What I really like though the most is that Dr. Kaufman is realistic. The dentists are very professional, answer all questions, friendly, and put you at ease if you are apprehensive. The scheduling is very easy, the receptionists very nice and very professional. They answer questions regarding your dental coverage and always print out a copy of your benefits/coverage remaining. The office is quiet, clean, and the wait for your scheduled appt is usually less than 10 minutes. The hygienists are wonderful, thorough, gentle, and help you feel comfortable. I love the little sunglasses/eyewear they give you so your eyes don't get wet, or so the bright light doesn't bother your eyes- I appreciate this since my eyes very sensitive to bright light.
