[[HIGHLIGHT]]This Restaurant has a great vibe and a wide variety of wing flavors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Sadly, the tenders were small and very hard being almost inedible. I got lemon pepper honey flavor on the tenders, and the flavor was actually good. For the wings, I tried the Cajun honey flavor. The sauce on the wings was a real standout, but the wings were small and hard as well. Fries were decently seasoned and pretty good. The garlic bread was another standout. Overall- flavors of the sauces were excellent just wish the tenders and wings were properly cooked. If these sauces were applied to well cooked meaty-wings and actual tender chicken tenders... this would be a top wing spot. Service was okay, I had to ask for refills and my bill. Restaurant wasn't busy, only myself and 3 other tables the whole time I was there. Food isn't nothing that they make it out to be. Hot wings are my favorite food and have had many from all over the south eastern US. The hot wings here are comparable to something from checkers/rallys.. or even your local grocery out of the bag. I wish I could give negative stars. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Horrible customer service and horrible ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I came here and waited 2 hours for wings on 2 separate occasions. When I came the first time my order was put in, in a timely manner however, it took them an hour into me waiting to notify me that they ran out of bone-in wings so I had no choice but to get boneless wings. No apology nor discount was provided on the first occasion and I paid full price for something I didn't ask for. On the second occasion, I decided to give them another shot, thinking things would be better. They were actually worse lol. When I came in, I immediately went to the counter because I already knew it was going to be some form of wait because their servers don't even come to the table. All they do is sit behind the bar and play around. Now, any normal restaurant would tell you upfront, "Hey our wait time is xyz" instead, the hostess took my order as if the food would've been ready in a timely manner. An hour into me waiting, I go back up to the host stand and ask the hostess how much longer the food is going to be, she tells me "oh it takes about 45 minutes. It should be another 15 minutes", so I go sit back down and wait an extra 45 minutes and the food is still not ready. At this point, I was very upset because it has already been an hour and 20 minutes FOR WINGS. No fries or nothing were provided during this wait. I then go back to the counter and now the food is ready, but they want me to pay full price for the wings. The 3XL manager refused to waive anything off the bill. He told me to either pay for it or leave it. I decided to leave because I'd be a fool to pay full price AGAIN FOR AWFUL SERVICE. I've never seen a restaurant so hard up behind $37....but I'm assuming Mr. 3XL wanted to keep the wings I ordered for himself, as if he needs to even look at another piece of food. Either way you look at it you still lost out on money. You could've taken $10 or even 15% off and actually got something for the food you already made.... but I guess your pride or maybe it was your pot belly that ruined the profit for your business. read more

The best wings!! And a pretty darn good burger. My family came on a Friday night, they had a birthday party going on so I believe they were slammed. It took us over an hour to get our food and I got boneless which took longer than anyone else's so that's my only complaint. The place has tvs everywhere with sports playing so if you want to watch a good game with delicious food, this is a good place to go. I got the Cajun honey and garlic Parmesan wings with their fries and it was soooo good. My husband got their "spanky" burger and it was delicious, there was a fried egg bacon cheese, I mean what's not to love. The pricing was the best part, it is so much cheaper than other wing places. If I was rating this place solely on their wings, it would be a 5 star rating. They are so tasty and cooked perfectly. I think they could have a better ranch sauce to go with it though. Wingstops ranch is better. The service is good too, always friendly. But it took like an hour for everyone to get their food. Maybe that's the price you have to pay for good wings? Idk. I got their onion rings and I don't recommend them at all. There was barely an onion in that thing and it was so hard, overcooked. Also got the fried mushrooms, the fry was good on it but no flavor to it. I'm not big on their fries, they are ok. That's why I ordered the onion rings.
