Typically for the level of alterations I needed it would have taken well over a month and the cost would have been exuberant due to the timing. But Ms. Silvia gave me a good, fair price and not only did everything I needed, but she went above and beyond to make sure the dress secured "the ladies" but still looked beautiful. I can't express how pretty I felt in my wedding dress and my husband's face was priceless when he saw me walking down the aisle. I couldn't have done it in the time frame without Ms. Silvia going the extra mile. My dress was/is perfect and I can't thank you enough. I have been recommending you to anyone I hear needing a seamstress and will only go to you for any work I need done in the future. Her quote sounded too good to be true, but I went and met with her and seen some of the other dresses that she had made. They were beautiful so and her prices were very reasonable. So, I decided to give it a shot. I must admit it sounded wayyy too good to be true. She also told us that she could make my fiancé's suit. At that very 1st visit she took our measurements. We left not knowing exactly we were going to get, even kind of nervous. But hopeful at the same time. She was very quick, and we went in for our 1st fitting. My fiancé's jacket and vest looked great, and fit him just about perfectly at the 1st fitting. I must admit I wasn't happy with my dress at all... here's where I went into freak out mode. Yani pretty much told me to trust the process. Since I had never had a custom dress made... i did not trust the process at all. When I came back for the next fitting, I can tell you that all my stress was for nothing. The dress was almost perfect. I was like... YES! This is so much better. By my last fitting the dress was perfect. Absolutely perfect! This past weekend was our wedding. I got so many complements on my dress. It fit perfectly. You can tell it was made just for me.
