In my developing years I went to weekly skills with Ryan where I learned and perfected key fundamentals of my game. My striking ability and control on the ball is thanks to my years of drills with Ryan. I have also been apart of Jeff's keeper trainings as a striker, and I have been able to see first hand how much keepers improve over the weeks. The private sessions with these guys are unmatched and always made me feel more confident on the field. There has been no program that has pushed me as hard and supported me as much as these guys. The trainings are tough, the guys are tough, but they work. I always go back to college as a leader in fitness thanks to their training sessions. Cannot recommend them enough.

We have had 5 different jerseys custom printed with name and number while we waited($12). One of the Adidas jerseys I purchased was $45, which was a bit expensive for it's intended purpose (end of the year kickball game at school) but very reasonable for the shirt itself. They marked it down 50%-just to be nice! We walked out paying $32 for the Jersey, name, number and a pair of socks. We've purchased 3 pair of shoes (for less than the Amazon price). They have a great selection of International team jerseys, goalie gloves, shin guards and other soccer gear. This is our one stop soccer shop! I certainly don't expect to pay less than Amazon prices (we frequently do). There is certainly value in being able to fit an outfit or shoe, get a jersey printed while you wait or buy your favorite team jersey off the rack. The instructor was a great communicator and demonstrated the steps in the simplest form making it easy for a beginner like me to follow along. I was actually sore the next day! The facility is quite large and offers a variety of services. We were in a large room with tall floor to ceiling windows that faces the park. It was nice to be able to see outside and enjoy the greenery. However, this also meant that the instructor was backlit. She did not turn on the lights in the room. This was okay for me, but it probably would have been better if she has turned on the lights so that we could see her better. In the hallway, there were a lot of paintings on display and they were actually for sale. They highlighted local artists and several of their works. The paintings were priced around $250. It is very reasonable considering the cost of canvas, paint, frame, and the creativity and labor that goes into the work. The front desk staff were helpful. I stopped by there first, and one woman staff member was kind enough to walk me to the room where my class took place. The gym has several of these large rental room spaces, but it also has a gym with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and machines The City of Richardson allows access to this facility and Heights located in opposite sides of Hey 75 for an annual fee of $70 to residents, even less if you are a senior. You can also get a membership if you aren't a resident of the city. It costs a few dollars more. It's a great deal since most commercial gyms cost $100 a month compared to the price here for an entire year! The hours change, so it is best to check the web or call the main number. It's usually open until 10pm on weeknights, excluding Fridays, but closes earlier on the weekends.

We are lucky to have such great city services: trash pickup twice per week and recycling pickup once per week. Also a Babic- Brush and Bulky Item Collection can be scheduled for larger bulky trash items (furniture, old appliances, etc) weighing over 50 pounds, brush and tree trimmings, etc. The pickup day is the same as your recycling day. This varies depending on where you live within the city. You can go to the city website www.cor.net for more information or to schedule your bulky pickup. There is also a phone app "My Richardson" where you can also schedule through. So convenient and easy!

It is so obvious that they care about their members and take the time to get to know their members! The workouts are incredible and different from each trainer and they really help you out with technique so that you can improve every time. This is the type of workout where you get out of it what you put into it--some days I come in feeling exhausted already from a long day and try to focus on my form and then some days I come in and focus more on power and strength! If you've never tried boxing, this is definitely the place to start and keep getting an incredible workout!
