Great stop for huckleberry ice cream! Crowded and popular and a nice pretty stop for road travelers. Souvenirs were available. Adirondack chairs and benches available to rest while eating ice cream or drinking coffee.

Cute little sportswear, cafe, and souvenir shop that's located on the way to Mount Rainier National Park. I stopped here on the way back from Mount Rainier to grab some souvenirs and snacks. This little shop is truly darling! There's plenty of namesake clothing and outdoor gear for sale. Lots of different souvenirs and namesake trinkets. I love to collect refrigerator magnets when I travel to new places and I was able to find a nice one here. If you're hungry, they have a limited menu of hot food items including pizza and premade breakfast burritos and sandwiches. They're also pretty popular for their ice cream which is perfect after being up in the mountains on a warm day. They have coffee and other espresso drinks as well. Their building looks like a cute old house that you'd see on a Christmas card. The staff is super warm and cheery here too. There aren't too many shops in this little town, but Wapiti is definitely worth a stop while driving to or from Mount Rainier National Park.

This is a great stop before heading into or leaving the park. A restroom is available for paying customers. There's a busy cafe in the back with some prepared sandwiches, soft drinks, ice cream, smoothies, milkshakes, coffee, baked goods, etc. I had their ice cream TWICE and it was super creamy and flavorful. I've had their huckleberry (favorite), coffee espresso, and mint chocolate chip. You will not be disappointed!

We drove pass the Greenwater area on the way and back from Mount Rainer, and we wanted to get some ice cream on the way back. Inside there is a gift shop w/ Mount Rainer and Seattle merchandise, along w/ a snack stand serving ice cream and coffee too. While I was looking at the menu to see what ice cream flavors they have, I came across some special smoothies they have. I ended up getting a smoothie that had wildberry and banana in it, and honestly, I forgot the name to it. For their smoothies, they'll ask if you want yogurt or ice cream for your base and I chose the yogurt base. Overall, the smoothie was very good and hopefully I'll come back and try more of their smoothies or dessert snacks next time I go on a road trip to Mount Rainer! :)

MASSIVE ICE CREAMS. For anyone who loves chunky ice cream, get MOOSE TRACKS: vanilla with fudge and many mini peanut butter cups. Huckleberry was good. Would also recommend the waffle cones. After a hike, it was all divine. They are good in limiting the number of people in the store. They make me love mom and pop places. Will be back after every hike trip I do at Ranier. Thanks for keeping open and being safe.

Stopped by on the way back from mount rainier for a sweet treat. A huckleberry Shake hit the spot! Unique to the Pacific Northwest, huckleberry ice cream is a must try. The shop had ice cream, coffee drinks, and smoothies. The store part had a great selection of souvenirs.

The first clerk I asked to sell me a pass fumbled around and could not log into a computer. He made an odd, childish sounding call to another clerk. That person came and the two of them would have been comical to watch, if not so sad. After about 5 minutes, clerk 2 called his manager. I had the dubious please of listening to first questions about the computer ( I could tell it was not good news of some type), then a long conversation about sales, socks and things the clerk was to do. It was very clear the customer standing awkwardly in their store was not important. So, after the call, I'd been in the store 10-15 minutes. The clerk addresses me, while looking down and to his left, like he was afraid of me. I had NOT said a single word at this point. He gave a long-winded excuse, this was a known issue, they had submitted tickets, they simply had to call the state and get it fixed. I simply said OK and left to find another store and by my pass. This store needs training and a manager shake up. To not post the computer was broke (so I would not drive there in the first place), to not notify staff, to not care about the customer standing there while they were talking socks and sales.... Everything that is wrong about retail training and service is endemic to this store.

This place is a joke - don't waste your time or money…read more We go in 2pm on a Saturday and no one is in the store, the older lady behind the counter doesn't even greet us. After we search for some sizes she final acknowledges us. Watching us dig through the pile for sizes she never assisted in getting sizing or asking if needed anything else. We did have 4 golf shirts and 6 T-shirt's. We go to check out and the sign behind the counter says "we honor cutter and buck coupons". We ask do you have any coupons, the lady stated I don't know but you can look. SO...I look and I find a 50% of sale items. I show her, she calls back to a manager LARRY - he then came out to see my coupon. I show him and he says "I haven't seen that, that must be online - I go through the link again and say NO it says at any CB store, he then ships at me "well we are an outlet". I told him how rude he was all he had to do was state "unfortunately I haven't seen that coupon and we are unable to honor it due to being an outlet" I proceeded to tell him I could walk out the door and not buy any of his clothes, he responded with and you go ahead and do that! I could have easily paid full price - however when you disrespect me I speak with my checkbook! You would have been better off to honor the coupon and have a $150 sale vs a $200 sale, instead NO SALE! Since my business is not important to him I will never step foot in here again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from a shop that doesn't care about customer service. Hey Larry - here is 4 tips for you: 1. Treat your customers the way you would want to be treated 2. Those of us who shop there pay your salary 3. Nicely say why you wouldn't accept the coupon OR 4. Honor it onetime and explain why in the future you can't being an outlet Oh and - change your sign - if you - in your words AREN'T CUTTER & BUCK change your sign to say so!
