsequently called him and told him that we were ready to purchase the trailer once he put in writing what "taken care of" meant considering we live 11 hours away. He asked me to hold on the line. Next, Gary jumped on the line, told me his name was Gary, did not explain his role in the company, and then told me that they would either send us the parts to fix any issues or we could work something out. After rambling through his speech, he ended it by saying, "Did you hear me?" Quite shocked, I responded that I had heard him, and then I explained that I needed in writing what exactly they were commingling to when it came to repairs. He told me that he wasn't going to put anything in writing. When I asked if this is how he does business, he stated it is and that it has worked well for him for years. Yes, I was anxious but once delivered I was ecstatic about the tiny RV that I ordered. I wanted small b/c my budget is limited and so is my tow capacity. The RV dealers in Florida told me that it was impossible to find an RV w/o a toilet and shower compartment (one dealer scowled "You're a rebel & won't find it") but Wanna had just what we were looking for. Bought a new camper from Wanna two weeks ago. I was thrilled with the company for they did not pressure us into purchasing our unit. In fact, we visited Wanna in April, looked at their inventory, got a price sheet and went home. Kept looking at other RV lots and each time we came back home liking the Shadow Cruiser at Wana. Called Keaton in June to tell him we wanted to purchase a unit and everything was handled over the phone or through email even the financing. We were given an appointment to pick up the new camper and Kyle went through everything with us and helped us get on the road after emptying our tradein camper. We couldn't be happier. We searched across the country for the RV we wanted, finally locating it at Wana RV in Shipshewana, IN. Since we live in Arizona, and we had an RV we needed to trade, the process was more involved, but the folks at Wana RV were great. They gave us more in trade for our unit and their RV cost less than anywhere else, which made traveling there worthwhile. We gave them a down payment of $500 to secure the deal. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel the purchase for other reasons, but I want to recommend the dealership--instead of keeping the $500, which was their right by contract, they refunded $250. If I had to buy another RV, I would definitely do business with Wana RV again. read more
