For the last 3 months in a row it has been a dumpster fire. It is under new ownership and clearly struggling to keep staff. How do I know? Because the last 3 visits we got a cashier in training with managers having to step in several times throughout the order taking every visit. Today the manager, I'm assuming from her collared shirt, stepped in to assist with our order that took 10 minutes to place. The order was called back correctly but wasn't rang up correctly. Entire entree missing. Fine. We don't want it anymore after waiting over 20 minutes for our food that we had to go seek out ourselves. Only to realize our food being prepared one plate at a time between customers than ordered behind is because "the system went down and we don't have your ticket". We are couldn't even offer a ticket since we were not provided a receipt. I don't appreciate that our food was just left open with waiting customers literally standing over our food. Needless to say a $40 order was trashed and we left after someone's hair was on my hash brown. Even with new management the atmosphere is just off. Nobody knows what's going on and the managers seemed to be the most lost.

The chili burgers are always fresh and perfectly topped with the right amount of chili, the meat is perfectly cooked and never burnt, the fries are hot and tatery on the inside and crisp on the outside, the chili cheese fries are never floating in grease and they never skimp on the nacho cheese, the kids popcorn chicken is so fresh they're basically homemade, and even the kids meal cookies are soft and moist. And to add, the root beer and sweet tea are a perfect complement to all this deliciousness. On top of that, the cleanliness of the restaurant is superb. Don't bother with other locations.
