HA. I can't speak too much about their frame selection because I typically get my contacts through them and take my prescription elsewhere to get some glasses (I like kinda funkier frames, TBH) but when I've glanced around I've noticed that they do carry some really nice, well-known designer brands. I was seen quickly and was greeted by a professional, friendly, and calming staff. I hate eye anything as I'm super sensitive, but I will gladly return here. The retina specialist gave me a thorough exam, laid out all my options, and the risks vs. benefits of each. They managed to inform without scaring the crap out of me and allowed me to make my own informed decision. Once I ripped the bandaid off and pulled up my big girl panties, they completed an inpatient procedure within minutes. No fuss, no wait, no chance to wuss out. Trust me, that is a good thing. They literally saved my sight, allowing me to continue to work and be a productive person. No joke. I'm not done on my journey, but they are walking me through it, and I have faith in them. I trust their advice and care and hope to be working with them for a long time.

I have been dealing with this for 2-3 years, and Dr. Jonathan Weston and staff were extremely helpful. The front staff was welcoming, kind, and diverse. Desi, the tech, was wonderful and patient. Dr. Weston was thorough, gave options, and was reassuring and comforting throughout my three visits with him for the issue. Staff was able to move me to the downtown location for my third visit so that I could continue to see Dr. Weston for the pain issue. I will definitely be going back for regular care as well as any other emergencies that pop up.
