After getting prices from our local dealer, we found the same travel trailer for $14000 less at Wanna RV. My husband negotiated with our local dealer who eventually came down $10000. But because we HAD to even have that conversation with our local dealer, we chose to drive the 600 miles to buy from wanna RV. They treated us right. And by the way the country area around town is beautiful. We will be back to visit the area.

We got handed off to the service manager who was unpleasant to work with and handed us off to the manufacturer Lippert. We kept getting bounced back between Wanda RV service manager and Lippert because neither wanted to own and resolve the issue. A year later June 2026 and we still don't have a working tankless hot water heater. Wanna RV does not stand behind what they sell in the first year of warranty and I would not recommend them. Their service manager was abrasive and most concerned about how much money Wana was out "were out $200 and can't keep throwing parts at it " A 40 ft RV is not like a car where you can take it into a service center. Lippert knows they have many issues with the GSWH-2 tankless but are simply trying to cover them up.

We were kept appraised of the timeline as work went along. Although it took a little while due to supply chain issues in the RV industry here in Elkhart, it was WELL WORTH the wait. Our rig looks brand new. It's a beautiful job well done. We wouldn't hesitate to drive a distance to come back to Allegiant for any future repairs or service needs. Although it's a small shop, it's mighty. The staff is professional, courteous, and well skilled in dealing with any repair or body issues you might have with your RV. If you read the reviews on Google, they are a 5 star company in Middlebury, IN, and we can't say enough about how well we were treated and how beautiful our rig looks. We left a positive review there, too, we are so grateful for the awesome job you did. Thank you, to Tony, and the professional skilled people you have working for you. You are a true asset to the Elkhart RV industry.

Ensured multiple times how unit had been winterized, oil changed, and that unit was ready to roll. Asked twice if a pre-delivery inspection checklist was utilized. Ensured they did so, and that it was completely ready to go. Took unit straight to outdoor storage for 3 weeks and had several days of freezing temps. Weather warmed for a short time, so we used the RV. Discovered unit had not been winterized, grey tank was ~2/3 full, black tank ~1/3, no anti-freeze in pipes, oil not changed, generator exhaust pipe was hanging loose below unit, all tires low air pressure. Brought unit back expecting nothing more than an explanation of how this happened, an apology and a quick fix of these items. No apology, empathy or taking of responsibility. Reluctantly agreed to fix the items but made us leave it without a clear return date, which ruined our planned Thanksgiving trip. Upon pickup, thought we would get a better explanation and some kind of apology, maybe a wash of the RV to make us feel a bit better... but instead, more excuses, double talk, indifference and attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place... we are certain, the same stuff is happening with their own Phoenix products. Quality assurance and customer service would be evident throughout the company if they were important to them! Like Share

I spent three months researching before choosing the 2024 Coachmen Cross Trail 20XG. In December 2024, I found one at Camping World in Coldwater, Michigan, and was especially drawn in by the advertised Renogy battery upgrade. I spoke with Mike in sales for weeks, negotiated pricing, and even planned to fly in from Texas to buy it. The day before my flight, I called to confirm and was told Mike had quit for another job. I still went, trusting the "benefits of a nationwide chain." That trust was a massive mistake. Here's what happened immediately after purchase: * First night: No heat. I had to sleep with the engine running just to avoid freezing. * Day two: Gasoline poured out from under the RV at my first fuel stop. Good Sam, Ford Roadside, and AAA were useless. Ford and Coachmen pointed fingers at each other until a mechanic discovered the generator fuel line was only zip-tied up -- a sloppy, dangerous shortcut that caused the leak. * Nationwide service - a flat-out lie: Coldwater sold me this RV with the promise I could get service at any Camping World nationwide -- especially important since I live in Texas. That was a sales tactic, nothing more. When I actually needed help, Camping World Texas flat-out refused to touch it because it was purchased out of state. After dozens of calls, I was told they "can't know every state's rules." That's not a detail -- that's deliberate deception at the point of sale. * The real cause of the heat issue: An independent Texas shop (NOT Camping World) finally discovered a stray bullet lodged in the AC/heating system. The entire system had to be replaced under warranty -- less than a month into ownership. * Other disasters: * The Renogy battery system has never worked reliably despite three mechanics trying. * The awning fell off because screws weren't tightened. * A side compartment literally collapsed and won't lock. * The tank sensors have never worked, even after six shops in three states. * Most recently, coolant started leaking because a hose was routed against an engine belt until it wore through. This wasn't just bad luck -- this was negligence, dishonesty, and complete lack of accountability from both Camping World and Coachmen. They sold me a brand-new RV that was unsafe from day one, and then abandoned me when problems appeared. From a gas leak, to a bullet in the heating system, to falling parts, failing batteries, and endless lies -- Camping World Coldwater sold me a lemon and washed their hands of it. My advice: RUN from Camping World Coldwater. They will say anything to close a sale, and then leave you stranded when the RV inevitably falls apart.
