All of them will offer a great variety of classics and new and popular books available. They also all have a great amount of books that are on sale and you can find some great deals on books. A section worth looking through no matter the location. The best thing about this particular location is the fact they aren't crammed space wise and even if it were busy I wouldn't have felt claustrophobic. That positive does make it a better location than a few of the others. Although I do believe this one kinda falls a little short being uninspired and lacking a great charm to it. The staff we interacted with were friendly but it only occurred when checking out. It's a solid location and worth visiting just not our favorite Sherman's. Like all the other locations they have far more than books and lots of items everyone will like!

Personally, I like the way the Falmouth store is laid out more (having so many staff and neighbor recommendations immediately at the front of the store). This Sherman's in Topsham feels like it wants you to do your own exploring; it's cleverly/cheekily organized (make sure to look at the bookshelves titles). We were here for at least an hour just leisurely looking through the bookshelves, before making another lap, and another... I'm sure we could have been here even longer, and no one would have minded. It helps that they have chairs throughout! From what I understand, this Sherman's does an exceptional job with special orders, so if you're looking for something specific, reach out to these folks! The staff seemed *very* selectively friendly (I wasn't on the receiving end of that warmth, but I watched them have welcoming, neighborly banter with other customers [regulars, I'm guessing]). This is one of those places you WANT to sign up for their rewards program: you just need to give them your name and phone number and for every $200 you spent you get $10 a credit!

On the 1st floor, you can find snacks like fudge and t-shirts. But if you go up to the 2nd floor, you'll find a wide assortment of Christmas ornaments. Service is OK and prices can vary a lot for different items. Note - there are no public restroom facilities inside the store. Instead, you will be directed to an outside port-a-potty. Therefore, I would go to a public restroom near close to the intersection of Route 24 and U.S. 1 (perhaps at a McDonald's) before the 20-minute journey to Land's End.

Prices seemed reasonable as well so no complaints in that aspect. While we did not buy anything during our stop we appreciated a lot of items. Some of the items were quite funny with some adult humor including some candles with names such as "Sample My Box" as a valentines themed candle as one example. Definitely had some laughs at those items. If oddities, metaphysical, witch, magic based items give this place a chance.

The owner (Patti), is exceptionally kind and fun to talk to. You can tell how passionate she is about the store and the beliefs that fueled its inception. The quality of the flowers is excellent, and each piece was arranged with such a beautiful, artsy touch. Both orders were for family members in the hospital, and delivery went smoothly. The prices are incredibly affordable for what you get. These are high-end arrangements. I've used a lot of florists over the years, but this is hands down the best I've ever come across.
